Nous avons eu des pbs de plomberie dans la salle de bain et de serrure pour l’entrée principale.
Le petit déjeuner était moyen et le parking dans le quartier très compliqué.

Nice breakfast. Good location
Room air-conditioning was woefully inadequate. Air conditioning in the lobby and common areas was non existent. Parking will be a decent walk away, so after carrying and rolling your bags to the hotel, it would have been nice to be greeted with a cool environment. Lobby must have be around 86F (30C). As we entered the room, it was the same situation. Room never got to a comfortable temperature.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made restaurant reservations for us and recommended places to eat - location is central to Mole a Bari - breakfast was fresh Euro style - wine tasting was a treat ❤️
Parking with hotel was not an option but we never had a problem finding parking on the street

The bed was comfortable, good linen and pillows. Katerina who made breakfast in the mornings was lovely and kind.
We were so looking forward to staying here after seeing the reviews not sure how this hotel scored a perfect 10. From the moment we entered the hotel we were treated like we were an inconvenience to the reception staff. No introduction to the town or any useful information of the surrounding area given to us, even though there were 2 events on in town, a local told us. They organized a driver to collect us from the ferry terminal who was 40 minutes late no apology. The room was tiny barely space to move around not as shown in the pictures on Booking.Com. No tea or coffee making facilities in your room, when I asked I was told they are looking into it, they are still a new hotel. I needed an iron and ironing board, was given an iron and told to use the bed as another guest was using the ironing board. Really disappointing experience for the money we paid.

Beautiful property. Nicely decorated with nice continental breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to help me make my dinner reservation in Polignano a Mare!
I do like places with 24 hour staffing, which this one did not have.

We booked this hotel literally 30 minutes before arrival. We were originally supposed to stay in the CITY of Bari, but it was a nightmare and impossible to park! We had already driven 5 hours from the Le Marche region and THEN drove in circles in the city of Bari for 2 hours!!!! We had to be in Mola de Bari the following morning so we decided to forgo the ABNB in the city and found this place about 20 minutes away in Mola de Bari on the sea. Francesco the owner was so so so helpful. I called and explained our situation that we had no where to park...he told us he would wait for us to arrive and would park our car himself because we were so stressed after driving around 2+ hrs looking for parking in the city. Incredible service!!! Now, the hotel itself is an absolute gem! It is so beautifully designed (by Francesco himself, as he is actually an architect)! The location could not have been more convenient. We were able to leave our car parked the entire time and walk EVERYWHERE! This boutique hotel is a little hidden gem. the spa was so special and incredible. All the other staff was so helpful, friendly and wonderful to us. Anastasia made us perfect americanos each morning and was an absolute delight! When we asked Francesco if we could have a late check out, he didn't hesitate to say "Of Course!". Then upon departure Francesco went and retrieved our car, pulled it up to the entrance and loaded up our car. I am so happy we found this lovely little gem. I hope we are able to return some day! Thank you Francesco and everyone at Le Carasse ! Grazie Mille!
I mean I have to nitpick at this point...but I wish the shower was a little bigger. But I understand in Italy / Europe in general the showers are a bit smaller than we are used to in the States.

This is a really special boutique hotel. The design of the hotel is outstanding, both from the standpoint of function and aesthetically. The staff are outstanding —all very helpful and friendly. This clearly is something that management cares about. Francesco, who is the owner/manager leads the staff and establishes the hotels tenor beautifully by treating every guest with the highest level of respect and by providing the highest level of hospitality that I have seen. The breakfast is excellent, especially the cappuccini! Adoro Le Carasse!!
Nothing! Everything was super!

Beautiful and tastefully furnished boutique. The hotel owner and his staff were extremely nice and helpful. Very good local breakfasts and a sensational spa area. We loved our stay in Mola di Bari and would recommend staying at Le Carrasse Botique Hotel.
