- These are TWO separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.
- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/night/unit (with the max of $500 per stay) on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.
- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.
- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.
- Kids over 12y.o. are considered adults. Please verify all the children's age in the reservation request. Failure to verify this information within 48 hours of the reservation request may result in cancellation.

- Luggage storage is currently unavailable.
NOTE: Reservations which have not been canceled or modified prior to the cancellation period will be assessed a penalty of the entire stay room and tax penalty. Reservations which have not been canceled, and which are not consumed, will be considered “no-show” and will be assessed a penalty of the entire stay room and tax no-show penalty. Hotel reserves the right to modify cancellation periods based on business demands and will notify in a prompt manner.
-Daily housekeeping is not provided, but full-room service is offered every third day only. Towel replenishment is provided daily.
