perfect value for money for short stay

excellent price, spacious appartment, clean, excellent facilities, good location, friendly host, free parking, quiet+safe environment+neighborhood - would do it again if appartment would not be at 2nd level and hard to reach by stairs without proper handrail

1) host spoke only limited English, no German French Spanish (but Russian which I dont know much), 2) stairs without proper handrail up to 2nd level appartment (good morning sport if you are looking for that)

Nie mehr wieder es war der grösste Rienfall

Das Zimmer war gross

Es war sehr Kalt ca.17 grad Celsius.Es hatte keine Pfannen nur einen Pfannendeckel der Wasserkocher hatte eine braune dreckspur man konnte ihn nicht reinigen das Bett war so hart das man nicht schlafen konnte also bin ich am nächsten Tag auf einkaufstour gegangen. Ich habe einen Wasserkocher eine Bratpfanne einen Heizlüfter und einen Topper fürs Bett. ich habe für meine Einrichtung mehr bezahlt als für die Unterkunft.

Good tip for families or friends at reasonable price

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean appartment upstairs of the house (accessible by outdoor staircase), located few minutes walk to the city center nearby the famous thermal lake. There is small parking lot in the yard. Owner was very kind and helpful, we enjoyed it.

Only one small thing we missed, no bedside lamp in the back bedroom did not work. Yuri (the owner) speaks mainly Russian, but he responds wery quickly to our needs, thanks.

I have got illness.

I had everything in citchen and in the appartament. Quite calm place, without of any social problems.

A lot of dust on the farniture and quite cold temperature at the night.

Had booked an appartment, with bedroom and livingroom + sofa. We were brought into a small appartment with only 1 double bed. When we requested the room we had booked with 1 bed +1 sofabed, (because we didn't want to sleep in 1 bed,) they took us to villa 1, what was very old, with 2 single beds in 1 room. Told us it's the only available option with 2 beds/ sofa bed. The bathroom was tiny with only a foldable door, that separated the bathroom from the kitchen. No living room. The beds were hard, everything was very outdated. Only 1 toilet roll for 2 people for 3 days. No spare toilet rolls. No hairdryer. No tea towels.

The accommodation is ok, looks more like the owner runs it as a workers accommodation. Our room was reasonable clean, and slept ok.

The host charged extra €10 for late check in and I wasn't aware of this fee when I made the booking. The host doesn't provide towels for guest which I knew about as it was mentioned in the listing description however I think towels are just as basic as bedsheets. The host only speaks Russian and no other languages so communication wasn't easy. The bathroom had some body hair (assumable from previous guests) in the shower. The house/street is quite noisy with people partying or talking laud, maybe just our room was facing to an unfortunate direction, and other rooms are more quiet.

A good place for one night stay on trip to Croatia.

A nice place. Quite big appartments. Well equipped kitchen. A balcony/terase.

Simple and small bathrooms. Quite hard to find the "reception" entry where to get keys. Moskytos :-)

Great location, nice and helpful host, clean rooms and loads to explore around

I spent a wonderful weekend there with my fiance, great location, helpful friendly host, clean rooms. Only a few minutes away from the closest supermarket, well-furnished apartment.

A little short on kitchen equipment, and the ones we had weren't cleaned well previously.

All in all, we were happy with these place. Low price, quite good service.

Location is great, few minutes from centre. It is quite and parking space in front of the house. Also the price was very low according to the other hotels in town. We were here for two days and used appartment only for sleeping.

Matresses. They were really bad, I woke up broken :/ The bathroom is old equiped and there is a gas heater very loud during the night.

Good location, closed to the city center and to the spa. Hot water in the bathroom. We were accommodated in Apartments no.1

Easy equiped, I am not sure if kitchen appliances were working (we didn´t know how to turn it on). The staff didn´t speak english. Based on reviews, we had no idea what language are they speaking. We found out on the spot that the guy is Russian - he spoke to us russian only and he did not try to speak another language (in the end he had to say a few words in English because he needed information from us for check-in). I can imagine he is very kind when he has guests from Russia, but to us communication was difficult.

The location is close to the centrum even tho the city is small and everywhere you can go by walk.

Dusty and not clean at all. I had to ask for a fan because the room was hot. The rule of the place was ridiculous as a guest they asked for us to clean the place. There were no soap for dishes and the dishes were dusty and God know when was last time they cleaned the place.

No Air Con, old equipment. Night lamp besides bed dangerouse. As an revision tecnique in my profession, this is unacceptable to use it without immediate repair. See the photos.

The owners of the property were very friendly and talkative, an appartment was very clean, cozy and nice. Also the place itself is very nice, not far away from the Heviz lake. We would lile to come back one day to Heviz and definetly would stay at the same place one more time.

Poor relation price to comfort. The owner should renovate the kitchen and the bathrooms completely.

Location - 15 minutes by walking to Heviz Lake what is accaptable since there are not enough parking facilities in the town.

Initially the owner/manager proposed us the rooms in another location that were dirty and stinky. He said that they are the same as we booked. After I showed him photos from my reservation he gave us the actual apartment. It required moving all the bags from one building (2nd floor) to another (2nd floor). The actual apartment was better but: the kitchen was old and not completely cleaned, the bathrooms were not also in good condition. Bedrooms were acceptable. Due to CIVID risks we cleaned all the taps and door handles, surfaces of tables. It seems that no one really cared for this since they were dirty. The parking facility of the apartment is very poor. Either you park on the street or you risk to be blocked. The owner/manager let someone blocked our car for half a day. We could not move our car. It is a shame!
