Wont recommend this hotel to anyone

Just ok breakfast,the rooms are extremely small.Also i had booked a twin bed room and they gave me queen bed room saying the room is not available.what kind of hospitality is this?the air conditioning in the room is crap.works for sometime and stops on its own.God knows what setting is done in the ac for low consumption.Overall very average experience.Not upto the brand name “Holiday inn” hype!

it was okay, just the bedbugs coz i got a lot of bites in my body.

Have bedbugs, until now the bites are very itchy. didnt sleep well that day. told already the reception and i hope they would change and clean it up. also the smell of the room is not good.

Location of the hotel is good and the staff are polite..

It was not comfortable with such poor staff behaviour

Location was okay.

Despite 3:00 pm being my check in time, and I informing them at I will arrive around 9:00 PM, they did not have the room ready till 10:40 PM! when I reached at 9:45 PM, I was made to wait for 45 minutes. I saw many other tired guests struggling and the staff had casual behaviour about this

It’s okay place if you are on your own or there for one night

Staff were helpful

Very small rooms, extremely small for two people with luggage ( international travellers) No communal area to sit in apart from the Resturant area which when it was busy was difficult. We had booked five rooms that meant that we couldn’t go to each other’s rooms as too small, no relaxing chairs and no area to meet up in? Shower was small and sink was outside of the toilet area?

Stay with lot of discomfort!

No bath towel when you step out of shower! Answer from House keeping : Laundry not received! Bath room too small! No hot water ! Only Luke warm. Toilet too high . Old person like me need a step to get in. Only one towel was kept but smelling! Previous day stayed at Holiday Inn Bangalore! Everything was superb! No complaints! Only Compliments!

All in all the stay wasn’t worth the tariff we paid

The elevator wasn’t working on the first day we came, we were trapped inside the elevator for 15 mins . After this we were given a room which was stinking of sweat and the washroom was unclean. We needed to get this room changed which was sad because this wasn’t expected from an establishment belonging to a well known chain of hotels. In addition to this the rooms were tiny and lacked cupboards. The complimentary breakfast was average.

Great location.

One of the two lifts out of action on each day so slow getting to lobby and room and put.

it is just ok.

Staffs were cooperative and polite.

Food is terrible. No variety and the said it is complementary. Better let them charge and provide us tasty food. The receptionist doesn't know Hindi or the local language Telugu to explain location to the Auto driver.

No bathroom mats, its like a dormitory area with a room charged at 6200 rupees.

No entrance lobby waiting area at entrance without chairs / fans & Ac's. No usher to assist with luggage to rooms. Rooms are very small with wash basin 1 feet away from the bed.

Mattress have springs , poling into ones back and the pillows flattened out. Sockets dont work. No laundry bag, No bathroom mats, No cupboard in the room.

House keeping in poor state Breakfast lacks varieties and not upto expectations Rooms are very small, no sitting area in the rooms, congested with main room, toilet and bathroom. Not in IHG Standard at all. Totally disappointed choosing the place
