House was accommodating and a close walk to the beach. Check-in code was wrong at arrival but host was quick to get a replacement one that worked.

We had such a great stay. Had to make a few calls to property management for simple questions but they handled well. Large space with lots of space, dining & meal prep space. Wish the indoor kitchen chairs little more stable, but enough room for all. Rooms were spacious & perfect for our group. Wish the online listing was more specific because there was ample room & bathrooms. Some listings varied. Parking spaces were right a few days then thinned out. We would totally return again & maybe even rent beach house 2 & 3 next time for more family. Very happy.

The location, amount of space, & cool colors, & private pool made this a great spot for 6 families to stay together! Maintenance is the only issue here. Complaints include many kitchen chairs missing, some broken, door knobs falling off, washing machine filth leaking onto the back patio, and not nearly enough bath towels for the space. Also, a couple of dish towels would be nice!

The pictures are accurate and this place houses large groups very comfortably! I didn’t think I received enough clear info regarding getting payment done and so forth up front BUT, this management group was great when we got there and the entirety of our visit. They were easy to reach and very responsive. We’d recommend this place and this management group! It was a great place experience!

Size and location of homes are great. First stayed in 2019. Homes are starting to get somewhat rundown. Not same condition anymore. They need repairs around outside of houses, and some replenishment of items and sprucing up inside. Kitchen utensils, equipment, etc. are old and overused, a number of utensils are missing. We had to use forks from 3 houses to get to 28 people when each house should have 24 sets. Freezer broken and leaked in house 1, need some new kitchen chairs, pool heaters non-functioning, etc..... So owner needs to put money into houses.
On management side, 1 small soap for both sink and bath with no liquid soap at sinks. Small shampoo too. Also rented #4 that was run by competitor, and it was stocked better. Good news is management team was very responsive to requests.
Would like to rent again next year but need to see improvements.
Note: I have an out-of-state vacation rental on Lake Michigan, (all 5-star reviews) that I own and is managed by Vacasa. So I understand what is needed as an owner and management company.

We wanted to raise some concerns about the beach rental we were in this past weekend. 610 Avenue G Beach Club 3.
1. The two upstairs bathrooms were unusable due to major leaks. We had to put trash cans to collect the water from the ceiling and they filled up repeatedly. We reported this twice. See attached photos.
2. The cloths dryer never worked - we had 6 families with no way to dry anything on a rainy weekend. We reported this twice.
3. One of the dishwashers and sink was unusable for a day before we had to call and get a repair done.
4. We ordered a pack and play / baby crib for a toddler, prepaid for it, and it wasn't there until the second day and was only delivered because we called. This made for a really rough night as he is a crazy sleeper and the parents were worried he'd fall out of bed.

We have been staying here for a number of years with the previous owners and nothing has changed with the new management company. We had a blast and the house was great and clean when we arrived. We did have a problem with the AC but that was quickly resolved after a call into maintenance. Overall a great trip.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club 3- it was very spacious and room for our family which numbers 22 people. It was very convenient to the beach and within walking distance.
There are a few things that could have made the stay better though. There was a lack of bath towels-yes there were enough for each person but it would have been nice to have had a few extra. The kitchen had no dish towels, dish cloths, or pot holders. Also, there were no kitchen knives and the coffee maker was only a single cup keurig which was very inconvenient. It was nice to have the washer and dryer but the dryer took an extremely long time to dry a load of towels. At the cost of the Beach Club 3, I think these things could be easily remedied and then it could be rated a 5 star.

This house was beyond perfect for our family get together. There was enough rooms and space for the 20 people we had. No one was stepping on anyones toes. The pool was great! Distance to the beach and shops was a short walk or quick ride down in golf carts. Only downsides were that there was no cord for coffee maker. We knew ahead of time to bring coffee filters but wasn’t expecting to need a coffee pot. The fridge and freezers weren’t cold when we arrived, had to wait hoursss for them to cool down. Kinda sucked after 4 hour drive with cold items in chest needing to be in fridge that wasn’t cold. Other than that it was a great place! We will definitely pick this place again in the future.

This was our group's 7th time staying at one of the Beach Club houses. We love the layout and the location and it makes a perfect venue for couples to have their own private suites but also common areas to cook, eat and hang out together. We loved the addition of the included golf cart as it made short excursions around Port A convenient and fun. Our only complaint this time is that compared to other years we have stayed here, the amenities were more sparse, missing utensils, missing washcloths and trash cans, etc. made it more of a challenge than in previous stays.

The house was just as advertised. It was very spacious and had plenty of room. The golf carts were nice to have and convenient for getting around time. We enjoyed are stay and would recommend this house to any large group. Working with Silver Sands staff was a breeze.
