In einer Villa gerne wieder

Die Villa lag abseits vom Hotel. Da dort eine laute Gruppe am Wochenende anwesend war haben wir die Ruhe in der Villa sehr genossen. Im Hotel hätten wir nicht übernachten wollen.

Das übliche thailändische Frühstück mit kalten Ei. Irgendwie schafft man es nicht Eierspreisen und Würste warm zu halten - obwohl das erforderliche Equipment vorhanden ist. Die Reisspeisen waren wir üblich ausgezeichnet.

it was beachfront, but it was block by another hotel on the opposite. It’s need to access the beach about 300 meters walk.

generally , COULD have done better preparation with the house since you claimed it here as ‘luxury’ … but what we have e

it s a nice big house for big family. big rooms separate shower rooms and has a private pool and kitchen for standard cooking … fridge kettle microwave and 2 electric hops etc.

first of all, pool was cold, not under the sun all day no chance for dipping in and my kid would get sick from just going in for 5 minutes…. house wasn’t cleaned properly on arrival , dust everywhere even in the kitchen in the drawers all covered with dust and looked like they were not taken out for cleaning for months. bathrooms smelt like some heavy bleached was used there. breakfast was abysmal. me, my daughter and my father in law got some poisoning either from left over chemical used to clean the kitchen on the kitchenwares there or from dinner we had at the property the first night which ruined half of our joy of stay. it s definitely not luxury stay.

Good place, not so good localization

the house is very spacious and comfortable, clean and we were very well attended by the staff

the hotel is good but it is not close to the beach as it says on the website, actually it is close to the sea but there is no beach to have fun. To swim in the sea and sit on the sand, you have to travel by car to another beach far from there, about 15 minutes by car

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Highly recommended!

- Spacious Villa - Clean Rooms & Bathrooms - Big Living Room - Big Kitchen with all major equipment - Good parking space - Gates society with good security - Big restaurant - Daily toiletries change (Fresh towel, water, toilet papers, soap etc.) - Good staff

- Iron is not available so you won't be able to iron your clothes - Aircon remote batteries were drained - Karaoke setup was not fully functional. - No coffee machine in restaurant

Not as nice as the price would suggest

I like that it's located right in the center of town and close to the beach. The beds are comfortable and there's a lot of space. Having a pool in the villa is nice too.

The villa is not as private as you might hope. They're houses that are very close to each other so you can see eachother like any other neighborhood. The front gate to the building didn't close and there was not gate on the pool meaning people could just look directly into the pool. Neighbors could also see into your windows if you don't close the curtains. It's not explained anywhere on booking or their website that you have to pay a deposit of 2000 Thai Bhat to stay there. The breakfast was basic. Also I know 100% I left my power bank there but when I asked the hotel they said the house keeping staff didn't see it. Which probably means I gifted it to the house keeping staff. It's not as nice as the price would suggest.
