All guests who book a stay at Texas Tiki will receive an in-person welcome as part of our concierge services provided by Evoke Concierge, LLC. They will lead you on a brief tour of the home, designed to point out the most attractive features and amenities. During the brief visit, they will also be able to provide operational instructions, recommendations for the local area, and answer any questions that you may have. If you are looking for a home where you can relax and enjoy the Texas Gulf Coast with many sought after amenities, Texas Tiki is the perfect destination! Everyone will enjoy their privacy with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple patio spaces, a heated pool, and unbelievable views that this gorgeous two story home offers. You can even bring your dogs along (2 dogs maximum)

The main living space of this home is on the second level, has an open floor plan with an inviting living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is a natural congregation spot, with a comfortable leather couch and two chairs, there is plenty of room to lounge in front of a large Smart television. The living area opens to an adjoining sunroom in case you want to escape the summer heat but still enjoy the views, this room is fully enclosed with air conditioning. You'll find sleeping arrangements with a sleeper sofa for two. A full size washer and dryer is available and a spiral staircase to access the outdoor entertainment area from the sunroom.

The fully-equipped kitchen is a dream with all stainless steel appliances and ample counter space you could need for preparing meals. Both drip and Keurig coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. A formal dining area, seating for 8 allows for more elegant occasions and larger crowds. Delight in the view of Little Bay while enjoying breakfast meal at the sunroom dining table, seating for 6.

The Master Suite is just off the front entry room presents a Queen-sized Bed, sectional sofa, Smart television, and a walk-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower, and single vanity sink with a makeup counter.

Continuing to the other side of the house, a full bathroom sits just after the second bedroom. The bedroom features a Twin-sized Bed and Full over Full Bunk Bed, Bean Bag, Smart television, and a reach-in closet. The full guest bathroom has a single vanity sink with a makeup counter and tub/shower combo.

The third and fourth bedrooms are found on the lower level of the house, with separate main access from the outdoor entertainment area. The third bedroom, which is on the driveway side features a King-sized Bed, Smart television, and a reach-in closet. The fourth bedroom, which on the pool side features a Queen-sized Bed, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a reach-in closet. The shared bathroom, with direct access from bedroom 4 features a tile shower, and single vanity sink, and built-in storage shelves. To enjoy your space with privacy, both bedrooms have private entry doors.

If you are looking to spend time outside, you cannot find a better spot! The magnificent private swimming pool that consists of wading pool for children is a definite focal point. With all the outdoor seating and stunning views of Little Bay, this space is perfect for year round enjoyment. Delight in a cold beverage around the high top tiki bar or unwind on the lounge bed while you enjoy your favorite book and a glass of wine. Also, just a step down from the pool is a covered sitting area that consist of a sectional sofa and lounge chairs, a built in bar top and dining table that is perfect for serving drinks, appetizers, and meals.

Texas' First Blue Wave Beach - The Rockport Beach is ranked one of the best and cleanest beaches in Texas. This family-friendly beach is an excellent way to spend a day relaxing and swimming with the kids. The beach offers several themed playgrounds, picnic and grilling areas, restrooms, and pavilions that you can rent out for your next family function event.

Rockport-Fulton is home to many historical sights and parks, such as the Fulton Mansion Historic Site, Goose Island State Park and The Big Tree, and The Texas Maritime Museum. The Town of Fulton's fishing pier rebuild is complete, and certainly a must to check out!

You can spend a day shopping in the Historic Downtown Rockport offering an exciting collection or shops and restaurants. You don't want to miss the Rockport-Fulton Market Days, a festival that has been going on for over 3 years. They have excellent vendors of the coastal bend area every 3rd weekend of every month.

Just a 20 minute drive and ferry wait, you can find yourself in the original island life destination, Port Aransas and Mustang Island are 18 miles of shoreline and wide, sandy beaches-with everything you need to experience the perfect beach vacation.
