Let's start with saying 'The Price is Right'. It's a cheap hotel. I travel quite a bit and this is one of the low budget hotels that I have stayed at. Rooms are very small, bathrooms are even smaller, shower is small and very slippery. There were holes in the walls that weren't patched, carpets dirty, toilet seat loose, exterior doors with signs that said they were broken, jacuzzi not working with a piece of plywood covering it, bed was terribly uncomfortable, pillows were cheap and pillow cases dirty, no bedside lamps, intrusive ceiling lighting - really the list could go on. However, the price was cheap so I guess what should you expect. The front desk staff was reasonable friendly except for the guy who was mad at me for telling him there was a fire in their outdoor ashtray. I would probably not stay here again simply because of the bed and pillow cases. If you're looking for a cheap place however, this is an option.

Room was comfortable until you got to sleep on the bed. It’s as though you were sleeping on the floor. The mattress was as hard as a board and caused back pain in the morning.

I had numerous hard times getting my basic needs met. We were told the breakfast was every morning. There were most mornings where my two little boys couldn’t eat because they did not set out much for the guest to eat. Luckily there was a quick trip close by. The toilets weren’t efficient and had several problems through my stay. I only enjoyed the pool 1 day since the water ph levels were off my skin was itching and rashing developed on my skin. I will not be wanting to go back after paying almost $1000 for a week.

Got to the hotel at 3 for check in and the room hadn't been cleaned yet and took an hour for it to be cleaned. There was holes in the wall. The mattress was hard and the pillows were super thin and not comfortable. Overall a bad experience from the moment we got to the hotel and didn't stay the second night we had booked.

Absolutely unfriendly staff who threw my key card at me durning check in. Rooms were dirty and smelled like damp sewage. ZERO hot water in evening or morning. Sink was falling apart & the bed I’m pretty sure was held up by one board. It could’ve collapsed at any point. Horrible stay!

It was clean. Didn't like the old hotel smell. Bathroom pocket door very hard to open and close. Looked to have caulk stuck on it. Hole in wall should be covered where plumbing is.

This non-smoking hotel wreaked of smoke on my floor and especially in my room. My bathroom looked filthy - the walls of the bathroom were dirty; the shower floor had something on it. There was no hot water this morning - after running the shower for 10+ minutes - so I took a cold shower. Great location, but horrible condition.

We felt like we were catfished! The pictures do NOT represent the “hotel” at all. Everything was out of order from the restrooms, to the pool, to the ice machine. The trash can by the elevator was overflowing with trash and stunk terribly bad. The AC wasn’t working well throughout the hotel. Our room was musty so we switched rooms only to continue to be disappointed. It was a clean environment or up to date. We promptly got a refund and left. This place should close down.

The exterior and lobby gave me high hopes, but the room and bathroom humbled me. The whole room gave you an icky feeling and it was really hard to get comfortable. It is severely outdated and the management clearly needs a lesson regarding priority, because to update a lobby, but not the rooms is insane. Breakfast was gross and the pool had way too many chemicals and it was hot. The Lobby bathroom was nasty as well. We paid 307 for 2 days 3 nights and I truly believe it should have been no more than $50 a night. I guess the only good thing is we didn’t have to deal with bed bugs or roaches like other people who stayed, so they must have taken care of that issue.

It was really easy to check in and check out. The room was very clean and they had the air set to 71 deg. Which was a very comfortable temp for me. They had ton of channels on tv. I would return back.

This was a terrible experience. Staff were not professional. Our room smelled, had a used coffee filter in the coffee pot and there was what looked like mucus on the shower floor. The room still had carpet fibers and staples in the ball where the old carpet base had been. The outlets were not accessible in the room and there was no alarm clock. There was no channel guide. The phone had paper over the buttons so it was made unusable. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. The breakfast was awful looking to the point I left to go get breakfast. I noticed another customer do the same thing.

Run down room. Strange dollar tree plastic hooks on the walls and above the bed, Batman movie sticker on the door (why??), "Jacuzzi tub' had empty shampoo bottle in it. Oh and the Jacuzzi function didn't even work lol. Overall just zero attention to cleanliness and detail.

Very dated facility. Lobby was great but the halls had old carpet, with clearly visible, suspect stains. Room was clean but very dated. My room only had overhead lighting and no switches in reach of the bed. Outlets were functional but inconvienant. The desk was rickety, the dresser that held the tv had shims under the front legs to keep it from rocking and the floor beneath the carpet was uneven. The fridge was iced over, with the door seal flapping every time it was opened. Though it was a reasonably safe area and my stay was quiet, the hotel just had a weird vib and didnt feel very secure. If your on a budget and need a cheaper option for a few days, be prepared to get what you pay for.

Location was good and I felt safe with my kids. Furniture was very worn out. Floor was buckled in our room. Breakfast was not worth it. (I picked this hotel partly for the breakfast and budget) At $151 for one night, I feel we could have paid a few dollars more and stayed somewhere else that at least offered a bigger breakfast.

When we arrived we went in to check in and no one was at the front counter. We waited almost 15 minutes before someone finally came down(after my husband went and found him upstairs). My pillow was covered in someone else's hair when i walked into my room. The paint was chipping in the bathroom and i found a dirty wash cloth in the shower. The beds were so small my husbands feet hung off the bottom of the bed. He is only 5'9. There were kids runni g up and down the hallways upstairs and in the room above us. We went to the front desk and they said they would handle it. They did not!! They had us up at 6 am the next morning doing it all over again.

first it was affordable - first time i have used expedia. wish there was more than 4 pieces of kleenix in box and that there was a listing of TV stations. suggest that the remote have cover on back and not have the bare batteries showing.

This hotel was awful. We ended up leaving because the room was in such poor condition. The floor had major water damage, the sheets were dirty, the chair was falling apart and 3 doors down from our room was a room with a sign that said “Do Not Enter This Space Does Not Have a Certificate of Occupancy” from the city. They refused to refund our money even though we were only there for 5 minutes.
