The room was just fine. It had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The parking lot was well-lit and I never felt unsafe. I had to use my key to get into the building then again to get into my room. There are several restaurants within walking distance. I'd absolutely stay there again.

My only problem was that I could not figure out how to get the shower to "Shower". Plenty of hot water to the tub, but could not get the shower to work.

If I could give this property 0 stars I would. I book rooms for my drivers who spend weeks over the road. The weekends are their downtimes to rest and relax. Not be harassed by hotel staff and have to pole called because of where he parked. After being told at check in on 10.19 that where he parked was fine. The videos my driver sent me of how unprofessional and inconsiderate that staff and owners were is most unpleasant

Everything was fine with the room. Modest place. I had gotten ill overnite and by 5min after ckout the staff had called the mgr who insisted I leave Immediately. It was horendous. For that reason I wont return. I actually had to change my shirt in the parking lot!!

Left asap without a shower, as I felt the bathroom was unsanitary. I only stayed at this property because all other hotels were sold out and it was getting late. The front desk representative didn't even ask for my ID or a credit card. Terrible, limited parking.

This place was not up to par , I don’t expect much with this chain but it was the only thing available that was pet friendly. Overcharged for this dingy place . The bedspread was terribly stained with cigarette holes on it .parking was terrible , I could go on and on.. just not a good spot

Carpet in hallway stinky, dead bolt didn't work, curtains falling apart, definitely you get for what you pay. Horrible.

The hotel is pretty old and somewhat run down. We had no major issues but my wife felt like we were staying the Bates motel.

OMG avoid. A construction worker’s motel at best. Dirty, run down, shady. My room was on the second floor. Empty beer cans and cigarette butts all over. The room was damp, sticky, nothing plugged in, dingy walls and sloppily painted. The shower drained slowly, so I ended up standing ankle deep in tepid water, standing on a mildewy bath mat. Windows were grimy but I could see the parking lot, well lit at night I assume to keep the miscreants away. I do give credit to the owner, I was awakened to some yelling and screaming around 12:30 am, the owner was in the parking lot running off some lot lizards. Tied for my worst hotel experience, which also happened to be in Kansas.

This hotel seems to attract rather rough travelers. It can be noisy if you get a room near the stairs. Park in the front well lit parking lot. I booked on Expedia and the room with one bed that i booked was not available upon arrival. I was given a room with 2 beds.

Needs a deep cleaning and some TLC. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet in the hotel. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Outside the hotel didn't feel safe.

The room had a musky smell to include towels. The bathroom shower drain drained slowly as you took a shower you stood in water that went past your ankles .The shower mat was slimy and you could tell it had not been cleaned for a while. The location was very unkept and unclean as there was a ring in the shower. Went to turn on the lights on the night stand and they did not work. Photos of location did not look the same as on website very outdated.. The pool was not in working order and didn’t seem like it would be or hasn’t been for a long time as there was box springs in the area and the windows had scum. When we walked up to the building there were frogs not only outside but in hall way as you entered and the soda machine was leaking something. It was said there was no smoking but it smelled like cigarettes. There were people hanging out in the front of the building on the side of the building and back of the building . It wasn’t very comfortable as they were two individuals sitting on the floor on the walk way. We drove around the building to find a different parking and there was another individual leaning on the wall . When we went to see if there was parking in the back there was 3 individuals sitting on the cement stairs one was laying on the stairs and the other two where just hanging out. This location is one I would not be going back to not only for these reasons but many others that I feel if you stay at this location you will find out for yourself.

We had a constant feeling of something crawling all over us throughout the night and woke up with bites. We decided to check out early and move to a different hotel. When we told the front desk our reasoning for leaving early, they acted like they did not care. I didn't even attempt for a refund of our remaining nights, we just wanted to get out as fast as possible.

Room was clean, but needed some upgrades. Tub was rough and drain was yuck. I'm not sure if they were upgrading when we stopped. We were just passing through so weren't looking for anything but a bed and a shower. Got both for reasonable price but some may be discouraged by the looks of the place.

I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. The walls were paper thin. The smeel of pot was everywhere. Drug deals were going on right out front. There was garbage in our room when we checked in. The place is run down.

Although it was an older facility,it was very neat, clean and the bed was super comfy. Also they clean your room daily and bring in new towels. Well worth the 60.00 a night.
