Very pleasant person at reception. Simple, clean, comfy bed, I would stay here again.

Hotel is OK but do not book though hotels.com or any other platform. The hotel has an “auto check in” (no staff) and this does not work with your hotels.com reservation number.

The rooms were very clean. There was no air condition in the rooms.

The people were welcoming and kind. The room was small but clean and comfortable.

Just awful ! Felt on edge every night had random men knocking on our doors after midnight !.. hotel staff just let them self’s in our room with out knocking while we was still in our room getting changed! Was getting followed into the hotel by people. no reception from 9pm on weekdays. rooms were disgusting stains all over bedcovers mould in bedroom and bathroom , marks on the outside of windows where people have tried to break in ! We felt scared.
Definitely will never go back here !!.

A team of three on photo assignments for a full week. Our room was tiny, no cupboard or draw space, so small we could not even unpack...! With room for one person to side step into their bed meant the other two beds were touching, seriously this is not joke or exaggeration...! This room was not fit for triple occupancy and should never have been offered. Also no lift, a lot of luggae with cameras etc, which had to be lugged up to the second floor.
As for the local area forget it. Just one restaurant which the hotel had a deal with, other than that there was nothing. The hotel had a bottle only bar at reception but no provision to sit and relax with your drink, unless of course you take it to your room. When reception closed at 8:00 or 9:00 pm, (depending on what day it was) - you could not get a drink at all.
If your looking for a budget hotel, don't want breakfast, evening meal, a relaxing drink and are content to be packed into your room like sardines in a tin then this just might work for you - if not dig a little deeper in your pocket and go somewhere else...
Breakfast was VERY expensive and not at all value for money.

Room was too small with no amenities. Asking for two pillows was like asking for the desk clerks first born. There was no elevator/lift and my wife and I had to walk several flights of stairs with all of our luggage. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. In addition, it was so far away from Paris and public transportation was a long hike away.

We booked this hotel based on the proximity to CDG Airport. I would never stay there again. The hotel is filthy: mildew in the shower, stains on the carpet, rust in the bathroom, bathroom sink did not drain, etc. My non-smoking room reeked of smoke and included an ashtray in the room. There was no AC. Access to the internet required loading personal information, which I did not trust. I am surprised that Choice allows the hotel to stay in their system.

Very clean for an older motel. Very convenient location. Room was very quiet.

Over the years our family has taken many road trips and we always look for a clean affordable place to stay. We were very pleased with America's Best! Despite the age of the motel our room was updated and very clean. I looked for grime in the corners of the bathroom and tub; everything was clean with no old dirt or mold! Our beds were comfortable with clean linens and the room was large enough to move around comfortably.

It was a good place to go - and I guess I might again. I left my charger for my cell phone there and it amazingly disappeared! bummer

Shower equipment sprayed water all over the bathroom. No staff to call after 8PM. Couldn't get phones to work to make an international call.

I went with my school and somehow in this small room we put three girls. Yes it was extremely tight, but it served its purpose. It was clean and the breakfast was nice, but I did not enjoy taking the train for 30min there and back everyday to downtown Paris.

The location to commute to Paris by train is in zone 4 and bad. The parking at the hotel was good but parking in Chelles itself is about non existent. The staff was friendly but the room itself had problems: no lift to the upper floor, shower head broken and took three days to fix, the hair dryer was never fixed, the towels were sparce, the shaver connection was in a bad location with bad lighting, the bed was low and not comfortable, and no shampoo was provided.

It is quite far from the center of town.. Once we learned the ropes, travel into the city center became easy and only took an hour to get to any destination in the city . The hotel is clean, and sanitary but better for discount travel than for luxury vacations. The service we received was remarkable. Both day and night shift supervisors spoke very good english and were wonderful to us. The night manager especially made the hotel fantastic. He provided everything from pizza delivery (that he personally ordered) to great info, to making travel aggangements for us.
