Very bad experience

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Mainly because the whole places smelt so so so bad, it was just awful, I have never stayed anywhere that smelt that terrible, it made me feel sick and was hard to sleep.

Honestly it was a nice place to stay, but they can really put some more effort keeping that place clean, to many spider webs and other bugs around and in the lobby, plus some dusting of wouldn't hurt too...

This is not 4 star hotel , it's not worth what I paid for, there is only fancy entrance, rest is run down old property ,luck of maintenance, understaffed (employees are amazing)
Conclusion
False advertising hotel should be 2 🌟

The bathrooms need to be updated as the tubs are too deep and the smaller rooms shower bed is too flimsy
Also, the faucet was spraying all over the place instead in the sink
TV was way too small for the room
Overall, I was not too happy as my room was downgraded to accommodate my dad’s limited ability to move and use the bathroom in the bigger room (hence deep tub) and was given a smaller room with no money back
I will not stay here again

Love the staff! Everyone was professional, welcoming and helpful.
Hotel is old, tired, smells and feels like hospital.

Enjoyed a great therapeutic massage at the spa

It was a horrible experience for us. Temperature was 6 degree celcius outside we asked them to activate heating of the air conditioner they said that it is a normal weather for them and they can only activate during winter. We lived under our blankets for 3 days.
They are asking extra fee if you want thermal treatment as well. It is not included in the normal hotel booking.
Overall, the first 3 days of our bosnia trip was horrible. Thank you Terme for making this happened.

Like many other during the winter season, the hotel was under repair works. I was hoping there would be a shop nearby that sells swimwear so I could visit the pool and spa area, but nothing of sort there. Perhaps best to stay there a few days & bring your own swim/gym wear. On the positive side, it’s close to the airport and shuttle bus was provided, beds are comfortable and it was relatively quiet.

The cleanliness wasn't great and fire escapes were blocked with old mattresses and furniture and dirty pots

Very friendly staff and spectacular breakfast and very clean room.

Overall nice place to stay. If you're seeking a spa treatment with health benefits this is the place.
The spa is based on sulphur springs, so you will have to tolerate occasional smell of sulphur. The smoking culture is still strong and there is an area inside the building on the first floor where people sit and smoke, so you will have to deal that as well. Internet connection nis good but coverage is choppy. If Your room happens to be in the area without Wi-Fi coverage, then you have to rely on local mobile network provider.
Staff is curtious and kind.

Great location for relaxing. 45 minutes by tram to Old town Serajevo. Very helpful front desk staff.

This would be perfect hotel in every sense, if there was difference in two things -
1. This is, as many reviews pointed out - therapy center. So, there are many individual separated therapy rooms, for privacy and personal relaxation. However, for other guests there is only a relatively shallow pool with room temperature water. There is no hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna and other things that make weary traveler fall in love with hotel. So, this is not a Spa hotel....
2. Smoking in all areas. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, smoking is allowed indoor in almost all places. This makes whole hotel filled with smoke and smell of cigarettes up to the point where ceiling lamps show Tyndall effect and smoke gets everywhere.. I smoke, but only outside and I found it difficult to be in this hotel.
BUT! aside that, this hotel is fantastic, in very nice area, connected to city centre via fast and comfortable and cheap public transportation, there is wonderful nature to enjoy around and trek and hike and cycle and whatnot! Staff in hotel is wonderful, professional, cordial, versed in languages and they know their business. All they do they do with ease and genuine care for the guest. Hotel is renovated and under renovation with beautiful interior, original paintings from distinguished artists on walls, nice bar, excellent breakfast, and in short, if previously mentioned two things weren't an issue, this would be actually PERFECT hotel!!!

Bad Hotel...dont desteve a star rating...this is a handicapped rehab facility not a hotel for tourist.

This does not deserve 4stars. My room did not have a balcony, had one small single bed an one hospital bed with a hole in the sheet. The aerial photo is of a public park, not the hotel grounds. The Expedia information is not acurate. I was overcharged and my query was never acknowledged.

On the good side, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful from the receptionists to the restaurant waiting staff even to the cleaners. The room is reasonably clean and bed is comfortable. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service back to the airport free of charge. It would be good if the service is also available on the way in to avoid over-priced awful taxi service at the airport. The hotel location is also very good in a suburban surrounding with green fields and good walking paths. Very relaxing.
On the negative side, the hotel furniture is quite dated. Guest rooms were very dark. The television has very few English language channels, and the signals were bad. The entrance hall is also very dark and always full of smoke from smokers. It can be very off-putting to non-smokers. Besides, the guests in the hotel can be quite noisy (not really the fault of the hotel may be). It could be better to put business users to a quieter quarter of the hotel whereas the rest of the hotel can still be enjoyed by holiday makers. The food at the hotel is good quality but quite over-priced comparing to a next hotel (Cordona?). A self-serving buffet of ordinary food costs 20 KM per person.

First the positive, the hotel is very close to the airport and the staff are friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night as I had an early flight out next morning. I would have changed hotels if I had to stay longer. I had a wonderful experience earlier in the week at Colors Inn Hotel in downtown Sarajevo.
The hotel is old and smells moldy. It is loud both inside and outside if your windows are open. The rooms were cleanish but there was no hot water which I didn't notice until the next morning. The decorative pillows had sweat and grime stains. The room was very hot and stuffy upon arrival and when I called the front desk to inquire why my air conditioning wasn't working they said the central AC had not been turned in yet. It was April and 70 outside.
We dropped our bags off in the room and went out. While dropping bags off we noticed an armed security guard walking the floors. We inquired if it was safe and the receptionist assured us that yes it was safe, they have security. Some of our questioning was lost in translation.
After dinner we walked around the park area surrounding the grounds (the pretty park setting that is in the photos) and during this walk we observed lots of drug activity. This was the real answer to our question about safety and why there are armed security guards.
Overall the hotel is a mix of the elderly and invalid. There is a hospital within the building!? I found it to be a weird place and would not recommend it.

good position near airport.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa seemed to be aimed more at people with illnesses rather than people wanting to have beauty treatments. The other clients in the hotel seemed to be largely people with illnesses.
The spa was very well appointed.
The hotel had a good selection of buffet food every night for dinner and breakfast. It would have been nice to have an a la carte menue as it felt a bit like a school canteen.
despite my somewhat negative comments , the staff were very helpful and friendly making our stay pleasant
