The house was great aside from not having hot water

Te house was located in a great spot. The inside the home was spacious and clean.

Well sorted house 3 minutes from gunstock. 3 bedrooms make it easy to vacation with 3 generations.
The driveway is certainly steep and eager to form ice. I put down about 3 bags of salt to solve the issue. I recommend you do the same. AWD and winter tires highly recommended.

Large house with plenty of space and towels provided. Not a lot of extra amenities (washing machine soap, hairdryer, etc), but was an easy check in and out. We didn’t travel with a dog, but dog bowls were provided as a nice gesture.

There is a lot of space, we were at this house in June and had 7 adult fishermen. There were plenty of sleep spaces, good living and dining space and the kitchen had the best space, facilities, dishes, cook ware and utensils I’ve seen in the 31 years of this group’s fish trips!

Nice house

The house was spacious and clean, but there is no backyard and a very small front yard on a slope that was on a main rte so it was difficult with dogs outside, and no good place to walk them. I could not get into the house as the lockbox code would not work and had to call and or text 4x before i got to speak with someone. Vacasa said that only 1 car was allowed, which i said was ridiculous because it's a big driveway with a 2 car garage, they said there were parking instructions inside and another car would have to park 5 miles away..again ridiculous, but when i got inside, there were no directions. I told them and they said someone would bring over parking passes. No one came. Also the house description said beach access, don't know where this is as closest beach is 7 miles away and is open to public. The house description
also said the house was approximately a reasonable price
but their cleaning fee is high, then there's a service fee (don't know what the service was) and a very pricey "host fee" (???) so essentially double the price.

This house is professionally setup to be a rental property and functions very well. No clutter, lots of room for our stuff, a nice big kitchen, a two car attached garage you can use, and 3 minutes from Gunstock.
But… be aware that the driveway is steep and troublesome when the snow is falling. I recommend a 4WD truck or an AWD vehicle with snow tires. My 2WD vehicles had to put on a big show almost every day to climb the driveway, and they both have studded winter tires. My in-laws with a Honda CRV AWD on all-seasons took 3 tries to get up the driveway one day.

We stayed for the 1st week in August 2021 - getting in and out was a breeze! Bayside Rentals was excellent to deal with. House was spotless everything worked perfectly and had everything you need - close to everything. Gunstock around the corner was nice - Tons to do!! Weather was iffy most days and we still had a great time. Thinking of booking for same time next year!

The house is very comfortable with a lot of open space. The kitchen is equipped with anything you may need for cooking meals. We loved spending time out on the porch having our meals or just sitting and relaxing. We were there for a week and enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

For the first time in probably 20 years we were able to take a ‘summer’ family vacation! We recently purchased a boat in Alton Bay, NH so we knew we wanted to be in the area for the week of the 4th! We were late to the booking process, and when we found this house, not only did it meet all our expectations, it was in the perfect location! We wanted to book this house immediately, and then we found out we were able to bring our pups with us as well, which really made our decision so easy! We had other family members come and stay for a few nights at a time, and the fact we could all be together really made this a trip to remember!
A few things we might suggest to the owners are: If you plan to rent again during the summer months, potentially add an air conditioner; add a darker curtain in master bedroom for the slider (sun comes in bright in the morning); & maybe check the two front burners on the stove (they seem to not heat up)! Otherwise, we definitely can’t wait to hopefully rent this property again!!
Thank you!
