- The cost of heating the POOL SYSTEM (Pool) at this property is not included in the nightly rates. After you book the unit, please notify our team IF you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating.
- The cost to heat the pool is $75/night.
- Heat requests must be made 48 hours in advance.
- We set the system to heat between 83-85. Actual temp. varies due to air/ground temps and is not guaranteed.
- Both hot tubs can be heated during your stay without an additional charge. The hot tub temperatures are set at 100 degrees. You can adjust the temperatures or down on the hot tubs.
- The pool is maintained at temperature of 70 degrees while not is use. If you want to use the pool at this temperature you are able to do so. We can monitor the temperature of the pool remotely and if it raises above the 70 degrees you will be charged the nightly pool heating fee of $75 per day you heat the pool.

- To prevent the pipes from freezing, the waterfall and slide are not able to be used through December to the mid February.

This is beautifully maintained home with a gorgeous pool and hot tub. It was perfect for our large group. Kitchen is huge and has everything you need for meal prep.

This property was worth every penny! The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you can think of! We loved having two tables. Our grandkids enjoyed all being at one table while the adults were on the other. The pool was incredible! Both the adults and kids loved the rock slide and it is a good sized pool! There is so much entertainment from board games, pool, ping pong, pool play toys, and Nintendo! For those that just like to relax, there are hammocks, many pool side lounge chairs and ample comfortable couches inside. The owners were amazing to work with, they were quick and helpful with anything needed. We have been renting homes with a private pool for years and have finally found the one we want to come back to!

Family of 5 siblings with spouses/significant others, plan get aways almost every year. We chose this property because it allowed each couple to have a king en-suite room to themselves. We can't begin to express how awesome this place was. We needed nothing extra from the host Matthew. We loved, and used, all the major appliances, enjoyed the pool and hot tub and even used the slide (which was fun for us young at heart people!). The location was extremely quiet, even with construction going on near by. We were 2 hours away from almost everything we wanted to see from the slot canyons, Bryce, Zion and Las Vegas. The town of Hurricane is quant and convenient. Some family members even enjoyed a full day of golf locally.
Definitely would recommend this to families of all adults, but to let you in on a little secret, it would be great for families with children as well. they have an awesome bunk room for the children with their own bathroom as well!
Visiting the Canyon areas in Utah and the Slot Canyon in Page ... another bucket list check off and Living the Dream was truly the cherry on the sundae.

We have stayed at many properties for our immediate family reunion over the past several years in the Hurricane and St George areas, and this property was the best we have stayed in. Each one of our married children, and ourselves, had their own master bath and bedroom which was wondeful! Our seven grandchildren loved the bunkroom and staying together on the many bunkbeds. The unique benefit of this home is the kitchen was completely furnished with everything you need except the food. We have never seen a rental so nicely provide everything you need. There was no shortage on pool towels, pool toys or anything else. So many fun extra's that we couldn't utilize them all. The sound system throughout the home and outside was amazing. We didn't leave the house with the exception of one time our whole trip because it was so nice. The only concern I had was the home is so popular, we noticed some wear in different areas that is only a little over a year old. Not a big deal, but the home is so nice, I hope it does not get worn out to quickly. The owners were wonderful to work with and were there for us if we struggled with operating any of the home electronics and pool. We would definitely stay at this home again if they will have us.

Wow! Our stay was just wonderful. The location and condition of the house were fantastic. The pictures on the listing really don't give you a sense of the scale of the home; it's HUGE! We had 10 adults and 6 kids and had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The pool and hot tubs (yes, TWO!) were in excellent condition and the number of pool toys provided was excellent. The number of towels available made us feel like we were at a private spa. The kitchen was stocked with more cookware and serving items than I could have imagined. With two of everything (fridges, microwaves, dishwashers, washer/dryers) we were able to easily prepare food and clean up during our 4 day stay. The pool area was so nice, many of us didn't leave the house! But for those of us who did, the area around the house is absolutely stunning - if you've never been to southern Utah, you owe it to yourself to go.
One additional thing I'd like to mention: we had a minor issue with one of the hot tubs and I messaged the owner via the VRBO app and within 45 minutes of my message, the pool guy was at the house and the issue resolved. This is not an exaggeration, as I was monitoring our chat via the app. That kind of responsiveness is very much appreciated. Thanks, Matt!

