This immaculate, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom full townhome is just what you have been looking for. Centrally located and operated by seasoned Hosts with nearly 10 years of experience in the industry.
Step into a welcoming open-concept main level living space, complete with a storage-focused entryway, inviting living space and Chef's dream kitchen. The living room features modern and comfortable furnishings, an electric fireplace and a 60" LED Smart TV with Shaw cable. The dining room is at the rear of the home and flows nicely into the kitchen and living room space, making socializing a breeze.
Enjoy cooking? This beautiful, well-stocked kitchen will make you glad to stay in for a home-cooked meal. The huge eat-up island with marbled quartz counters are perfect for casual dining or extra food prep space. The oversized pantry cabinet is ready for your favourite foods. We offer ample dinnerware, cooking utensils, small appliances and even some common spices and pantry items. If coffee and tea are welcomed in the morning - don't worry. We have you covered! Let the dishwasher help you with clean-up. A half-bath is conveniently situated at the rear of the house near the back door while leads to a cozy, private patio space.
Each bedroom offers a unique configuration that may appeal to different guests. Comfort is important to us, which is why each bed is adorned with crisp, white, cotton sheets and plenty of pillows. Additionally, all bedrooms have black-out blinds/curtains.
The Master Bedroom features a sprawling King-sized upholstered bed, walk-in closet and TV. The Master Ensuite includes double sinks and ample storage and a modern glass-enclosed tiled shower with fancy body sprays.
Bedroom #2 is also a Master Suite as it also has a King-sized bed and it's own full bathroom attached. This bedroom has a massive walk-in closet.
Bedroom #3 is in the basement, which offers some privacy and separation. While many basements feel creepy and unwelcoming, don't worry! The cozy furnishings and great lighting serve to make this a very desirable space. This bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and large closet. There is a full bathroom just across the hallway.
The basement Rec Area is designed for both comfort and functionality. Unwind on the sprawling sectional, challenge someone to a board game or card game at the coffee table or enjoy some snacks or drinks from the kitchenette. Let off steam with the Spin Bike, Yoga mat or hand weights or settle in for some productive time at the desk.
Staying for a while? This space is designed for that. An in-suite, upper level large-capacity washer and dryer will help you work through your laundry. Located between both upper level bedrooms, this room is well stocked with cleaning supplies to stay on top of things throughout your stay.

We may also request a copy of a photo ID (e.g. Driver's License) which corresponds with the name on the credit card used to book the vacation. This is particularly helpful to us if you do not have any reviews from past hosts or if your profile is lacking in "verification" details from the website provider. Your trip may be cancelled if this is requested by the hosts and not provided.

We are frequent users of Airbnb and VRBO in Calgary and this property is by far the best property we have ever rented. It is beautifully appointed with modern and stylish furniture. The kitchen is very well furnished and again very stylish and easy to use. The living areas are very comfortable and well appointed. The master bedroom and the other two bedrooms have beautiful beds and linens. The closets are extensive and the bathrooms, especially the master bath shower was exquisite. It is a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay. We certainly will be booking it again!

I was send bill for plumber (owner) to come check water leak that ‘had happened before’ they said. Was an error on my part + poor construction (hole in floor) Asked for more reasonable charge (plumber/owner just ran water for 5 mins to access issue + small paint touch up in ceiling) but was automatically charged full plumber bill. Disappointing.

This was a fantastic rental to call home for the weekend! The townhome is well-stocked, immaculate with attention to detail for functionality and beauty. Location was easy access to amenities and other communities within the city. Neighbourhood was quiet and enjoyable. Hosts were extremely responsive to all our needs! This is a great house located in a great neighborhood. It’s quiet and suburban yet very close to the supermarket and shops. Easy access to the TransCanada highway 1 too.
The unit was more than advertised. Great amenities and thoughtful additions to make plugging in all the electronics easy. The rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and bathrooms. It even has an enclosed garage for those stormy days with hail!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and having a place like this to come back to each day made it all the better!

Had a wonderful stay, place is just like the pictures but better in person. Location was central to everything we needed. We were 2 families there with our kids and the space was perfect for sharing with enough bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. Beds and bedding was excellent. Overall 5* place will love to book again the next time we are in Calgary.

LOVED our stay! Beautiful place, loved the dual master suites both with their own bathroom and the entire basement was like another self contained suite area. Perfect for sharing with moms and teammates on our sports team. Having access to a well stocked kitchen and two different lounging/relaxing places was great for adults to visit and kids to watch a movie. The responses from Brittany were very prompt, polite and she was very accommodating when our travel plans were uncertain due to wildfires. The attention to detail and sooo many extra little touches were lovely! HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

We had to be in Calgary for medical appointments. It was in a good location for gettinf to the appointments. The house had enough space for us, it was clean and welcoming. Having the kitchen and washer and dryer were so handy. Thr park down the street was wonderful .

Beautiful townhouse in Capitol Hill. Exactly as advertised. High end finishes in a well appointed home. All of your needs are anticipated and provided for. Beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful and had great showers! Kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need. TV room in lower level was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Comfy couch, big screen TV, and cable which you don’t often get at rentals. Brittany was great to deal with and responded quickly. Great central location. About 10 minutes from downtown. Everything else was an easy drive from there as well. Nice quiet neighbourhood with lots of diverse restaurants/take out close by. Parking was right in front or you can use garage on the property as well. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again on our next visit to Calgary. Thank you Brittany for making our stay in Calgary so comfortable and welcoming.

This place is truly as beautiful as it looks in the photos! The kitchen has everything that you will need and then some. The beds are super comfortable as well.
The neighbourhood is in a perfect location with very easy access to a grocery store and anything else you might need.
The owners are responsive and will happily answer any questions you may have. We loved everything about our stay!!
