About this cottage rental
In the heart of the village with every home comfort and direct access to the south west coastal path.
Sleeping up to 8 in three doubles and one single that converts to twin with pull out bed, (full height).
Three full bathrooms including en-suite to master bedroom.
Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lounge with log burner and dining room.
Private garden/terraces with dining table, gas BBQ, and a hot tub with sea view.
Direct access to the village.
The space
The house is perched on the cliff side providing some of the best views in Cornwall.
The south west aspect means that you can enjoy the sunshine all day
Guest access
You will have full run of the house and it's facilities
Other things to note
Due to the elevated position of the property, access is via a safe but reasonably steep path from harbour level.
At the top of the path there is a further flight of 14 steps to the main house level.
The property is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
As with the majority of properties in the village, there is no direct vehicle access.
One parking pass for the main village car park is provided however parking for additional cars is available via purchase of a ticket from the machines in the car park. Currently the cost is £10 per day or £40 per week.
A quad bike luggage transfer service is available to book directly. Details of this can be provided on request. Please note that the quad can only take your luggage as far as the bottom of the path at the property due to width restrictions.
In addition, an electric tram service, (small fee applies), runs from the car park to the village centre during summer months.
During peak seasons, minimum stay is generally 7 nights however we do on occasion have shorter breaks available so please just drop me a note with your required dates. Please note that we don't accept 2 night bookings at any time of year.

Everything you need for your stay in Polperro. Great views and very well equipped. Communication could not be better. Just be prepared for a steep walk up to the house.
