About this house rental
Welcome to our little slice of heaven. 5 min walk to the beach, 2 mins to incredible restaurants, organic market, bakery, famous Blue mountain creamery, bike rentals and more! New 6 seater golf cart is included, as well as 4 bikes! Visit each city along 30A- parks, great restaurants, stores and events. 30 A is 27 miles of bike paths for your exploring pleasure plus the state park at Grayton is nearby.
4 bedrooms plus bunk room with 4 bunks. Heated splash pool. High quality build with white oak floors, professionally decorated, super clean and comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen will be the best you've ever rented- just read our reviews! We have just about every gadget and small appliance you can think of, along with beautiful dishes and top notch pots and pans!
King suite with full bath on main, king suite with full bath on 2nd level, Queen suite with 2 Queen beds and private full bath on 2nd level, loft area with Murphy bed on 3rd level plus adjoining bunk room with 4 twin beds, full bath with tub/shower.
Storage room stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach toys, coolers, bike pump and more. We include so much in your stay- we have some beach towels, cleaning supplies, spices, condiments, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, even dishwasher and laundry detergent. We make your packing easy! We'll give you a full list of what's included along with best places to eat, things to do, etc.
This is our favorite area of 30A. Less crowded than Rosemary/Seaside, great restaurants and so much to do nearby- paddle boarding, pickleball, jet skis, fire pits on the beach watching fabulous sunsets. The home is also equipped with technology like Alexa, Sonos system and bluetooth speakers by the pool. You'll have access to free streaming TV and movies. We've collected an assortment of games, books and puzzles for your enjoyment. This is a place you’ll return to year after year to make memories. We want your stay to be perfect so we’ve equipped the house with everything we think you’ll need. If you’re missing something, just let us know!

Sherry was extremely responsive and accommodating from the second I booked the house! We were so happy with how clean and adorable the house was. It had everything we needed (even Agave!). The kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, etc, and the beds were also very comfortable! I can’t wait to come back

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip, and it was perfect!! The house is beautiful and in an amazing location--just a short walk (or shorter golf cart ride) to the beach. You're also extremely close to Blue Mountain Creamery as well as other bars and restaurants. Sherry was very responsive and so helpful when we had questions! This house has truly everything you want and more!!

We celebrated my bachelorette trip this past weekend and we had the best time. This house is gorgeous and is in the perfect location! Everything about our stay was perfect. Sherry was amazing. She had the house stocked with everything we needed and responded to all our questions in such a timely manner. She even went above and beyond to check in to see how things were going and was able to heat the pool remotely when we needed! We would definitely recommend staying here!

This was the ultimate property for a 30a stay. The property itself was absolutely immaculate and exactly what the description described. The location was perfect for a beach day or a short 4mi bike ride to Seaside. The pool was perfect for afternoon and evening swims and there is not one, but two walkable options for daily ice cream a special coffee treat. We had a perfect vacation. Thank you to the property owner for being so incredibly responsive and accommodating, we cannot wait to come back.

The house is beautiful and has lots of amenities! It is well stocked with everything you need. Sherry is a wonderful host and responds quickly, It is evident that she wants you to enjoy your stay. The golf cart and heated pool are a great bonus! Would definitely recommend!

Sherry was the best host I have ever dealt with on VRBO. She responded to you immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. She was amazing! And the house was lovely! Just the right amount of space for our family and we loved the pool. It had everything you could possibly need or think of. We didn’t have to bring anything but ourselves. Again, Sherry- the host, was amazing and the house was over the top wonderful. I would recommend this property 100% .

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here! My friends and I gathered to celebrate my bachelorette party, and the house is gorgeous. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Sherry was lovely, had thought of everything, and was communicative and helpful. The location is amazing too. Seriously, book this place - do yourself a favor!

I can't say enough good things about Sherry and this property. Great location, very convenient to be able to drive the golf cart down to the beach access. This was the most well appointed rental house I have ever stayed in. The house has everything you could want or need while on vacation. The house is clean and beautiful. We had a couple of rainy days, so having a pool in the back yard was a life saver for us with the kids. Sherry was a kind and gracious host and extremely responsive!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house and everything in it were new and clean. The owner was prompt to respond to questions and provide support as needed. If there is only one thing I would say that was a surprise was the listing of 5 bedrooms. Technically it was a four bedroom with a Murphy bed in the open area of the third floor. We had hoped for a closed door for all 5 groups that came but we worked with it. Everyone enjoyed their time and we would definitely stay again! Thanks Sherry!

