Nice, clean, comfortable, unique

The hotel parking and entrance was a bit tricky to figure out and find just go slow and pay attention to signs for the parking. Walk across the street not far at all to the hotel entrance door. The gentleman that was at front desk was amazing, the process was beyond easy and quick, our room was absolutely stunning and perfectly cleaned and smelled great. The coffee or tea bar consisted of a keuring or freshly brewed coffee also with cream and sugar of course. The bed was so comfortable like a cloud. The room temp was whatever you sat it too on the wall and it was central airflow. The concept of the ceilings were too cool just like the warehouse it says it is. I'm in love with this place, and will be returning many times again in the future!

We visited the bar and we were highly disappointed. We ordered 5 different kind of mix drinks and 4 different beers and they didn't have any if them. It was all common drinks also. The bar tender girls were okay and tried helping as much as they could work with, but the man that was there was either drunk or idk but he was very unattentive to us and a few others but seemed to be the life of the party to a bigger group and we went without a drink for 5 mins before getting his attention. The bar was beautiful, the two girls were doing what they could but him he needs to tone it down a notch and help the girls more and the bar and ingredients. The drinks are also expensive. I woukd suggest going out more uptown amd getting an Uber back to the hotel at the end of the night 😉

Really enjoyed the modern warehouse decor and would stay again

Large room. Decor. Brewery on premise. Large shower. Nice scent throughout hotel. Friendly front desk staff.

Really liked hotel and would stay again but wish there was an extra floor lamp in room, shower head was to high for me to adjust, no microwave, no breakfast, floors looked cool but were cold so maybe a few more throw rugs, long distance to parking especially when raining, had inside room so window looked out to nothing so had no idea about the weather, toiletries were lame.

We enjoyed our stay, but we’ll only stay again if there is an event there.

close to where the event took place.

Housekeeping was terrible, was there for four day and no clean towels until we went to the front desk. You get housekeep service every three days. ☹️

Everything was clean and they kept the wear house old factory look!

No coffee pot or microwave in room! No breakfast to speak of just muffins and such! Thought it was a little over priced for what you got! There are other hotels in same area in same price range that offer a lot more! Next time we will choose one of them!!

Hometown Christmas Visit

Rooms were clean, and they have a friendly staff. Rooms are big and have a large TV. Overall, it was good, and the value was great. We would definitely stay there again.

We were in room 119. Water pressure in the shower was not good. The ceilings are a little weird. I'm guessing they are trying to keep the warehouse vibe, but I didn't like it. I think there are a lot of things they are still working on, and the best is yet to come.

Friendly staff - unique experience.

Need microwave in room. They are advertising for families - sharing 1 microwave on second floor is not realistic.

The staff are excellent. They are both polite and helpful.

The interior rooms have windows to the center area which is the rooms across the way and nothing else.
