The 2 houses are very spacious and enough room for a large group. The property manager is very responsive. But the houses are well worn and needs lots of maintenance and updating. The towels and linens are well worn and should be replaced. They do not supply any basic items, like hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap or trash bags and no propane for the grill or fire pits.We were very disappointed in the conditions.

This property was vey clean and comfortable to stay in. Other than that there was no hot water but the seller got right back to me promptly. I would recommend this spot

Kind of low key as far as bachelor parties go. House was big, clean, just as advertised. Communication was excellent. More than likely will hit this place up again. Central to everything. Just wish I could have utilized the pool, 60 degrees in Feb, no go.

Our stay at this location was great...the property manager/ owner were attentive to our one issue...the accommodations met our needs as my mother-in-law is handicap and becuae of the elevator, she was able to access all areas of the house...we definitely would stay at this location again...

We appreciate you for accommodating our family. My family enjoyed this house there’s so much room everybody was able to move around by themselves and not bother the next person so thank you.
