Great value for the price. Nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds are very uncomfortable.

Was very clean and the rooms were spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were unsure how long we would be staying in the area so we booked 3 different nights The only complaint is how uncomfortable the beds were. The beds in all 3 rooms were like sleeping on concrete floors.

I would highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone I came in contact with from the service desk to checking out were exceptional and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and the room was exceptional.

Air Quality Made It Hard To Breathe

I liked the price.

There was a terrible odor in the whole place that made it difficult to breathe. In the lobby and first floor hallway there were airfresheners that overpowered the other smell, which made me sick. Our bathroom smelled like someone was smoking, so I ran the fan all night. I was very uncomfortable there.

It was the worst hotel; I’ve ever stayed at

The location was great!

There’s air fresheners all over the property that smell like cleaning supplies. There’s a difference between air fresheners and actually being clean. The housekeepers came into our room at 8am when check out is 11am. They would start yelling one more hour outside of our room.

Weekend trip to Bristol

clean, close to the track, friendly staff, large room.

did have a heavy smoke smell. otherwise it was very clean and comfortable.

I would stay here again. we felt safe. yes, it is an older hotel, but the location is perfect.

Urine stains in the sheets. Hallways were overpowering with air freshers..could not wait to get outside .

The room and main areas were very clean. It's close to shopping, food, and interstate.

There were cobwebs in the corners. The controls on the HVAC unit didn't work.

Great location for us. Nice clean comfy room.

The TV remote was not compatible with the TV, we had the desk clerk change the batteries in it, but it still woudln't work.
