The location of the property was excellent… Close to so many attractions. The house itself was very clean and had everything that we needed and then some. The only issue we had was that the fire pit was out of commission. Instead, we had plenty of wood to build a wonderful fire in the fireplace, I would highly recommend this property and would certainly rent it again!

This was a perfect place for our trip! The place was clean (top priority!) and stayed very cool with the ceiling fans and open windows (and I was worried about lack of a/c even in the mountains, so this was a plus!) Our guest contact was super helpful when we had a question as well. Beautiful view - we saw many deer, including fawns. Definitely recommend! For those wondering (because we did!), the layout is as follows: top floor is the main living space with kitchen, dining spaces, living room, bathroom, and the deck. One floor down has three bedrooms: 1 master with king bed & bathroom, 1 room with queen, 1 room with 2 twins, and a separate bathroom. The bottom floor has laundry, plus the living space with the futon, the bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a bathroom. The two lower levels have deadbolted access to the outside.

It was fine and ok. It is an aging building with some maintenance issues that they are working to fix up. The owner could invest a little bit in the property. but we enjoyed it and it is way better than any hotel

Two families for a total of 12 guests enjoyed this rental thoroughly. We had ample space for eating, relaxing, and sleeping. The hot water heater did seem a little too small for such a large house. Eva the local host was wonderful and helpful. Overall value was well worth it.

This house served our family well! I would recommend this property to others. Absolutely loved the ‘neighborhood’ deer. The only negative I saw was the kitchen faucet. It probably needs to be tightened up or changed.
I gave the property manager a five, but we really didn’t contact them for anything.

Spacious cabin, comfortable bed

Great location, beautiful view, comfortable beds and enough space for everyone! We did bring a baby gate for the stairs for the toddlers and it worked great! The house doesn't have air conditioning but it was not needed. The highs were in the 70's and the lows in the 50's (August 1 -5, 2023). The windows open up and allow the cool mountain air in which was perfect!! We had a one yr old, 3 yr old, 11 yr old, 16 yr old, and 8 adults, there was plenty of space for all of us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed all the space - for gathering and spreading out as needed, indoor and outdoor. A great location for hiking and getting to Fred’s/Brick Oven. Kitchen was well supplied.

The property was cleaned and fully stocked. We were really pleased with the location, the views were breath taking. Everything from the snow to the deer. We will definitely book again. My family was happy. The owner and host were accessible and very pleasant t the time of booking and arrival. Definitely recommend for families to check it out!
