ITS NOT WHAT IS SHOWN IN PICTURES. When we arrived it smelled HORRIBLE and were sent to a sort of rooftop?! Very bad looking with cracks on the walls and a nasty yellow seat… almost turned black because of humidity and mold. After that- the room looked like a prison. Smelled horrible, the bathroom was broken in some areas. The door cracked. We told the lobby staff and they said there’s nothing they cant do. After that, the manager sent us to a room “not available for the public” and was like the pictures in expedia but smelled nasty and had a balcony with cement bags all over there. Not only that… is in the 5th floor so we had to go to the next floor with all the bags in hand. We left the hotel a day earlier cause we couldn’t sleep because of the noise and itchy bed sheets. Just… dont book here!!!

I was in a very basic room with old furnishings. Bath / shower need to be renovated.

Very quaint small town off the beaten track. Close to Trujillo, Carceras and Monfrague park.

It’s very central location and easy to access restaurants and bars. The Hotel has very powerful showers, however the inside hotel need to be modernised, refurbished and have to be up to date everything.

Hotel is on good location and clean. Check inn was very slow. Toilet seat was broken and very stupidly located just opposit pide. Not possible to sit on it properly. Breakfast was good and price reasonable.

Goid hotel nice and clean. Room would benefit from a kettle and fridge.

Rooms not clean. Smelly bathroom all day. No comfort or service at all. Poor quality breakfast. I found a couple or cockraoaches, in the parking. Please install a mosquito net at the Windows at least.

What can I say about this hotel? It’s unique. Ever been to a dingy serviced apartments complex? It’s like that. Microscopic rooms and bathrooms - I mean really really cramped. Dark hallways that make you feel like you are in a Hitchcock movie. Dirty carpets, minimalist minimals (no glass in the room, only shows gel dispenser, air conditioner didn’t work - they changed me to another room - only Spanish channels on tv).
Reception staff indifferent, very little English spoken. I emailed to ask about the way to get there - one line “train is cheaper”. Didn’t reply when I asked if they could send a timetable (looking from England often there are errors on Rome to Rio timetables). No reply. Emailed again. No reply. Really useless.
That said, it was only 30 euros a night, so I guess I shouldn’t complain. But I certainly wouldn’t go back, even if for the devil I know. Location was fantastic, but there were plenty of others well located too.

A basic hotel but in an excellent location representing good value for money. Room facilities minimal and when we asked for water glasses to drink from at night, we were refused.

Always perfect. I will come back soon. The room very nice and very clean. Only went a day, but I was happy

Everything was great, but the parking entrance is a bit small. Very small cars should find it ok.

we stayed at the hotel tierras de jerez for three nights in april/may this year. overall our stay was good. hotel was in a very good location with lots of restaurants and bars in the local area. centre of jerez and the station were both within walking distance. the breakfast was quite basic but nevertheless there was something for everyone, juice , tea/coffee, cold meats, fruit, bread and croissants/cakes. the only negative really was that it could be a bit noisy in the mornings - other guests banging doors etc. and loud talking and a little bit of traffic noise, ie people hooting their horns etc. but as stated previously, overall our stay there was good.

After reading many negative reviews about this hotel, I decided to book it anyway. You couldn't beat the price, and I have the attitude of "you're only sleeping here." I was wrong. The photos of the hotel are not what the hotel looks like. It was likely a 3 star hotel in 1995 and not a single update has been done. There is clear water damage on the carpet and walls of the hallways. The entire hotel is filled with a horrible, cheap flowery air freshener. The furniture in the lobby is shabby with rips and tears. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. The only blanket for the bed was this gross, ratty old brown wool blanket which didn't seem clean. The heat in our room worked, but not well, so our room was quite cold during the night. The walls are thin and we could hear every single noise in the hallway or echoing up the stairs. The other guests who where there were young and were loud - screaming at each other in the middle of the night. The hotel staff was aware and did nothing. Clearly there are no quiet hours. All of these factors together, we hardly slept in the time we were there. We booked to include breakfast with our room. Breakfast is a joke. Nothing is fresh, meats and cheeses you could tell had been sitting out for too long, eggs that looked questionable at best. Not worth €7. I could overlook some of the cosmetic or minor issues of this hotel, but truly everything was horrible. The cheap price isn't worth it. There are other cheap hotels, stay at one of those.

800m from Jerez station in the city centre. Helpful friendly staff ( used their own Mobil phone to try track my case Iberia had lost in Madrid and did all the organising). Simple accessories. Good nights sleep!

Wonderful location for visitors of Jerez.
Close to just about everything that you might want to see.
Parking, if you are bringing a car, is not for anything over a mini or for the faint of heart.
Excellent food and shopping within walking distance.
Maintenance:
The motion censored hall lighting and poor illumination might turn some off.
Our room, though comfortable, had a toilet that would not shut off, so rather than repair the issue, the cold water to the room was completely shut off.
Appliances are a bit outdated, but they do work... after all, how much time are you really going to spend in the room?

Great location, great staff, clean enough! The only thing I wasn't very happy about was the air conditioning, it worked but smelt like dust, probably needed a clean! Other than that, our room was clean and tidy and the good thing was that we had a terrace so we opened our terrace doors for natural ventilation, so we didn't need the air con!

Pleasent hotel that is located about a 5 minute walk from the city centre and also the train station.

The rooms are a little dated but overall clean. The car park however is a nightmare... don't use it!

Hotel has a good central location in walking distance of all attractions. Because the hotel car park was too narrow we had to use city underground parking, not as convenient and more expensive. The hotels wifi was poor and bedroom a/c struggling. The hotel had probably had some renovations done, but apart from reception area the corridors and public areas looked scruffy. Room spacious with a little terrace area, beds good and bathroom ok, but shower hose worn and split. Very DIY buffet breakfast with sticky looking orange juice dispenser and no clean hot water for tea, nice bread choices. Reception staff aloof and were not very helpful.

The hotel was dirty, dark, unkept ,worst hotel we have stayed in .oh and we would have sacked the decorator.

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly & knowledgeable reception staff.
The "double room" was actually twin beds put together which is the only real downside to this hotel.
The location is great, right in the heart of Jerez, plenty of €1 sherry bars and €1 tapas nearby!
This hotel has no parking. There is on-street parking (max 2 hours), but it's free in the evenings. We were lucky and got our first night free, but needed to pay for the second night in a nearby parking lot (just under €15 for more than 1 hour) as there is limited space.

This is a no frills hotel, but its clean, the staff is helpful and its wheelchair accessible. A very good deal and right in the middle of historic Jerez.
