At check in we discovered the rooms were multi level (2 bedroom suite townhouse) and we were not expecting that. They quickly changed our rooms to 3rd floor but all interior rooms were on the same level. That was nice. However, there was lots of street noise as we were right off the highway. Made for difficult sleeping.

It was a fabulous place to stay! The staff was friendly, the unit we stayed in was perfect for our needs, and the property was beautiful! We had lovely views and even saw a deer one of the mornings. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

This property is in a beautiful setting, and offers many diverse activities. However, things in the room that should have worked did not, And some of the offerings were dated and inconvenient. To play the arcade games Required a complicated process of getting a "game card." Also, guests need to be aware that there's only basic cable in the rooms. Any movie selection you want – but you have to sit through commercials. In this day and age, that's just not fun. When we decided to use the DVD player and see our own movie, we discovered on the last night it wasn't working. A call to the desk to ask someone to bring us A replacement DVD player resulted in the 45 minute delay as they " put in a ticket." By then, it was too late to relax and watch the movie we wanted to watch on our last night of vacation. These seem like minor glitches, but for a property that wants to be a full service resort property, they were distinct dissatisfiers. The staff was pleasant enough, but some of those resort features need a definite upgrade.

The unit we stayed in was across the street and all newly renovated also making it walking distance to the restaurant & bar or liquor store. You can cross the street and it’s was next to the main grocery store which has live music on the weekends. However !!!! They need blinds on windows as the street lights keep the bedroom all lite up and the padding above you isn’t insulated very well, The people above us had small kids, and it was very noisy We could hear everywhere they were going. Also, Some of the stuff at this place is seasonal and could be closed when you arrive

I spent a little more for a villa to get a jacuzzi tub in my room like pictured. Apparently they were getting rid of jacuzzis so my room had none and my kids were already unpacked and I didn't want to move rooms. Also, I asked for lake view. Not the sites fault, but there's barely any lake to view. Of the 5 pools they said they had for each group of villas, the one by our area was not open. The next closest was a drive down the street to the main office area. When asking for credit for not having a jacuzzi, they asked if I called ahead to confirm.. I did not. I expected it was as advertised, so no credit. I even extended my stay and all they did was offer to movey room, which again, I did not want to repack to unpack. Nice big rooms and space, washer and dryer, kitchenette, nice big table and balcony. The layout was nice overall, but some of the doors were odd. Some didn't open, one doorway had 2 doors, not French (one to lock from inside the other to lock from the outside)? Doors to the bathroom were weird. One you would get hit from the side of u sat on the toilet and your spouse came in.. the other bathroom you could get your head or toes smashed cuz the bathroom doors are right at the toilets.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The only downside of our experience was the pushy lady at check in trying to sell us the $200 or cruise. We tried to tell her we were in a hurry, I understand that’s part of her job, but she wouldn’t stop and was asking personal questions that made us uncomfortable. But other than that, we had the most wonderful time

Checkin was a slow process but after that it was an uphill experience. The room was nice and clean. Spacious and had more things that I needed. It was quiet and restful. Due to the upgrade, i had a nice tub with jets that i have never experienced before. I would recommend this Hotel.

Hotel was awesome. The only thing I didnt like was the girl being pushy regarding the timeshare. She wouldnt take no for an answer. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Apartment was really well furnished, but not well maintained. Hot water was slow to come on in the master bedroom, dish washer was broken, many cabinets doors were falling off hinges, etc.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing. It was missing the hair dryer and when we asked for one it took three calls and about two hours to receive one. Also took a day to get some more coffee. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Overall this was an ok stay. Good to have the space of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Lots of potential. Was only surface clean, needed a full deep clean. Linens are cheap, especially the bath towels. Excellent pillows however. This is a very large complex and there is a lot of traffic and the pools are very busy. Restaurant has basic choices with higher than average pricing. Staff was nice but you have to wait in line line than average and they are difficult to get on the phone if needed.

This was a great fit to visit nearby family, giving us safe place to retreat to with a toddler, will book again. Pros- quiet, spacious, pretty clean*, comfortable bed, cold a/c, full kitchen with pots, etc in our Villa; cons- most ammenities were on other half of property (across busy road, not willing to cross with toddler in tow on foot), *one of our sheets had staining -it was minor enough I tucked out of way. I didn't mention to staff to give them opportunity to correct (assembling sofa bed late), at check in I had to chat with 2nd person to get room keys so they can try to sell me on listening to some promotional 90min presentation to become an "owner". The annoying part was the 9am call the next morning to "see which time works best" and wouldn't take no for an answer. I didn't answer hotel phone after that.

Won’t book a cabin villa again as we got stuck with a villa not cabin villa they are different. Villas are 2 story and when you have a 2 year old not the best. They could not move us as everything was booked. Only plus size we were across the street from all the amenities they offer.

Check in was slow! Took over 30 minutes since you have to attain your keys from a lady who wants to talk you into a Timeshare presentation. The family in front of me got talked into it after a 30 minute back and forth. Also dirty room with roaches. Black feet from an incredibly dirty floor. Hair piled up in bathroom behind door on checkin. I would NOT book here again.

Staff was great! Apparently we unknowingly booked a standard room with a family of 6. Which a standard room to them is 1 bed. (It didn’t say that..) They got us into a 2 bedroom with a fold out couch so that was great. We absolutely loved all the things that there are to do, the full size furnished kitchens, the bbq pits and the views from our balconies. We did have quite a bit of hair on the walls in the master shower (not ours) I kind of found that gross and couldn’t let it go… but other than that the place is totally recommended.

I gave this a generous 2 stars, they offer amenities but in my case our room was across the freeway “a little nugget of information not known when booking” so something as simple as wanting to enjoy the pool, we had to drive to it. When asked for something closer…yep you guessed it, completely booked. The road noise from the hwy, is bad especially when trying to sleep…so glad this was only a one night stay. My disappointment was the same with another guest who was also banished to across the fwy. and struck up a conversation with me expressing the same disappointment. Not again for me, good luck.
