Such a lovely hotel! On the quieter end of the strip which means a little walk into town but well worth it as the hotel and staff are wonderful! Would recommend Ivy Mare for sure!

I think overall the stay was good, nice pool area and access to the beach and promenade walkway into Paphos. My only criticism would be the main restaurant. Great for breakfast but 39Euro per person for the dinner is criminal and the quality isnt that great. You can go for a nice meal elsewhere for half the price. We had a hot tub room which was lovely in the evenings but they kept way over filling it which meant it splashed down onto the bar so had to empty it using the bin10 times every other day which is pretty shocking really!

A great BB stay. We had the deluxe sea view and it did not disappoint, beautiful views day and night. We hired a car and it was a short drive to the airport to the hotel and lots of free ample parking at the hotel. The sunset is to the right of the hotel, however, it goes behind buildings and does not sunset into the sea. The check-in was different compared to most hotels, we were asked to sit down and fill in a form for our check-in, whilst we were given lemonade and a cold towel to refresh. What we realised after was that this process was to allow room service to put down fresh fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine on ice, which was a kind gesture. The room was spacious, with a blue, green, gold and white theme. All amenities were available, plenty of pillows and a separate bathroom and toilet. The room was cleaned daily (sometimes twice). The only thing I could of improved about the room was the leaking water from the window separating the room and bathroom (which the cleaners missed), the aircon because I felt it was not consistently cool and there was an odd smell, which could have been fresh paint. The service at reception was exceptional they were all fantastic and helped me organise a treat for my partner’s birthday (thank you)! The cleaning staff was kind and courteous. The service at the restaurants were hit and miss, especially in the Japanese restaurant as they had to keep coming back to confirm our order, got the wine order wrong and were generally slow.

I booked this hotel based on the location and the reviews I had read, needless to say me and my wife were not disappointed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was to re-visit Paphos. The hotel staff were all brilliant and very welcoming.

We visited the property in November 2023. When I first arrived, the staff were very friendly, they offered a drink and a wet towel to freshen up. The staff member took us through their all-inclusive policies and ensured I was equipped with all the information for my stay. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool, which was very relaxing and quiet, until it got too cold. The towels they offered around the pool area were very nice too. The hotel have an app to order to your sun lounger. The staff were quick to respond to orders and they were very friendly. The drinks were also very good, alcoholic drinks were not watered down, which is usually expected from all-inclusive holidays. The morning buffet for breakfast was A , there was something for everyone. Pastries, desserts, fruit, omelette station, freshly fried eggs, english breakfast items as well as items from around the world and fresh honey. The staff were very friendly and provided us with refreshments and support throughout the meal. Lunch buffet was a different theme every night and the food was cooked to perfection. Could not fault it. Their other 2 restaurants were really good and we were stuffed after their set menus. Staff were quick to respond to our complaint about noise from a staff door outside our room, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommend this hotel!

The Ivi Mare Hotel truly deserves its Five Star rating. The food and accommodation were outstanding, but it was the staff that were smiling, friendly and efficient, without exception, that made our stay so special. The hotel management were always visible and actively engaging with guests to ensure that their stay exceeded expectations. Many thanks to the whole team for such a wonderful relaxing holiday.

Great 5 star hotel. Everything is new, service is very friendly, they kept surprising us with gifts (chocolates, cava, fruits), and generally made sure we feel welcome and enjoy the stay. It was winter but the beach and pool look really welcoming so we will come back at summer time. The spa is very good as well as the indoor pool, and the food was great too. Rich breakfast, and Greek and Japanese restaurants. Go for the Greek one, because the sushi was the only point of disappointment... (If you want better sushi, go to ocean basket which is within walking distance).

It was an amazing 1xst time experience in an only adult establishment. I loved each and every minute with my wife and two daughters. The seaside, the pool, the facilities the location, all was wonderful. Great place for vacation.

We really loved our stay at Ivy Mare. It is a beautiful quiet hotel; where you can order drinks from an app to your subbed! Only negative was that the outside pool was quite chilly. Other than that, we had the most delightful stay!

Everything about the hotel is excellent. The staff are first class and nothing is to much trouble. The food is very good,, excellent choice at breakfast, a wide variety of dishes at lunch. The themed nights in the main restaurant are good as are the 2 a la carte restaurants. The all inclusive option is great value for money. One of the best features of the hotel is the app you can download to order drinks to your table or sun bed. Will definitely visit again.

A fantastic hotel, great pool, staff and food/drink. Pros - app to order easily by the pool and brilliant and friendly staff by the pool. Very good food and drink, one of the best AI I’ve stayed in, decent wines and cocktails. Good location 10-15 mins from airport and 30 min walk into Paphos along the coastline. Tips for improvement - poor gym, one one running machine and one set of freehold weights. More a la carte restaurants and with a better range of food, it’s a set menu so doesn’t feel as much of a treat.

It’s nothing like the pictures to be honest and akakiko is the worst Japanese restaurant I’ve ever tried. Georges from reception staff is a Superman that made a lot of things right. If it weren’t for him I would give the hotel 1 point only. Now it’s a 3/5.

Overall, it's beautiful hotel. Especially as it's for adults only, you can guarantee peaceful and quiet vacation. Also the pool is very huge and nice. It could have been better if some sunbeds were available along the beach. The only minor issue I had was noise. The room was not 100% noise-proof. For this reason, I heard the music coming from lobby floor in my room.

This hotel is really excellent. It's very new, clean and the staff are really fantastic. From check in to check out everything was great. We had half board so there was a good breakfast and choice of three types of food for dinner, buffet, Cypriot or Japanese. The dinner portions were very generous. Feb was quiet in Paphos so some hotels, restaurants and bars still closed for winter but we liked it quiet. Certainly recommend this hotel.

I would give it 5 stars but I feel bit disappointed about a trick the hotel made on us. After my booking in Expedia the hotel send me an offer to bid on a upgrade to a suite with jacuzzi. I put an offer and 'won' the 'suite' which turned to be a standard room with jacuzzi for extra payment of 50 euro per night , then i found out that i could get the same room with 30usd extra in Expedia. Other than that the hotel was great.

The room was equipped with a electric kettle that is not well designed and it's lid fell off while I was making tea and the water vapor caused me to get second degree burns. The staff was not equipped to help me, there was nothing in the first aid kit, and I had to call an emergency services to have a doctor give me some ointment that the hotel could have just had, and had to pay 200Euros for the treatment. The next few days, with my hand competely bandaged i couldn't enjoy many of the activities i wanted to do, like be in the indoor pool, which was warm on the first day, but then when i wrapped my hand in such a way that i could go in there with my bandages it was really cold. this was our last day there so there was nothing they could do as it was closing very early and didn't run later until a reasonable hour of the night
