El gran problema es que las habitaciones no tienen un seguro por dentro, las chapas son digitales, el problema fue que al momento de quedarme dormida, alguien abrió mi puerta que porque le habían dado el mismo.codigo que a mi, eso de los códigos es un gran riesgo ya no pude dormir tranquila, pensando que alguien más podría entrar.

Jamas volveria a este lugar

Lleno de cucarachas, tampoco podias prender el ventilador para dormir por que encendias mas luces, habia perros al salir y entrar a la habitacion, lo cual no sabias si harian algo o no.

It would have been better if it wasnt for the....

bed was big & comfy.TV worked great with wifi. very easy check-in/out process.

ROACHES , could be cleaner, No AC but did have ceiling fan, watch out for hot days.

No a.c. on room, for the price was very expensive bathroom were very small, tv don't have regular channels only roku tv.checking time we're until 3 pm I asked if by any chance we could check in a little earlier they answer was NO!!

Great location, great staff, and comfortable room with many amenities.

Location was excellent. The staff are helpful, quick to respond, and provided me with anything I requested ( Toilet Paper, Coffee Filters, Pan for cooking, etc) The building is being fixed so outside the room is a bit rough but inside the room is 10/10 and Staff was 10/10! On Tijuana standards, it's a great catch for the price post-pandemic!

Everything met expectations or exceeded. Outside the rooms are little rough since they are updating the building but this did not effect my stay. Everything was great.

Comfy and affordable

I liked the fact that it had a little kitchen for when we needed to heat something up in the microwave or keep our drinks cold in the little fridge , also loved the location there were a couple markets at walking distance as well a coffee shop next to Sorianas .

I didnt like that the bathroom Window wouldnt close . One of the night there were a couple roaches in the room , probably came in from the Window. Other than that everything was good.

The property seemed unprepared for our stay.

The bed was full of hair. After changing the sheets the second time, we were offered a different room. The 2nd lacked adequate towels, toilet paper, utensils, etc. We had a coffee maker but no cups or coffee, no plates and one fork for use in kitchen. No wash cloths, however there were towels. No dish washing liquid. The Shower never got hot. There were a lot of things missing but we made what we could work.

In theory great, in practice disappointing due missing basic essentials…like a warm shower

The apartment block is pretty quiet for Mexico as it’s a little out of the way in a street less residential. check in was very easy and And the room very funcional with kitchenette etc. Two very cute and friendly dogs on the premises.

As many of the reviews said, there is no hot water whatsoever. Even the sink didn’t have the hot water pipe connected so I’m in doubt if hot water even is even available. It was just a brief stop in my travels so I didn’t need anything lux just basic necessities : a bed I can sleep in and a quick shower before leaving in the morning. Half of that was missing and when I wrote to the hosts to tell them there was no apology just denial and saying there was no report of no hot water in my room. But I came back from walking around Tijuana in the morning for hours to shower quickly before going to get a flight, I didn’t have time to go complain and mess around and wait for them to fix it (especially as it didn’t seem to even be possible anyway). There was also some construction going on in the apartment above that for some reason resulted in a waterfall from the balcony above my room which woke me up early in the morning, continued for hours and was still going when I left hours later. It’s shame as with a little bit more care the complex had the potential to be great for a simple place to stay. If it wasn’t for these problems and the attitude I received when reporting them I probably would’ve given 5/5 stars.

The room had no electricity and I had to leave the room and asked for a refund. They only returned half my money back.

Great price, great location, great staff, apartments have full working kitchens

The price. It had kitchen and privacy and was good all around, but the price and location got my attention the most.

Honestly little things came up, but price was great, had full kitchen , location walking distance from malls and not that far from city center. Nothing really worth mentioning, they assisted anytime. 9.5/10

I love the place and can’t wait to return.

it was a great location and everybody was fantastic.

the hot water heater for the shower didn’t work very well, it’s broken and to get hot water you had to turn the water off and on again.

Internet speed was very bad, the 2nd chairs were broken and the kitchen accessories we're the worst.