We spent a long weekend here. It was an oasis of relaxation and fun! Plenty of room for us. The family loved the pool and the slide. Each family had their own bathroom. The hosts were attentive and helpful with any minor problem we had. It was wonderful! Thank you!

The size and layout of this house was perfect for our family! The house was immaculate and had QR codes for everything you can think of. So we had no problem figuring out the tvs and pool cover, etc. The couches and beds were super comfy. Some of the houses we have stayed at before have had some of the cheapest furniture and sheets. But not this place.
If you are going in the fall/winter, there was a sneaky fine print fee to have the pool heated each day that we didn’t know about until a couple days before our trip. So look for that. If it’s peak summer I’m sure there’s a fee to cool the pool. But it won’t stop us from visiting again. The owners were quick to reply to any of our questions. The house was stocked so well with things like charging stations next to each bed and couch, games, pool toys and floats, helmets, extra lawn chairs, stuff for s’mores, and then some. Makes packing for a weekend trip so much easier. We were all impressed. And there were 5 individual families with kids of all ages.

This place is amazing! Our extended family chose The Oasis for a family reunion when the weather was not your typical southern Utah temperature—but the weather didn’t matter. We were still able to enjoy the heated pool (a note that this costs extra), slide, fire pit, hot tubs, all kinds of games, comfortable beds with their own private bathrooms, tvs in each room, and an amazing kitchen—with EVERYTHING we would possibly need. In addition to all the amenities provided, the place was incredibly spotless. The owners thought of everything that we as guests would like to make our stay perfect. The complimentary basket of Smores was a nice touch! Throughout our stay we found ourselves noticing the little things that made us as comfortable as if we were in our own home. We loved our stay and will recommend it to anyone. We hope to be able to enjoy it again in the future.
One thing we wished was better was the wifi. It seemed to not always work and in the end, most of us choose not to use it, since it was so slow. We tried to watch a college football game it it kept buffering. If that hadn't happened, our stay would have been ideal.
A great place for all ages, and a great gathering place. Overall 9 out of 10!

Can’t say enough about how well thought out and equipped the property was. We had a large group of family ranging from 90’s to 5 months and it fit perfectly. The attached bathrooms, king sized beds and room for small children worked out perfect. The host was extremely responsive to any and all questions that popped up over our stay. Between the huge amount of pool toys, the well equipped ping pong table to the bonus room tvs and pool table there was always something for the group to do. Everything was well organized, and well stocked for the group. We will definitely be coming back again.

Amazing house!! So many necessities that we needed were there so we didn’t even have to go get something’s that we needed. They were very quick to answer questions and help anyway that they could. The pool and water side was amazing!! This was a vacation for a group of 17.

I didn’t think I could be blown away by a property. When I say this place had everything, I mean it really had everything. Easily the best stocked house as far as recreational equipment, kitchen appliances/supplies, entertainment offerings and anything you could think of. We had 4 adults and 4 kids on this trip with more than enough room to spread out. Our time spent at the house was during a heat wave so there was a lot of time spent lounging by the pool with the music playing over the Sonos speakers or a movie playing on the TV.
Matt was also extremely accommodating and professional. We arrived to a power outage in the area (not any fault of the owner). It was quickly resolved and Matt was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip.
The neighborhood includes a community pool and pickle ball court which we didn’t get around to using. Although there’s a lot of new construction and development going on, you really don’t feel it when you’re at the house. It didn’t impact our stay one bit.

We had a great family vacation at this home. It had plenty of space for our family. Each of our adult children were able to have their own suite with king sized bed. We loved the pool, fire pits, BBQ grill and outdoor seating and hammocks. We used the kitchen to bake treats and made big breakfasts for our group. With double microwaves, double ovens, double refrigerators, and double dishwashers, it was easy to feed our group and clean up was a breeze. We have rented several vacation homes and this home is definitely our favorite. The owners are very helpful and easy to contact for questions. We are so glad we chose this home.

