Perfectly situated in a natural setting near Douglas Lake while still close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer, Sweet Dreams is the best of both worlds!
Spend the days viewing the local sights, and then return for a quiet evening alone.

Living Spaces

Rest, refresh, rejuvenate! This space is made for relaxation! Honeyed-planking abounds in this lovely home. After you walk through the sunshine-infused sunroom, which will be perfect for lazy afternoons reading or American pool tournaments, you’ll find the cozy living room.

Comfy seating, a flat-screen smart TV and PlayStation 4 with over 10 pre-installed games are waiting for you to come and relax. An abundance of windows lets in tons of natural lights, and gives you access to the amazingly soothing views!

This space has deck access, so you’re always only steps away from nature and fresh air!

Kitchen

The fully-stocked and newly updated kitchen is as cute as a bug’s ear! With plenty of counter space to spread out, you can make homemade bread or pies, using fruit from a local fruit stand. Bring a crockpot and start a yummy meal before you head out for the day, and come home to the smells of home cooking!

All cookery, flatware, and dishes are included for your convenience.

Dining Room

The wooden table can seat six and is located nearby. Pack some puzzles and spread them out at the dining room table for a quiet afternoon or play some table games. There are so many things you can do here!

Bedrooms

The lovely master suite has a wood-plank ceiling and provides you with an en-suite bath with his/her sinks and a custom tiled shower for added privacy and convenience. This room is restful and airy, and the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing! In one of the closets you will find toys for kids of all ages as well as a Pop 'N Play Portable Playard.

Also, there are two additional bedrooms and a full bath for the rest of your family to enjoy.

Everyone will sleep better here—with the clean mountain air and the sparkling stars. They always seem to shine brighter in the mountains!

Outdoor Spaces

With expansive deck spaces, you and your guests will have plenty of space to seek nature here in the Smoky Mountains. Grab a seat in one of the relaxing chairs, gather around the fire pit or spread out a picnic to enjoy in the fresh air!

very nice accommodations in secluded area. The house was very spacious for our party of five. Took advantage of as many amenities as we could. Played pool, kayaked, used the fire pit, spent a lot of time on the screened in back porch. There were a few things that could have been better. It was no storage for food. Some of the available items didn’t work such as the foosball table and the cornhole set was broken. But overall, we had a very nice stay.

We had a great time at this property. The owners were fantastic to work with and very attentive to messages/questions. The home was very clean. Our only "complaint" was that the hot tub would be much better accessed from the top deck level, but this would not deter us from returning. Thanks so much for a great time!

Wonderful place the house was perfect for our group of 6, great value and views. My only feed back is that the kitchen is not well equipped (no spatula, broken equipment like crockpot, measuring cups utensils, all the pots and pans have scrapped Teflon linings in them and are worn out) and most of the dishes were dirty with stuck on food when we took them out of the cabinets. We could see in the guest feedback book this had been reported by several other guest for more than 6 months. Alos the master bath show handle doesn't work correctly. I am sure the host will work on these things in the future as he is a very nice guy and super responsive.

Exceeded our expectations! It was wonderful waking up to the view of the lake and sitting out on the screened in porch drinking coffee every morning. The drive to the cabin was nice! Not too curvy. The privacy was a big bonus for us as well. We did not want to stay in a line of cabins right next to one another. The cabin was clean and plenty of room for everyone!

We enjoyed the cabin and the spectacular view. The space was a good size for us (6) and the description was accurate. The screened in outdoor space is a great feature we used a lot. Unfortunately for us, the TVA had drained the lake significantly and were not able to take advantage of the dock. Our host, Denis, warned us before we got there so we were prepared. Denis is incredibly responsive and helpful, you could not ask for a better host. We all enjoyed our stay and the girls were hoping to stay longer!

Enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning with views of the water and mountains. Very peaceful location, always a drive to get to town but easy to get to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We came for a girls trip and went zip lining, hiking, toured cavern, visited museums, Hatfield & McCoy dinner, wine tasting, and petting zoo. So much to do, it was nice to come back to the relaxation of the house.

We always like to take a Lake vacation in June over Fathers Day and My birthday. This year we found this beautiful cabin on Lake Douglas. Dennis is the owner and was so helpful and his communication was the best. Their home is beautiful and spacious. You can’t beat the screened in porch and the views of the lake are beautiful from the porch and living room. We enjoyed being in the lake, my daughter lived using the kayak and we enjoyed relaxing on the water. There are a lot of stairs to the lake, but that is expected and you just take you time climbing back up to a relaxing rest in the hot tub. Definitely a nice place to stay and we thank him for sharing his home with us The Splawn Family visiting from Ohio

The location is great to get away. The drive to the house was scary towing a boat. We wish we’d had known the lake water level at the time of our trip. It was too low to dock or boat at the house. The kids loved the house and played “every” game available. I loved the fire pit and the seclusion. I felt everything was clean but the beds were a little rough. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the house features. Be aware that the drive to Gatlinburg is a windy one and takes about 40+ minutes. The house had everything you need to enjoy family time together.

The cabin has a great view of the lake. If you’re bringing a boat, I’d recommend going when the water level is at full pool. You are unable to use the dock otherwise. I knew that going in so no big deal. Cabin was very clean and nice. Pool table and arcade game was good for kids and adults. Hot tub is great and has a nice view.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was very warm friendly and inviting. The overall experience with VRBO was great. Great communication everything looked like the pictures it was perfect. We hope to come back one day.

We had a great week while staying here. The property is a little further from the main road than desired and part of the road is gravel. This house is not too far away from all of the major attractions, but still far enough out to feel secluded. Nice features at the house such as hot tub and PAC MAN!! The view is incredible!

Upon arrival I was so happy. Got in late and couldn't stop anywhere. They think of everything right down to hangers and hand soap. Third trip up and it is thee cleanest accommodations I've experienced. The host was right on it with questions and booking. It's tucked away in a beautiful spot that is so quiet you can hear your heartbeat, but you don't have to make a 90 degree climb to get there. The drive in was easy. I am hoping to come back in the spring. Wish I could give a 10 star rating !!!

We had a wonderful time here. Owner was very welcoming and friendly, the place had everything we needed, and the view was incredible! We loved the huge screened in porch, and the extra fun perks like the pool table and arcade game. All in all, it was a great experience and we hope to go back one day soon!
