The first level of this delightful beach abode hides a Ping-Pong table in the garage and plenty of incredible amenities that will make your stay a breeze, including eight beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a gas grill, and a wagon to carry all your beach toys. The house was perfect for our big family. I didn't want to leave. But would recommend to stay again

Our large family comes to Carolina Beach every year and we had enough space for everyone to have a great time! The walk to the beach is minimal and there are plenty of beach supplies provided. Our stay was great and everyone had a great time!

This house is beautiful and roomy and in a perfect location. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach. It may take a few days to get used to the pirate who greets you at the front door (I shrieked more than once), but it's all part of the fun of staying here. Great experience!

Easy walk to the beach. Quick, easy drive to the boardwalk and aquarium. House was spacious and able to comfortably host a large group. Decor was cute, fun and sunny. The kitchen and bathrooms were lacking however. All kitchen and bathroom supplies were barebones (no oven mitts, not enough towels, not big enough pots and pans for large groups, inoperable coffee maker, no basic spices or cooking oil or paper products). Linens and surfaces were clean but less visible surfaces (under couch, inside trash cans, high chair) were dirty upon arrival and had to be cleaned before we used them. Communication was really poor. If we received a reply about an issue, it was always days later and often just not helpful.
All in all, we left comfortable and had a nice stay. If you can overlook all of the above mentioned, it was a wonderful location and an easy walk to the beach (kids age 1 up to 10) made the walk back and forth to the beach no problem.

The property was exactly as listed on the website and was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts were very responsive as we did have a problem with the refrigerator leaking water on the floor and the downstairs A/C unit blower quit working. Both issues were addressed resolved in just a few hours of us notifying them.
Great experience overall.

Overall it was a good stay. Only complaints were the garage area bathroom had to be cleaned when we arrived. And there were 4 twin beds( 2 bunks) each bunk bed had only 1 sheet( 3 had a fitted sheet , the 4th had only a flat sheet. ) Also, there were 9 of us and we carried beach chairs from the house down to the beach which was a 7/8 minute walk and 2 chairs were broken. Had to come back and get different chairs. Kitchen wasnt super stocked . Again overall it was good.

We enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach. The house was very adequate for our stay. There was plenty of beach equipment. Read the listing carefully. There are no frills. Be prepared to bring everything with you. The kitchen has dishes for a family, but the cookware is not in good condition. The gathering area is great for a crowd. I sent an email about the icemaker not working. I received a reply from the rental company after 4 days. We had already bought ice. The beds are nice and clean which is very important to us. The location was great and it had nice decor. There is enough space for guests to spread out for quiet time. We had an overall good experience.

Weekend of May 5 to May 7:
The house was in an awesome location from the beach! It was about a 3 block walk. The pictures of the house were true to our actual stay. The house was tastefully decorated with comfy beds. The managers of the home accommodated our arriving earlier which was awesome! There were snacks, clean linen, dishes, pots & pans, and toiletries too. Beautiful home!
The issue we had was that the stove was not cleaned. It had a huge oil spill at the bottom of the stove. I was to be reimbursed for some of my cleaning cost but still waiting. There was a piece of the blind on the floor. The upstairs shower in the guest bathroom was not easy to operate and was dripping water. The manager sent someone to fix the issue.
Overall, it was a great stay and will be better when I receive my reimbursement . I would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely home and the perfect place for our family as we celebrated the wedding of our youngest son. The access to the beach was perfect and close enough to get to the wedding in downtown Wilmington.

This house worked great for our family. There was plenty of space to spread out, it was clean, and included a well stocked kitchen and some games. We had to bring towels but they were very clear about that up front so it wasn’t a problem, and you need to bring your own shower supplies. They did leave some really fun snacks/treats in the kitchen that we thoroughly enjoyed too.

Best supply of beach equipment of any house we have ever rented. The layout of the house was great. Plenty of bedrooms. Nicely stocked kitchen. Great AC! Loved the location. The one recommendation I think our group would agree on is that having a lighter set of plates like melamine would have been good. ☺️ Overall responsive hosts and great place to stay!

We booked this house for our group of 8 last minute after changing our destination from Florida because of a tropical storm. The owners were very responsive to our questions with the booking to put us at ease. The house was perfect for our group with plenty of space and a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and had just about everything we needed for the week. We would definitely book this place again when heading to NC beaches!
