Even thought that staff was friendly, the hallways leading to the elevators, the corridors, it was not clean. Also, there's construction in front of the property which it would be nice to know cause I wanted to use the pool but didn't use it from all the noise...

Good for business trip

There was a little bit of loud construction but it was still nice.

We had a great stay. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, especially one of the employees who worked breakfast each morning, unfortunately I did not catch her name. The free breakfast was great and had so many options. There wasn't really much close by in walking distance to the hotel in terms of stores or dining, however it was pretty close to the airport where we got our rental car, and was also right near the interstate. I do kind of wish that the pool was indoor instead of outdoor, as it is end of summer and temps are starting to cool, so we didn't get a chance to use the pool. But it's not a huge deal. The room was large, clean, bed pretty comfortable, and I loved that there was both a fridge and microwave. This hotel was a great value and I would recommend it!

Staff was great. Shower ceiling falling down. Tub clogging, hot water problems, no working phones in room.

Nicer than expected!

We booked a motel for a 2-day stay, but our experience was disappointing. After the first night, our room was not cleaned, leaving it messy with no fresh towels. The overall cleanliness was poor. Additionally, the breakfast provided was subpar and did not meet our expectations.

Over all it was a good experience.

So so place to stay. Convenient to airport. Rooms and hallways not that clean. My pet peeve is when the room coffee station has decaf instead of regular coffee. Do the room cleaners understand that regular coffee is essential? And please run the vacuum in the room!

The staff was amazing and the pool was great. The building itself is dated and could definitely use some work, but it fit our needs just fine.

Unfortunately there were several incidents the first the elevator was down for a couple hours and with knee replacement up and down to and from the fourth floor was a bit difficult. Second someone received the same card key to our room and if the door lock wasn’t placed they would’ve completely walked in during a private moment. That made us feel uneasy thereafter. Third the network was down so we had no wifi and couldn’t pay for our snacks with our card had to be with cash, who carries cash anymore?

I stayed 2 nights I didn’t know I needed to call for people to come redo the beds in the morning. I wasn’t told, but everything else was great!

Staff excellent room average

I was disappointed with my stay. It seems like the hotel did a quick renovation just to make it Instagram-worthy, but it didn’t live up to the hype. The bar only served canned cocktails, and the pizza tasted like it was microwaved. The pool had broken tiles—definitely not something you want to look at closely. Some items in the room even still had price tags on them! Overall, it didn’t feel like a good value and came off as a bit cheesy.

We booked 2 weeks before our stay, so prices were very high for the value of the hotel. It served a need. We stayed 2 nights for a local soccer tournament and could bring our dog. Trip was off to a rough start, upon check-in the first room was only 1 king (family of 4, we had booked 2 queens). They moved us to another room. We thought it was odd a do not disturb hanger was on the door but thought maybe housekeeping forgot to remove it. Used our key and entered the OCCUPIED room! Luckily it was afternoon otherwise it could’ve been worse for both them and us! Third times a charm and we had a room! The ceiling was peeling but otherwise the room was clean. The breakfast was abundant and convenient and the woman who was working there each morning was very pleasant! We also took advantage of the pool area. Again, it was a bit rundown, but had clean towels and plenty of seating areas. So overall, rocky start to a good stay, with some decent amenities.

I walked into the room and cockroaches ran across the freshly made beds to hide. I immediately told the front desk abs they wanted to switch my room but when there’s cockroaches it’s usually an infestation. There was three on the bed when I opened the door. Why would they be on the bed? I immediately contacted hotels.com and left.

This place is hotel hell had to leave and check in to another hotel bedbugs and fleas in room had to go to medical center for treatment

Room was clean and comfortable, but the hallways were not. Breakfast was good.

Excellent option

Nothing special basic cheap hotel, price should be cheaper with the look of the place and stuffiness.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms have cockroaches, they were dirty as if not swept and mopped. The dirtiness of the entry should have been enough for us to turn around. I tried speaking to the manager but he was too busy on the phone. I cannot believe it has a rating of 7. I was fooled. Never again. Expedia should look at the hotels they promote.

Relatively cheap.

There was construction going on next door. Little loud when at the pool. I wish the front doors opened automatically. You had to pull the door open. A pain when your hands are full. Breakfast was basic. Not much for a girl who can’t have gluten. The room was nice. The bathroom could use some updating. The front desk help were excellent. Very sweet and kind. Pet friendly hotel which was a plus for us. The pool was awesome. Enjoyed that.

I was able to request an accessible and dog friendly room, which was clean and didn’t smell like anything but hotel cleaning- the fridge was set to freeze which led to one of our sodas exploding but it was just a turn of the knob to fix. While the staff was all friendly, we felt June deserved a special shout out for helping so much! The waffles, muffins, coffee and juice were good at breakfast but I do not recommend the sausage or eggs unless dry/cold food is your thing. We didn’t use the pool though saw kids enjoying it, so we assume it’s ok. It’s nowhere near fancy but no bugs and practical and not as expensive as “fancy”. I’d recommend it.
