Lage top, Ausstattung gut, Sauberkeit ungenügend🤷🏼‍♀️

gute Lage. nur 10mins zur Daly City BART, von da aus alles gut zu erreichen - San Francisco city, Oakland, Flughafen. Die Gegend/Umgebung war sehr ruhig, fühlte sich sicher an (Wohngegend, Familie, spielende Kinder), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden (BART Grocery, Cafe). weitere Busstationen, Einkaufszentrum, Kino 20mins entfernt. Küche voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, in der Garage war eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Wohnzimmer mit TV, viele channels free, Internet war ok 🛜 👍🏻 Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ist easy und schnell

alte, verbrauchte, durchgesessene Möbel. in der Küche klebte alles, Bad war voller Haare vom Vorgänger, ein benutztes Handtuch hing auch noch an der Tür. dringendes Update benötigt!

Disappointing property in a quiet residential area.

It is generally very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The area is quiet and it's reasonably close to the BART and buses that gets you into SF fairly quickly. The place is warm and bright.

The property is a bit dated and run down. There are areas in the kitchen drawers where things have been spilled and it hasn't been cleaned properly. There are empty food bottles and containers, as well as, food past its best by date left in the kitchen cupboard. We were a group of six adults staying and there wasn't enough crockery for us all (though the owner finally delivered a set two days before we left). The garden could hardly be called that, as it's an unattended scrubland where you wouldn't sit, even if there were chairs outside to sit on. The rubbish hadn't been taken out and a fly infestation developed that went from the garage where the bins are kept into the kitchen. The communication with the owner was very poor and there was no acknowledgement of the issues we incurred. It's a shame, because it could be an OK property and those issues could be easily fixed if the owner cared enough.

Very disappointing property and customer service 1

Comfortable beds, fairly clean, spacious living room and bedrooms.

Not enough crockery for 6 people, we were offered picnic plastic plates and cups which is not appropriate for a family of 6 cooking every night. Toilet blocked for 14 hours before they sent someone to fix this for 6 adults who couldnt use the toilet until after 10:30pm. No oven gloves or tea towels. Lots of flies in the house. Really really bad communication from owners (and booking.com have done little to help). Food past best before and empty bottle left in cupboard. Spillage in areas of the kitchen, particularly in the drawers, and in the garage by the bins, not cleaned up. Blinds breaking and cracking. Mould on the window panes.

Location Location Location (and Price). We couldn't find better.

Trying to find a place that had three full sized double beds in three bedrooms was tricky. This place delivered on that, had a garage, was in an awesome location just an Uber away from the centre (cheaper and less hassle than taking a car and parking), SFO, and walkable to BART and various restaurants. You even get a view from the bathroom window right over to the sea! The neighbourhood seemed really safe with kids playing out on the street and lots of cars. We stayed a whole week and would definitely consider this place if we return to SF

We expected the property to be a bit old and creaky: the kitchen is a bit cramped and lacking equipment - better for 2-3 than 5-6 people, the plumbing is a bit painful (we had issues with the toilet but the host turned up within hours and just got it fixed), shower is hard to use. But all these are fairly trivial really.

The place was clean, good beds, garage was excellent cause had a car with us and laundry facilities very good

Accommodations were adequate

Doorknob on the security door was loose so it made it difficult to unlock the door. Bathroom: sink was a little too small, grout was somewhat unsightly, bathtub drained very slow and needed to be plunged multiple times and shower pressure was low. Kitchen: blind over the kitchen sink was missing the stick to open and close the blind. not enough coffee and drinking cups, not enough pots and pans to cook meals (one of the main reasons in deciding to stay in a rental vs a hotel) Downstairs: dart tips were broken, nowhere to sit or table so was not a comfortable space
