Relaxing stay

Nice location, near the beach. Ample terrace facing the sea. We did not cook ourselves, but there are plenty of restaurants in the nearby villages. You need a car for that

Beach was very "pebbly". The bed was on the small side.

Marius is a fantastic guy! very welcoming and good fun.

so beautiful and relaxing. great to read a book om you balcony with the sound of the sea.

because of the busy main road it’s not easy to walk into town (with small kids)

Great host location and weather and private beach

Great place to stay , Mario was the best host & his mother and aunt , the accommodation was spot on very peaceful the beach we had all to ourselves , the sea for swimming and snorkeling was great and Mario let us use his 2 person kayak when ever we wanted . Mario was very helpful with places to visit and directions gave us a guidebook and if you wanted anything you just have to ask , what more could you ask for . Free WiFi free parking and beautiful places to visit. We spent two weeks here and loved it if you want peace and quiet and time to relax this is the place. We went out most days to explore greece and see all the sites most things are 30 min to 2 hours away amazing beaches castles historic sites great food and the local people very friendly and helpful , what more could you ask for. We went away last week in sept first in October weather was lovely There is supermarkets around for all your needs even a big lidls when you get off at the airport which is about 35 mins away. There are restaurants to eat at but you need a car a 5 minutes drive away Would 100% recommend staying here , thank you Mario for making us have a fantastic holiday 😀

Spacious 2 bedroom villa

Place is at very good location. Marios is doing amazing job and really helped us doing an early check in for us , trying to accommodate us earlier because we were travelling with our 3 months baby. We were provided with an umbrella as there were not on the beach and we did not have. Probably a good place for more people as it is quite spacious with great big balcony with view. Kitchen is well equipped.

Place is very outdated. No sunbeds at the beach .

It was nice and relaxing

The beach is right after the garden. Good place to see sunrise over the sea. It’s pet friendly:) We were greeted by lovely Dina, who welcomed us to the place, and was there for any kind of questions we might have. Mario gave some awesome tips of what to do in the area, places to visit, local tavernas. We especially loved the Agia Triada beach, just 20 minutes drive from the villa. It was a great experience

Amazing and total relaxation.

Perfect location, just few meters from the beach. Mario is the perfect host, helped us with info where to go in the area (tavernas, local markets, etc.) and responded to our requests. Left this peaceful place with lots of good memories.

Beautiful view and perfect location for visiting all the beautiful sides of Messenia. Marios was the nicest host and gave us lots of tips! The house is surrounded by apricot and lemon trees, so we could use the tastiest fruits ever for our breakfast. Murmura and her little kittens in the yard were very cute and playful 😍

I would certainly come back to stay there again! Great beach and great hospitality.

Perfect location next to beach. Nice garden with lot of plants and flowers, and decorations. Good and quiet beach- in the morning swim we were only people there. You can feel very private at the house, House is simple- like 'country stile", but very clean and comfortable. Having all essential things for cooking and for serving food.

Wonderful bright, clean and welcoming villa

Wonderful villa, spacious, with big rooms and lots of light, close to the beach. Exceptionally clean. Basically furnished rooms. Big kitchen, with a huge fridge, stove, pots and pans -one could cook basic stuff. We had our house cleaned once every 2-3 days, linen and towels changed. The area is very quiet, and the villas, being apart, allow some intimacy - the tourists don't bother each other. The owner, Marios, is doing his very best to make each guest welcome and even leaves small gifts in the house to make them welcome. Small touches make a big difference. We felt like home. We go to the Chrani region every year, and my opinion formed by my experience there, is that these villas are well above average.

We liked everything that had a connection with the villas! What we did not like was the beach close to the villa. The locals made a habit in coming to the beach close to the villa and there were times when they were very unpleasant to us. The owner of the 9 muses tries his best to talk to them, but it's not up to him, really.

Great place to stay!

Very well equipped, spacious apartment with generous terrace. The view is wonderful. The villa we stayd has a frontal sea view. They have immediate access to a wild beach with stones, but after a meter, after entering the water there is only sand. The water is very clear, access is smooth, suitable for children. For those interested not far away there are also arranged beaches. There is private parking. Laundry service is available for a fee. Ideal for relaxation, intimate. The host is very kind, friendly and attentive to needs. We kindly recomand this place. Thank you for everything Marios!
