With adequate sleeping and bathroom space for 2 separate families, this place was perfect!
Great central CdA location, close to freeways so we could zip off to Hiawatha and Silverwood in no time.
Walking distance to Jimmy's Down the Street, which is supposed to be a good breakfast spot (i thought it was sub par, but others in my group loved it)
The treehouse was a favorite for the kiddos and the few boardgames they had in the place were also great at keeping the kiddos busy.
My only suggestion is the upstairs showerhead is SO POWERFUL, that if you don't pay attention it'll spray beyond the shower curtain and get the whole bathroom wet.

We used this home for a work trip and couldn’t be more pleased with the layout and location of this home. The property management company was easy to communicate with and were very responsive. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Couer d'Alene, thanks in large part to this home. It was perfect for a few families to stay together. We enjoyed gathering around the large table for games and meals. The kids loved the outdoor space and the bunkrooms. Can't say enough good things about this house. It really was perfect!

Easy to work with. Great communication. Accurate to website posting. Very clean and in a great neighborhood.

The house was great! Plenty of room for everyone and very charming. The property manager was attentive and helpful. We loved our stay in Coeur d’Alene!

This house is gorgeous and it seems like the owners put in alot of work to bring it to life. The character of the house is so fun. The kids loved the treehouse. During the visit, the fires in the area cancelled some of our plans, but the house gave us room to spread out and play games. Earlier in the week, we used its great location to walk to downtown. Also the owners were super responsive and friendly - we will be back!

The home was large and spread out so everyone had private space and space to be together for table games and fire pit. Close to town, well appointed, excellent communication. I really appreciate the complementary boxes that contained soaps, detergents and even laundry pods. The check out list was easy and more than reasonable. Fantastic experience!

We enjoyed our night in the house as well as how the rental company resolved our issue. Of course, the house is historic and not perfect but it is cosy and relaxing. Plenty of space to gather as a company or to find a nice corner to enjoy good book.

Decent place

We really enjoyed this home and found it to be enough space for our large group. We were there during a really warm few days and had to work to keep the upstairs bedrooms reasonably cool. Other than that, our stay was really nice!

This place was the perfect setting for a mellow weekend with friends.

Nicely decorated, great back yard and an easy mile access to the lake and activities. Appreciated the spices and amenities for the kitchen. Our visit was during the 100 plus degrees & on that note, the ac was completely lacking for those staying upstairs where a majority of the guests sleep. At midnight, the entire upstairs was reading 89. An easy remedy suggestion for the management company would be to stage 3 individual/room ac units during the extremely hot days or update the house ac unit. The fans provided were barely holding together as well, thank goodness I packed a personal fan as a jic. Overall a great house as long as its not above 80 outside cause your gonna sweat if trying to sleep upstairs.

Great place and location! Central to everywhere we wanted to be (silverwood, triple play, lake couer de lene). House was perfect size and had all the amenities We needed
4.8
Nicely updated and well maintained yard and exterior. We were pleasantly surprised by the well stocked kitchen which provided endless dishes, cutlery, utensils, spices and pantry items! There were also more towels than a person could hope for, many blankets and fun soaps and bubble bath!
Parking was adequate on the carport and on the street. Neighbors very nice, good location but a vehicle or bikes are needed to get to attractions.
Just a few things that need some attention to the property are:
dishwasher doesn't seem to clean very well
Some of the dining chairs are wiggly and about to break
Master bath sink drains very slowly
Hot water not always adequate
Internet not always reliable
Upstairs is a bit "hot" compared to the rest of the house
Floors are very "creaky" on both levels (tended to wake people up)
Overall: very nice home, Thank you for a fun stay!

It was amazing and very clean

The house has 2 bathrooms, so this worked ok for families sharing together. We stayed with teenagers and they had room to spread out. We also had a 3 year old and baby with us. The beds and bedding were comfortable and nice. I appreciated the laundry and dish soap, and they had coffee filters and decent kitchenware.
However, the floors and kitchen items were not clean. We had to wash dishes before using them and had to keep the baby off the floor. We did notify the management but the had no comment. Maybe we were the first rental in a while, but pretty dusty. There are a number of sharp and rusty edges to avoid and non-childproof decorative items. Overall good.

The house is convenient 4min. drive to downtown couer d'alene. The backyard is fun with fire pit to make nightly s'mores. Kids enjoyed the tree house. Plenty of space for multiple family getaway.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the gathering spaces inside and outside. The backyard has a wonderful ambiance that encouraged us to stay and relax. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to create some delicious meals for our Girls Weekend.

This spacious house was a great base for our visit to Couer d Alene. It has the charm of an older home plus modern amenities and nice linens. The kitchen is well equipped and there are lots of nice outdoor spaces for relaxing and resting up after a day hiking and exploring the beautiful area. Be sure to walk to Jimmy’s for breakfast, enjoy the great beers and friendly service at Crafted and have dinner on the deck at Tony’s on the Lake. .

Such a neat updated home that maintained the character of it's 1950s roots. Wonderful amenities and decor throughout! Our three generation family found the home inviting with ample space. Would definitely stay again.

We rented this house for a bachelorette party and it was an incredible location. The house is well stocked with practically everything you could need for a stay. The house was clean and comfortable and minutes away from down town. It was a great stay and we had a lot of fun. The only down sides were the garbage was full when we got there and the check in/out times where too late and too early.

We had a nice few days in Coeur d’Alene, with this house as our homebase. Very comfortably fit two families. A nicely updated home that retains the original charm!
4.8
We had a totally of 12 people and the house had everything and was super roomy. We went to the lake and Silverwood which was only 30 mins away. House had so much charm and there was something for every age group to do. Beds were big and clean. Over all house was amazing. Will return for sure on our next visit to Idaho

Veronica was easy to work with, and answered questions promptly. Great location! Very easy to get where we needed to be, and didn’t take very long. Plenty of space, towels etc. the washer and dryer were amazing and so nice to have. They also provided laundry detergent. Would definitely stay here again.

My dad turned 85, my sister and brother-in-law celebrated an anniversary, and we celebrated my grandson’s first birthday. The gathering spaces inside and out worked beautifully for our bbq. S’mores around the fit pit ended the evening perfectly.
