This beautiful home is walking distance to Tailrace Fishing area Falls Lake. Kayaking, fishing & hiking oh my! Lots of fun for the whole family. Family friendly safe neighborhood. Pet friendly (cats, dogs, bunnies ect) & did I mention the hot tub in the backyard after the exciting day of outdoor activities? Minutes from shopping & about 12 miles from Raleigh city center! All the conveniences of home!

Shenanigans is a charming home with everything you could ever need for your stay. It was clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. Shannon is an outstanding host. We lost power our first night, and Shannon was immediately responsive, finding out that there was a tree down in the area and even checking back the next morning to make sure the power was back on and to see if there was anything she could do to compensate us for the inconvenience. It wasn’t her fault, so I refused to accept anything, but the gesture was appreciated. I would stay here again without question and highly recommend!!!

The hostess was readily available to answer any question I had before and during our stay! The home was perfect for our family during our three night stay in Raleigh, NC. There was a master bedroom on the ground floor which was perfect for my aunt. The grandkids enjoyed the spacious bedroom on the third floor with three twin beds and a full size bed! Awesome!! The hot tub was easy to use and very nice in the evenings! We would definitely stay here again!!

The rental was in a great location close to everything. It was very clean, and had all the basics, and then some, provided. It was very quiet and peaceful in the backyard oasis and in the neighborhood. The owner/host was fantastic with communication, and there was lots of room for our whole family and pets. We’d definitely stay again!

Our extended family had a great experience at Shenanegins Near Falls Lakes. We had a large group with varying ages, and the accommodations were perfect! We had more than enough space for everyone and the amenities more than met our needs. We would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a family wedding and really enjoyed staying at this house. Great neighborhood that was close to both the airport and the venue. Lots of food and shopping near by and a cute park that we enjoyed exploring. The kids loved the creek in front and the hot tub in back.

Impressive home and whole first floor was completely wheelchair friendly for my husband. Host was very responsive and the house is well cared for and clean. Loved the Christmas tree! Beautiful neighborhood too.

A beautiful hideaway in a wooded setting. Proximity to multiple eateries and grocery stores exceeded our expectations. We very much enjoyed our walk on the trails around Falls Lake.

Perfect location, perfect house for a combination of families with kids (3rd floor ‘hidden’ room was the perfect kid zone, pet friendly, fenced back yard, creek running through the front yard (so charming). Hot tub was a plus as we entered the cool Fall evenings. Honestly we truly enjoyed our time!

Very nice property. We had some issues with the A/C but the owner was very responsive and it was fine. Loved the games provided-the kids played most of them. We mainly just used it to sleep at, so didn’t use the hot tub or other amenities but they were all there as advertised.

We used your home as a base for a family reunion. It was a wonderful place to come back to after busy days. Lots of beds, plenty of space for privacy. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom as a hang out space. Proximity to the park and paved bike/running trail was really nice for the morning jog. Close to the grocery and other stores. This is a VRBO you can't refuse. ;)

We loved staying in this sweet home. Only two of us, but this house has amazing bedrooms well decorated to sleep at least 10 comfortably. And did I mention location, location ,location. So close to many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, hospital, Vet office (right down the road if needed) which gave me peace of mind as we had our 4 legged baby with us. We liked the outdoor seating areas to enjoy nature, and the water that runs through the front and side yard of the home. One day we even got to watch a deer lingering in the side woods. We were so at home here, and will definitely book again if we are in the area.

We stayed at Shannon’s property to attend a wedding. Had 9 people and we were all able to have a comfy bed and personal space. We enjoyed the hot tub and Shannon had detailed info available at the property. The neighborhood was beautiful and we were glad to be able to bring our dog. Would highly recommend!

The only small suggestion I would make is for there to be a notebook with information about the area. It would have been nice to have some suggestions for restaurants and things to do while there. Luckily, someone in my family recommended Grandma's Diner for breakfast and it was delicious.

Our group had a great time at this home. It was very accommodating for a larger group, plenty of places for everyone to sleep. The house is in a quiet neighborhood set against woods with a small creek running through the yard. It rained hard one afternoon so we got to watch the creek become a waterfall! The owners were very communicative. Overall, we had a great stay!

A great get away to sit outside and relax! A stream runs beside the house and there are two very inviting outdoor areas to sit and listen to the stream and watch the wildlife!