This house is beautiful, spacious, & well stocked! The house was clean and ready before check-in time. It had random items stocked such as coffee filters, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. We brought our own but it was such a nice touch that I have never seen at a beach property! The owner was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The house is beautifully decorated. You will feel right at home! The only down side but not deal breaker is the minimal parking (3 spots total), so some of our guests had to park off site. I would still recommend this property and neighborhood!! The golf cart was a fun way to get to the beach or just go explore the nearby beach towns. Overall 10/10!! Thanks for a wonderful experience, Sherry!

This was such a spectacular trip for my family. The house is new, clean and beautiful. The owners spared no expense with the construction and furnishing of the home. The house is just a short walk from restaurants and the beach. Also very close to the grocery store. Between the 7 adults on hand with me we are planning on returning to this property next time.

We had the best long weekend getaway! The house is absolutely stunning and the location is great! Every detail of the house is perfect. It was perfect for a group because of the spacious rooms, many beds, and huge bathrooms. Sherry was extremely accommodating. Will definitely recommend!

All I can say is WOW. This house legitimately has it all, from the beautiful pool to the luxurious bedrooms and everything in between. The house was not only clean it was completely stocked with anything and everything you could need, including top notch appliances and plenty of cookware/dish ware. It unfortunately was not the best weather but Sherry was just a text away from turning the pool into a relaxing warmed hot tub-like experience. She was so wonderful and easy to communicate with which I appreciated greatly. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This property was absolutely perfect! We had a large group of women for a bachelorette weekend. Every person had a comfortable and cozy bed. The bathrooms are impeccable. The decor is adorable and the house is furnished with everything you could need! Sherry was so accommodating and helped with questions I had. The beach is a 10 minute walk and grabbing a coffee and muffin on the way is so convenient. It was the most luxurious house we had all every stayed at. The only complaint we had was with the pool alarm. It’s Florida law so you have to have the door alarm but it is very loud and went off a lot. A minor inconvenience in an overall amazing stay!

The house seemed brand new. Incredibly clean. Wonderful amenities. Best stocked house I’ve ever stayed in (every appliance, baggies for snacks, ice maker, and much much more). The owner was beyond any other property owner I’ve dealt with. From us getting locked out when the battery on the lock malfunctioned to talking me through where and how to reset the Wi-Fi route and providing a list of places to eat and activities to do, as well as an awesome golf cart and heating the pool every night for us - truly above and beyond. Would recommend to families or groups of friends. Was all around perfect!

This house could not be more perfect! Sherry thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay unforgettable! From the heated pool in the evening (which has a timer and automatically comes on) to amazing kitchen fully stocked with every kind of appliance/tool and everything in between! The golf cart is great to drive to the beach (although it’s a short walk) or to get ice cream! We loved the layout of the house…very spacious and beautifully decorated! This house is a gem and we will DEFINITELY be back!

The home is absolutely beautiful and well equipped. We went to 30A with family and close friends to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming wedding. The home was perfect and Sherry was a doll to work with. I look forward to future stays at Out of the Blue!

I would give this rental a solid 5-star rating. We had a wonderful girls' weekend and absolutely loved this house. We had so much room, and plenty of beds to sleep in, and 5 bathrooms was a huge plus. The house is stunning from the moment you walk in with a huge island in the kitchen and beautifully decorated throughout with top of the line cookware. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could think of or need. It's probably the most well stocked kitchen in a rental property I've ever seen. Sherry, the owner, was extremely easy and helpful throughout our entire time there. Since we were there in Jan, we had her heat the pool nightly, which was an added bonus. The golf cart was great bc there are several restaurants nearby, and the beach isn't far, which made getting around easy. The Blue Mable Smokehouse is a must and very reasonable. We actually went there twice it was so good. The only drawback is if you need a lot of parking. We had 5 cars total and actually got 4 to fit in the driveway. We parked the 5th one at Publix.
