Loved our stay. Very spacious with incredible views of the beach, ocean, and river. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and the pool was very nice. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Access to the building, pool, and beach was easily accessible. Shopping carts helped tremendously with loading and unloading. We can't wait to book again next year!

This was nice but it’s time to start replacing things like some faucets, etc. I was very upset about not being able to park the u-haul trailer on the property. It was plenty big for all of us. Kind of disappointed for the price of rental.

Upon our arrival, we were unable to access the building with the instructions given from the rental company and had to call the owner to get in. When we arrived at the condo, it smelled musty and was very dated. Despite it not being as clean as we would have liked and looking like it hasn’t been updated since the 80’s, we made the most of it and the size and layout of the condo was great. Some of our disappointments were.
No parking pass
Not super clean
Stained carpet
Only one key fob & 2 keys for 6 people
No operating can opener we bought a handheld one)
Pool was closed for repairs
When my husband contacted the office on Monday after we arrived on Saturday, he was told they would not give us a parking pass or more key fobs because we were in violation being there. Apparently, the condo is only supposed to be rented for 2 weeks at a time and we were there for a week.

We LOVED our stay in this SPACIOUS, 18th floor condo with its amazing east (ocean), north (corner unit), AND west (Intracoastal) facing views! The place has three separate balconies with the east-facing one wrapping around the north side of the unit. It was the perfect location for witnessing gorgeous sunrises, feeding dolphins, and glowing sunsets. The balconies also have comfortable furniture on which to sip your beverage of choice, read a book, or hold a conversation.
The unit is open and huge with three bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, an expansive dining table, and two living room areas. The decor might be considered dated, but I personally loved the style. There were some issues with a number of the unique light fixtures not working, but it did nothing to hamper our stay. Vic, the owner, and Regina, the property manager, were a pleasure to work with.
For some reason, “the code” we were given did not work for the outer door entry, but once we got inside the building and our unit, we found a key fob that provided easy access.
The kitchen appliances need to be updated, and the pool was disappointingly still under repair during our (3/30/24 - 4/6/24) stay, but overall, this is an absolutely wonderful space that I will be definitely be looking to book again next year.

Plenty of personal space for 3 families including 3 boys ages 2, 8 and 10. Our only disappointment after having this property booked for almost a year, was to arrive and discover the pool area unavailable and under construction. (wish we would have been notified of the lack of a pool and direct beach access before our stay) Beach access was a block away so transportation to and from, with three boys and their toys was an adventure.
3 stars for listing due to lack of pool area. 3 stars for communication with the property manager - because we had no communication. (A hit with the boys was the ice cream shop directly across the road)

Location and view are great. As you can see by the pictures this condo is "dated" as is the whole building. Communication with property manager wasn't great regarding check in - we kinda had to figure stuff out for ourselves on how to get in every night (Locked lobby) Owners were responsive though. If you are expecting the condo to be as nice as the view - you will be disapointed but over all our stay was OK.

This place has so much potential it’s crazy! The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking, I often took my morning coffee and just listened to the waves. The decor is straight out of the 60/70’s, each bedroom has this weird lighting that screams the 60’s. The kitchen was sufficient for vacation but some of the pots and pans could use replacing. The entire unit had a musty-smokers smell so we grabbed some room plug-ins and that was fixed. I know a cleaning fee is added in to the booking but there is no way it has been properly cleaned, ie mopped floors in a while. The owners were gracious enough to let us check in early but she said she just had to make sure it was cleaned first- it looked picked up but the floors were definitely not cleaned, swept maybe but no way were they mopped. The appliances could definitely use an upgrade, the oven takes forever to preheat, I’m talking 15-20 minutes. The only “problem” we had were thing the owner had no control on. The pool table room lock at 9pm, the private pool was closed for repairs, and the beach access was under construction. All in all we had a great time and the condo was definitely a part of that, but don’t think I would choose this particular unit until updates were done, and a new cleaning service is chosen.

CONS: Our Check-In code did not work, so was rough getting access to lobby of the location after a long trip. We were told by owners to wait until someone came out of the building to get in, but we winded up calling a random resident who kindly let us in. Non working lamp in Master, but we used a lamp from another room to solve this problem. A number of bulbs blown in the unit, and/or mismatched light bulbs in lighting units (LED w/incandescent bulbs) that diminished the aesthetic value of the property, but this can easily be fixed. I notified the owners of this issue, especially in the dining area since it was pretty dark at the kitchen table. The cleaners did not do a good job cleaning, so we personally gave the unit a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. Smelled of cigarettes upon entry, and the owners stated they would inform the cleaning crew for the next time. Living room couch should be professionally cleaned/replaced as it had a very foul odor and could not be used w/out heavy blankets on top of it. For the price of this unit, this unit deserves a little more TLC, to help present a better presentation/experience for guests.
PROS: The view of the ocean is amazing; elevators are pretty quick; the place is quiet; parking is ample; pots/pans & cooking items are sufficient for family of 6.

We had a very memorable spring break in Daytona! This spacious condo unit was great for our large family of eight. The decor and furniture were elegant, yet very comfortable for our kids and us to relax and spend quality time together. The quiet location was perfect for us, just south of the busy section of Daytona. Proximity to plenty of nearby activities made this place ideal. We enjoyed the nearby water park, and visited Kennedy Space Center only about 1 hr away. During our stay the owner graciously checked in to see how we were doing, and offered suggestions for some activities. From nearly all rooms in this 18th floor unit we experienced amazing panoramic ocean views, visible for miles up and down the coast line. From this vantage point, the view of the morning sunrise over the ocean was amazing. From the oversized master suite, we also had a nice view overlooking Daytona and the Halifax River. The unit was well equipped with a closet full of all the beach gear we needed. The beach was gently sloping, which made it easy for our older kids to learn how to bodyboard in the shallower water, while our younger ones were happy to play in the soft, clean sand. At night we watched family movies on the large screen TV. We also discovered the pool table in the building, which was a fun opportunity for us to teach the kids how to play. We highly recommend this beautiful condo for family vacations!

This location was great for my kids to get out and run around.
No calm swimming anywhere close and a little chilly in March. But the condo had a plenty to do while inside enjoying the gorgeous view of the ocean.
The view is a 10/10

I would stay here again! It is very spacious and the views are priceless ♥️

We had a great vacation. The condo was very nice and comfortable. The river and ocean views were spectacular. Condo was very large and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. My favorite part was sitting on the sofa every morning looking directly at the ocean while drinking my coffee. It was so peaceful. The condo has everything you need for a stay at the beach including a large laundry room. The pool and the workout room were also very nice and they were never crowded. The owners of this condo were very nice to work with and we look forward to staying here again.