5 families with 13 kids ranging in age from newborn to 13 years old stayed here for Spring Break for 5 nights and had the most incredible vacation! The weather was not great… very rainy and a little cool which worried us at first, but it did not matter one bit… we loved the pool and rock feature/slide (literally swam every day rain or shine), amazing hot tubs, fire pits to watch sun rise and sun sets, watched March madness basketball on outdoor tv, played ping pong tournaments in garage, played video games, played pool, and lots of card games. We did several walks and even played pickle ball on the courts in the neighborhood (with the included pickle ball paddles and balls in garage). We cooked every meal at the house and had everything we needed and more. Very high quality appliances and finally a home with more than enough plates, silverware etc. All the bedrooms were super comfortable with high end beds/linens… all furniture was very functional and comfortable. The lay out was perfect for a big group… lots of space to gather but still nice bedrooms for privacy. Every little detail was thought of. We literally love this house and vacation. The owners truly care and want you to have a fun vacation and have thought of everything. They are very responsive if any question arises and very helpful. I cannot recommend this house enough! We have stayed in several Vrbo houses and this is by far our favorite. We all left trying to plan our next trip to this amazing house!! Thank you McFarland family! We will be back!

Everything with the house was great. As soon as the neighboring properties are finished and the construction has wrapped up, I would have no complaints about this property.

We had a good sized group with adults and children (kids all under the age 10)
This house has everything. It had everything that we could think to cook with. The double Ovens, Double Fridges, Double Dishwashers, etc.... were great. Everything was clean and everything worked.
The weather was colder than we were hoping. The host was able to to keep the pool and hot tub heat up, so even with the cold, we were able to spend hours playing around outside. The fire pit was a fun extra, for being out by the pool. It was great to have a large garage, to use while there. We fit 2 SUV's easily & there was still plenty of space for all of the host items: Outside Games, Pool Items, Chairs, Ping Pong, etc.... We just wish we had more time to spend there.
The host was super responsive. It made the check in & check out process easy.

This was by far our favorite. We will be looking for availability for future excuses to get down to the St George area.

Wow!! Absolutely everything you could possibly want/need. This home is amazing. Perfect for weekend sports tournaments or family get away. The house was super clean and was stocked with everything. Very roomy and comfortable.. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful. The hosts communication was stellar. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We had such an enjoyable stay at The Oasis! The owners thought of every little detail to make the home comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked with every little thing you could ever need. The gathering areas are spacious with tons of seating for everybody. The pool and hot tubs are so much fun! So nice to relax in after a fun day recreating nearby. One of our favorite things about this home is the privacy of each bedroom having its own bathroom. So nice!! This truly is a fantastic vacation home! We can’t wait to go back!

This place is absolutely incredible! Super close to Sand Hollow, plenty of parking for our boat. The house is amazingly nice, very well done huge gathering places for everyone to hang out, huge bedrooms. The kids loves the bunk beds. Loved that everyone has their own bathroom. This is a place that our family will go back to every year! The pool and the hot tubs and outdoor spaces were awesome! Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The owners were very responsive and made our stay perfect! Thank you for letting use such and amazing place, we will be back!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this home was so perfect for our vacation that I had to leave a review. Our extended family came to the home with us. I loved how this home was perfect for everyone. The kids LOVED playing Jurassic Park on the big rock feature in the backyard, the teenagers enjoyed playing the Xbox, swimming, and playing the great card games provided by the host, and the adults really enjoyed watching movies, sitting by the fire, and cooking in a kitchen that had all the supplies we needed. They even had a provided pack-n-play for my infant to sleep in. Not to mention, the house is close to sand dunes that we loved riding around on one of the days we were there. This was for sure THE BEST VACATION.

This was a perfect place for my family and I to stay at. Not only was it clean and nice but soooo much fun as well. The beds were so comfortable, the shower was very nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was so surprised to find that they even had all of the spices we needed to make our food. It was such great service from the host! My favorite part was the living room couches and big screen TV! The surround sound made me feel like I went to the movie theater!! The deck hot tub and pool were amazing too!
