Quick and easy check-in. Well cleaned house. Loved having the extra refrigerator in the basement. Host was responsive to our needs. Quiet and convenient neighborhood.

The house had great space, great backyard. Not as close to Five Points as the listing indicates. A lot moisture in the walls as water stains in the walls upstairs.

5 points was the perfect home for our weekend with family! It is walking distance to UGA and was very close to our tailgate spot!! There was plenty of room and the home has been recently upgraded! Harrison was great and in contact before and during our trip. We will definitely come back for another stay at 5 points!!

The house was just as we expected, clean, roomy and close to campus :-) the owner added a few extra touches like cotton balls, and Q-tips, Georgia, mugs, and Keurig, which we’re all nice touches to the house. Would stay again :-)

This property was great for our needs. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and the downstairs was perfect for the older teenagers in our family group. The location is great- close to UGA and our wedding venue on Milledge Avenue.

We had a great stay at 4 kings. 5 of us were able to stay and each have our own rooms. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there were plenty of towels and soaps in the bathrooms. The house was clean, and it is in an area convenient to downtown and Five Points. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Stayed here my son's wedding at the UGA chapel with 4 sets of family members and it was everything we needed. Harrison was all over everything from questions before reservation to checkout. Very clean, well stocked, very comfortable, and close to everything Athens has to offer. Now that my son and daughter in law are living in Athens, we will look to book here first for all their major family events!

The house is in a great location in the five points area. Very close to campus and in a quiet neighborhood. The house has two living spaces with great seating for hanging out and watching TV. There is a nice patio surrounded by large trees. We only had 4 people in our group but the house could easily accommodate a group of multiple families. (4 king size beds plus room with 2 twins) The day we arrived the power was out in the area due to a bad storm the previous day. The host was very communicative and helpful during the outage. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a large house with space for hanging out and close proximity to campus. Very relaxing and comfortable house.

Our group of three moms and three teen sons had a wonderful stay at this rental. The location was only 5 minutes away from where we needed to be on campus. The owners did a great job remodeling this property! The home was very comfortable and had plenty of space for all. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a well stocked place! There were of coffee pods, filters, trash bags, etc. Should we find ourselves in Athens again, we would definitely stay again!

We were in town to watch a swim meet at the Ramsey center. This property was close enough for us to walk. It was clean, convenient, and spacious. 2 sets of grandparents and happy parents were together to watch our college swimmers. We would definitely stay here again.
