About this house rental

You might look at this listing and think to yourself "WOW, what a cool party pad!" FAR FROM IT. This property is designed for larger families or friends getting together to have a good time WITHOUT disrupting the neighbors or violating the 10 PM city noise ordinance. This place is meant for you to come, relax, enjoy each others' company as well as the city of Lake Havasu. It's furnished in a way that encourages your kids to stay enterained with the indoor and outdoor games, swim, and just be outside instead of vacationing just to stay in their room and play Call of Duty, Roblox, or watch TicTok all day. It is not a place for you to throw a rager, yell at your boyfriend at 2 AM that you hate him, test your alcohol consumption limits, or give the neighbors a show in your birthday suit. All renters MUST be respectful of the neighbors and be able to follow 2 main rules: 1) Outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. 2) Do not park across the street on the neighbors property. To those that can follow these (SIMPLE) rules, we welcome your booking and truly hope that you make beautiful memories here! To those of you that can't give respect to our neighbors and abide by the city noise ordinance, this is not the place for you. You can thank previous dumba$$ renters for the strict enforcement of these rules.

Beautiful 6 Bedroom House boasts a Casita, Huge Backyard, Pool, Jacuzzi, Game Room, Yard Games, Fire Table, Spectacular View of the Lake and Unforgettable Sunsets!

Each living area and bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV. Game Room includes 65" TV with cable and sports package along with pool table, air hockey, foosball, ping pong and darts. The backyard includesa mini horseshoe pit, giant jenga, above ground jacuzzi, and a recently renovated pool with a water slide.

The jacuzzi is always heated (at no additional charge) for your use and convenience. The pool has the ability to be heated to 80 degrees for an additional $80/day. Please let the owner know if you would like the pool to be heated at the time of your booking.

House is 3 miles from everything including the London Bridge, Lake Havasu Marina, and local Restaurants and Bars.

The property was exactly what was advertised!! Great backyard & game room for the kids. Close to beaches, lake rentals & restaurants. We enjoyed our stay & Jamie , the property manager, was so easy to get a hold of & communication was quick. Great stay!!!!

Stayed at this rental property with family and friends and it definitely exceeded our expectations. House with clean and stocked with everything you need. House is super big and accommodating for kids and adults. Had a minor issue and contacting the owner about it was a breeze. Communication was great. Would recommended and will stay here future visits.

While the weather didn’t cooperate putting a damper on the stay in Lake Havasu, the house itself and communication with Jamie was great. The house was very comfortable for a large group stay.

The pictures were exactly what the property looked like. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The sunsets were amazing and Jaime was great and let us check in early since the house was ready, which was super nice and we didn’t have to waste a couple hours before check in. Really enjoyed our stay and the family wants to do this trip again!

This is an absolutely perfect property for family trips to the Lake Havasu area! We have family local, but decided to rent this place to have a central spot for all of us to gather and hang out while attending the Delbert Days Rodeo this weekend(great time as well!), and it did not disappoint! Heated Pool, Games for all ages, and plenty of room for everyone! The backyard was great for our small kids to run around and play without getting into too much trouble. Jaime was awesome and communicated with us from start to finish, making it a 5-star stay for sure! I hope we will get to visit again soon. Thank you for everything.

A couple of friends and myself were looking to vacation in Lake Havasu. For some this was there first time to the lake. While most this was a return to a place we had not seen since we were children. Looking for a place we knew we wanted every available amenity to make our stay feel comfortable, spacious, and fun. After searching through many options I noticed Jamie Wiesner's place checked off all the boxes on my list. We had plenty of rooms for the 11 guests. The entertainment included many outdoor games, a pool, and comfortable couch to watch TV after spending all day golfing and on the water. This last trip was just for the boys but I would choose this location next visit out to Lake Havasu with my family.

Great home to enjoy games and relax with family and/or friends. The host Jamie was wonderful to work with and made sure everything was perfect. Amazing getaway and we will definitely be returning!
