Behaviour of the staff was very good.Food was also very delicious.

Problem we found with their water in the tap.It was not coming only.

Rooms were average but clean , suits a couple. Parking facility was available Next to Paakashala veg restaurant

Pleasant Stay in Center of Madikeri

The property is good and located in the middle of Madikeri and accessible to all spots and shopping. Car Parking is also available. we a family of four members booked a Triple room and the room was Spacious Neat , Clean and Tidy. Toilet is Clean and fresh. Hot water is available. The Caretaker Mr Charan is very Good helpful and guides in all aspect. The support staff - one young Chap and a middle aged persons helped us in all needs every time. Restaurant is in the 4th Floor. The complimentary breakfast is excellent on day 1 and very delicious. The Breakfast on the second day is not good. On enquiry with Charan we came to know as the chef suddenly doesn’t turn on that day without any information.

Rooms doesn’t have any sit out or Balcony.

Good location for tourists

Covered car parking was available and location is good for tourists - right in the middle of Madikeri town, close to tourist attractions. There is a very good vegeterian restaurant called Paakashala (Adigas) across the road.The room was clean and spacious.

Buffet Breakfast in the hotel can be improved. Hotel had limited operations in kitchen and no room service. Cleanliness of reception and parking area can be improved.

Overall room stay was good.

Rooms are well maintained except some issue with AC. Hotel staff are very cooperative and are very enthusiastic to provide service with smile.

Breakfast was not at all good. They have to increase the number of items in the breakfast. The second day breakfast was very horrible that the Poori was so hard to eat and even for that matter Dosa also.

Convenient modern building, good for access to centre.

Brand new clean rooms, good size. Very convenient for the bus station and other facilities

It's not really a proper hotel, more a set of rooms accessed by a lift and with a small reception desk on the ground floor. Breakfast brought in from outside. Slightly overpriced.

Superb

The hotel being new and all was well maintained and was very hygienic. The complementary breakfast was also good.

Wifi was a bit of problem and they didn't have facilities for lunch and dinner or even basic tea or coffee and the price for the hotel for a night is too high we get cheaper and better rooms in Bengaluru except that it was ok .
