The host does an excellent job of making sure you feel right at home during your stay.

Very comfortable stay, host was super accommodating and checked in to see if I needed anything. Very nice little studio that had everything I needed!

Awesome 👌 definitely a yes

I loved everything. I wish I lived there. Sad to leave. Brand new everything. Perfect for remote i.t. professionals. Pretty much a fortress with nice new mattress and kitchen. I've been bouncing around so trust me its a 5 star

Well, I love the owner Nelson meeting me and going over everything in depth. The studio was superb and tucked away in the quietest neighborhood. It’s close to my family and super clean. Secure gated parking with a code.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about this beautiful place. if I moved to Florida I would love to live in it all year round.

Love & friendship from Wyoming!

The area outside was very private and gated. The neighborhood felt very safe and the room was extremely comfortable and air conditioned. Nelson is a great host and was always there to help with questions or more coffee. The little kitchenette was very useful, including pots, pans, and dishes. The refrigerator was very beneficial to have, as well, with as much water as you'll find yourself drinking in Florida!! We would highly recommend this property and will be back when we need to be! Highly recommending this property means that Nelson will have more business so we are reluctant to give it a total "10" because it may not be available for us next time, Lol! However, anyone who stays will likely feel the same! We'll definitely be back!

The property is a little far from the beach, lol, but is very close to shops and great dining! And the beach is only 20 -60 minutes away depending on where you choose to go! 😊

Exceptional

Everything, I wouldn’t change a thing. The property was clean and comfortable and the host was exceptional. We felt safe with the property being located inside a fenced property that needed a code to open the gate. The host sent the codes timely for entry and sent a farewell safe travels text the evening before leaving. I would highly recommend this property and will book again in the future.

Overall, our stay was very nice. The studio was just enough for me and my boyfriend to have a quiet night in for New Yea

the property was very cute and secluded. It was a shed turned studio. It was comfy and an overall cute apartment.

I can’t really complain. The property was nice and in a cute little neighborhood and all the neighbors were quiet

Excellent in every way!!

Couldn't beat the location, cleanliness, & ease. There were no hassles getting in or out, it was very private, and the owner was very responsive to messages. There were some convience items in case you forgot something, it really couldn't have been any better!

Honestly, there isn't anything. This location was perfect for us, so knowing the area is important.
