Good spot for teenagers who want to skate at Modern. Walked to tacos and sushi, thrifting and records. Clean and well appointed.

We could only find one fork and had to empty the dishes from the dishwasher when we arrived to find the coffee press. Tub did not drain well. Otherwise it was quiet, convenient.

Nice place - although rugs must be replaced as the curling up of the corners in the middle of rooms is a safety hazard (I just had back surgery and I tripped on them repeatedly). Otherwise - great place to stay!

Property was unlocked by the owner but i mever recieved the Bluetooth code to lock and unlock the front door. We had a great time otherwise We were in town for a funeral.

Lulu's is a cute, clean spot to stay, right in the heart of Royal Oak. The owner was super responsive and we had no issues at all. Would definitely return!!

I stay here for a week at a time when traveling for work and love the location and wonderful communication from the host, including thoughtful check-ins throughout my stay. Love having a wonderful kitchen to cook in while I'm traveling as well. Cannot say enough positive about the experience overall.

Loved staying in this cute duplex! I brought teen girls down from Traverse City and this was exactly what I was looking for. It has been updated and is super clean. Walking distance to downtown Royal Oak - all in a super safe area. Easy access to downtown Detroit, the Art Institute, and close enough to Ann Arbor if you are doing a college tour. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. It was a short walk to Main St for a night on the town and a short drive to Detroit attractions. The house is a duplex type set up so quite hours were enforced but we were well informed of that. The home slept 6 comfortably. Overall a great stay.

Came to Royal Oak for an overnight stay to see a concert with a friend. The place was perfect not only because of how clean and cute it was but also conveniently located to the Royal Oak Music Theatre where the concert was. The neighborhood was a nice quiet area of town. Mario was a wonderful host and was always in communication! I will definitely plan to stay at this place the next time I visit!

Nice old style duplex just a short walk from from downtown Royal Oak. Extremely clean with nice charm. Host communicated very well.

We just stayed one night, but the house was super cute (the back room is adorable and is great for photos!) Mario was a great host and was always quick to respond if we had questions or needed anything. Highly recommend this place! Just drive slowly when you're initially looking for the house as it's easy to miss! Several of us drove by it the first time and had to park in the street or turn around. There is a special lane just for parking in the street though which is super nice if you miss the driveway or have a large group!

It was a really nice location. The property was also nice and I liked that I could get in touch with the host pretty fast. The only issue I had was it being a 2 family flat which I would have liked to know ahead of time. I thought I would be able to hear the neighbors but I didn’t so I got over it.

Everything was so nice and clean and the owner went out of their way to recommend good places for dinner and drinks in royal oak! The app to unlock and open the door was also such a nice feature! Super great place to stay :)

Hi! Me and my friends did not stay at Lulus Place due to there was a power outage in the area during the big snow storm that just happened a couple weeks ago. But, the host was kindly refunded back the whole amount that I paid for the place! Host keep me updated and communicate with me the whole storm which it was pretty nice of him! Definitely will book this place in the future!
