This classic Florida home comes perfectly designed for breezy Keys living. The bright, single-level floor plan features vaulted ceilings finished with gorgeous Dade County pine. The open living area sets the stage for indoor gatherings, with comfortable seating and a smart TV. An enclosed sunroom doubles as a daytime hangout or a bedroom space, depending on your group's needs. In the updated kitchen, find a full suite of stainless steel appliances for handling home cooking with ease, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. There's breakfast-bar seating for three and a dining table accommodating up to eight guests for dinners or game nights.
Central air conditioning is provided throughout the main house, with additional wall units mounted in the sunroom and living area for added comfort. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.
Things to Know
As of late April 2025, the owner will have a boat and trailer parked in the front yard. As such, there will be no trailer parking for guests available on the property. If you need a place to park a trailer, you can use the City of Key Colony lot on a pay-per-day basis.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Dock details: Dock can accommodate up to 43 foot boat.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
