All that you need AND MORE

My partner and I had a fantastic stay. It was in an affluent part of town so we always felt very safe. The staff went above and beyond and everyone was incredibly friendly. They helped us arrange our transport to different excursions and they even had laundry service! The restaurant onsite provides delicious options and there's nice touches and decor all around. Will stay here again and again.

Nettes empfehlenswertes Hostel

Nettes Hostel in guter Lage - viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Gutes Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick serviert. Unser Gepäck konnten wir für 2 Tage dort zwischenlagern als wir für einen Trip in den Nationalpark Los Nevados unterwegs waren. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. La bonne situation au milieu d'un quartier bien vivant de Pereira. Le petit déjeuner sur le roof top le matin 😊

No supero mis expectativas.

La comida estuvo muy rica, la ubicación del hotel es maravillosa, la es zona segura, linda, comercial y accesible.

La infraestructura y el diseño del hostel esta super mal planeado, hay habitaciones que no tienen ventanas y los olores y el calor se acumulan, la única ventana que había daba hacia el interior del hotel, o sea que podrían ver hacia la habitación fácilmente, se escuchaban muchos ruidos de la gente pasando, el ruido de la música de la azotea, el ruido de cuando bajan por las escalas, etc. El baño no estaba limpio pese a que no era un baño compartido, y las planillas donde diligencian la limpieza estaba atrasada, por lo menos si van a dejar a la vista de los usuarios estos documentos, procuren diligenciarlos. En pocos términos, el precio que consideraba que estaba bien para los lujos que decía que tenía, resulto siendo muy costoso.

Propre. Excellent accueil et service pressing top

L’établissement est propre. Touriste francais de passage 2 nuits et ne parlant pas espagnol, le personnel est tres tres sympathique n’a pas hesite a me donner reponse pour les modalites pour le bus. J’ai aime aussi le service pressing ou mon linge a ete lave et repasse en une demi journée seulement et a un prix tres correct. Pour La 2eme nuit j’ai demande un ventilateur et je l’avais 30 minutes après seulement : service au top

Safe neirboroughood, comfortable room, utilities in shared showers, friendly and helpful staff, good typicak colombian breakfast.

Mariana the girl who’s working in the reception is so cool and kind.

I spent there one night , arrived at around 18:30-19:00 o’clock evening , there is a cross fit center down in the same building it was so noisy and I couldn’t fall asleep! * there are no lockers for saving belongings . * tried to have shower twice , and there was no warm water at all . * not so hygienic.

I absolutely recommend these accomodations.

I've traveled to 13 country's the last 3 years and can honestly say this hostel is absolutely the nicest top of the line hostel I've ever stayed in. I can't even believe how beautiful and clean this hostel is. I highly recommend these accomodations to anyone on the planet

It was perfect !

A superb warm hotel, with clean rooms and bathrooms. You have a large rooftop that offers a view of the city. The staff is very welcoming so I recommend you to go there !!

the location is perfect, it’s quiet but right off the main strip. the staff were lovely and very helpful, the owner Hugo is really cool as well!
