Deceiving post & I will not recommend to friends to stay here.

I had selected & paid for a sea view apartment but was provided with a view facing another building. The toilets are smelly with water trapped at the door and with hairs at the shower area when we checked in. One of the rooms’ air con was leaking & created sound as it drips onto the floor. Very disruptive to our sleep.

Surely will repeat!

Nearby mall. Ours is sea-view,the view was breathtaking. Our unit was at 45th floor,the breeze was amazing. Amenities provided by host,house was clean. Its a good experience overall.

I think the master bedroom water heater was not working very well.

A scenic sea view apartment

The scenic sea views which can be seen from all three 3 rooms and living hall. The location is strategic and can reach the woodlands custom within 10mins car ride. There are convenient stalls and cinema in the mall nearby too. But the mall seemed empty. The Airbnb provided enough towel for us and the towel smell super fresh and clean.

The lights in the master bedroom and bathroom were quite dim. And 2 of the lights were spoilt. Also, the master bedroom toilet choked. The bed and pillow were very soft too. Only applicable to the master bedroom. The other 2 bedroom were OK.

It was a great stay.

Easy parking access, clean, the facilities were on top notch and the environment is good.

Some fans cannot be used since the controller was damaged. Maybe a little too high

Great place to stay and wish I could come again, hopefully.

I like that the place is clean and tidy. We stayed and rested very comfortably. The most interesting thing is the amazing scenery. Especially during sunset in the evening and sunrise in the morning. Beautiful. The place was so comfortable to stay, honestly. I love that I'm able to sleep comfortably through the night.

I didn't realise the place on the top floor until I finally arrived. I don't mind myself staying there but bringing a child as well. I was a bit anxious and worried about letting my son play around the verandah. That is only my concern.

One of the toilets was flooded. Can smell sewage@balcony. One of rooms had no window or toilet.

The Faaz Mart was easy to find, it was next to the apartment.

Great value stay with a sea view

The location was extremely convenient, having 3 24 hours convenience store below the unit, as well as an abundance of food options within and nearby the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, it was a very enjoyable stay for my group of 6 friends.

Some of the air condition units were making squeaky noises, but it wasn't unbearable.

Enjoy my stay as the place is convenient to certain places and the view is exceptional

It’s convenient as there have a lot of convenience stores and shops nearby. Also there is 24 hours mart but may need to walk two building away. Everything is neat and tidy feels like home. Instructions given was very clear to check in and check out.

The toilet at the master bedroom kinda have this sewage smell. Every time when we spray the bidet the water doesn’t seems to go down to the drainage it stay like a pool on the floor and it takes longer time to dry.

The unit is good just need some improvement.

The unit is nice with a calm seaview. Sunset view from the bedrooms. Near eateries and shops!

The main bedroom toilet has an odour probably coming from the basin cabinet and the sponge for dishwasher need to change. Its worn out and smelly!

The house was comfortable and surprisingly very spacious. We loved that there was a washing machine and a drying rack.

Not recommended

The room/house has mentioned a free Wi-Fi, but there is no Wi-Fi provided. The service provider already know the problem, but still provide fake information. There is also a cup of half-consumed Starbuck coffee in refrigerator.

The location is superb.

The smell of the toilet is somehow like an underarm kind of smell. I thought it will go away but it didnt. Even after we spray the toilet, the smell still lingers. Toilet has some hairs that was not clean out properly. The master bedroom bed is sponge literally. Its so uncomfortable. The rest of the rooms are good.

The aptment is clean, the sea view is very cool.. Location is convenient and the security guard is very helpful too..As for the staff they reply promplty . Overall all my family satisfied with the stay..will come again.

Shall supply the tissue box at least 1 box And one of the room , the flushing toilet bowl is slow for the water to fill up for the 2nd flush...
