The gorgeous resort-style yard is walled and gated for complete privacy. It features a saltwater pool and integrated spa, chaise lounges, two outdoor dining areas, a built-in BBQ grill, an outdoor lounge overlooking the pool, and a firepit lounge. There is also a spacious yard area where you’ll find towering palm trees and a hammock - it’s perfect for relaxing! Gorgeous mountain views and impeccably manicured grounds add to the magic of this spectacular property.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Palm Grove captures the fun and nostalgia of Palm Springs living. The very private backyard has gorgeous mountain views, plus all of the amenities you could want while on vacation. You’ll find a saltwater pool with a waterfall spa surrounded by lounge chairs, a fire pit lounge, an outdoor living area that overlooks the pool, and two alfresco dining areas, plus a built in BBQ grill. There’s also a huge yard area where you’ll find towering palm trees and a hammock - perfect for relaxing under the sun. You’ll also find bocce ball, as well as more occasional seating in the side patio. Staying at this property will truly feel like you’re staying at your own private resort that everyone in your group will enjoy.
** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **
INDOOR LIVING SPACES
As though ripped from the pages of Architectural Digest, this property is livable luxury at its best. The fabulous living room - which features a gorgeous fireplace, comfortable seating, and views of the pool area - flows into the dining area and well-equipped kitchen where you’ll also find an island prep area and a breakfast bar. There’s even a gorgeous solid slab marble top wet bar next to the dining area. Walls of glass throughout the property add an airy feel, blurring the lines between indoor-outdoor living.
This property has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury vacation home - high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs, high-performance climate control, a washer and dryer, and more.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
This property has 4 bedrooms and a fabulous casita, all featuring a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The Primary Suite features a California King bed, a sofa, an ensuite bath with a sink and a gorgeous walk-in shower, plus direct access to the yard. Guest Room 1 has a King bed, an ensuite bath, and access to a patio. Guest Room 2 has a King bed, direct access to the guest bathroom in the hallway, and patio access. The fourth bedroom is on the opposite end of the home and has a Queen bed, direct access to the pool yard, and easy access to a guest bathroom. The entrance to the casita is through the pool yard - there is no direct access from the main house. The casita also has a California King bed, a sofa, and access to the pool yard.

Fabulous home in Vista Las Palmas - a quintessential mid-century modern neighborhood. You’ll be just a short stroll from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive as it passes through the Uptown Design District.
