Two sparkling pools invite you to swim alongside Gulf and Old River views. Boat-friendly accommodations include complimentary parking and docking. Popular BBQ and seafood eateries are within a short drive of your door.

Cool tile floors run underfoot in the living room, furnished with plenty of comfy seating -- including a sleeper sofa. This sunny space offers views of the Gulf as well as a 39” flat-screen TV. Channel your inner chef in the modern kitchen, equipped with all the cookware and gadgets a recipe could require. Keep the chef company at the spacious breakfast bar, and when it's time to eat, gather at the inviting dining table. Beautiful Gulf views await on your private balcony. Share breakfast at the table, or soak up the sun from a comfy lounge chair. A pair of boardwalks lead directly to the beach. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided.

The condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have a 32” TV. Make yourself at home in the tranquil primary suite, detailed with a comfy king-size bed and Gulf-view balcony access. The en-suite primary bathroom features a tub/shower combination. Find a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-size bed in the guest bedroom. The guest bathroom is also equipped with a tub/shower combination.

Needle Rush Point has two unheated pools open year-round -- one with Gulf vistas and the other overlooking Old River. Host a family-style cookout in the shared grill area, then play a friendly game of tennis or volleyball at the on-site courts. Complimentary dock access, boat trailer parking, a boat wash, and kayak storage are also available.

The storied Flora-Bama Yacht Club is 0.3 miles from your door, and Rouses Market has all your grocery needs (five miles). Explore picturesque Big Lagoon State Park, just 15 minutes away by car. Needle Rush Point is also conveniently located within a 30-minute drive of Tanger Outlets and the Naval Aviation Museum.

This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking anywhere on the property including the pool area.

This is a decent beach condo, and Needle Pointe Rush is a great place to stay. The condo was clean and the furniture comfortable, but it has a feeling of being "just a rental": towels were clean, but several washcloths were dingy gray and still in use; no ice maker or filtered water in the fridge; lids and inserts for large pots, but no large pots; no plastic cups to take to the beach; furniture of decent quality but didn't exactly go together; no window covering for privacy/light blocking on door from master to balcony; no luggage racks. Washer and dryer work great! Code lock was temperamental from arrival, and when it wouldn't let us in (with the right code) for an extended time and sent a message through VRBO, Vacasa replied later the next day. Vacasa also didn't put dates on the parking pass, so got a note about being towed on my car and after calling property office to find out the problem wrote the dates on myself. Great location, serviceable condo. Would return if nothing else available, but not my first choice.

Loved everything about this unit. Small complex which makes the beach less crowded, pool area was amazing. Everything you need in the unit and within walking distance to the Florabama and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

The condo is a nice size and the furnishings seem relatively new and are nice but the full size bed in the smaller bedroom is very squeaky/noisy, there is no lamp in that bedroom, shower doors in both bathrooms do not work properly, one lamp in the larger bedroom is broken, electrical outlet on the deck does not work, there is no ice maker. Our door code stopped working the 2nd day and it took over 3 hours to get it fixed which meant we couldn’t leave the condo or we would have been locked out completely.

We were on the second floor and very near the beach which had very few people. Our understanding is that the stretch of beach is private to Needle Rush Point. Large yard for playing and close to the pool. In walking distance to ice cream and Florabama. The condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom basics. We could have used a few more hand clothes and a blowdryer (my 15 yr. old daughter was not happy with me). Kitchen has coffee pot, eating and cooking utensils, sauce pots, one good size soup pot, and pans. We could have used a 6 to 8 quart pot. Beds and pillows were comfy. The master bedroom has good curtains but still none over the door to a balcony accessible only to those staying with you. We did encounter a few issues like no latch to the main bathroom and other poorly functioning knobs. Very thankful for having laundry machines but do plan to wash laundry during the day as the machine is loud.

Needle Rush Point is great. Not crowded at all! Beach was perfect. Great pool too! This condo was adequate. Others in the complex appeared to be much nicer. This unit needs some TLC. Kitchen is well equipped. Living room furniture is worn out and not comfortable. End tables and TV console table in the living room are in rough condition. Ceiling fan in living room only operates on high speed (there is a remote to control it, but it was not functioning). Air conditioner/Nest thermostat were not working on our last night. I called to request service but no one was available to come check in it, so we left early and stayed in a hotel. Will definitely come back to Needle Rush Point, but will rent another unit.

We absolutely loved this condo and the location. It is not on a crowded section of the beach. The bedrooms and master bath were nice and spacious. It had nice new flooring throughout. This complex had great, wide parking spaces, which can be difficult to find. There were a few issues that could have made the stay better. The dryer was hot but wasn't drying clothes and I called Vacasa on the morning of our 2nd day and let them know. They never sent anyone during our stay to fix it. The bedroom door to the balcony was nice and looked new but had no blinds or curtains, and anyone walking on the boardwalk or balcony can look directly into your room. There were a couple other issues as well that I'm going to share privately as well. Overall, we would stay at this condo again.

The property is great but the unit we rented this time did not meet our expectations. There are a lot of issues with the doors not closing right for starters. The place had not been cleaned properly either. The showers had mildew all over and had to be re cleaned. Like I said before we love the complex but this unit in particular was not what we expected.

We had a restful vacation and would like to thank your whole team! The condo was perfect for our needs, clean, confortable, great view and location. The only issues that we had to report were an issue with the pool getting fouled by someone, a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink, and a bedroom drawer with slivers. Thankfully, we got the sliver out, so no hard there. Each issue, I texted the support liason and got prompt responses. Overall, I was not only impressed with the condo itself and beach where you could relax away from crowds, and enjoy the awesome beachfront, but I was also blown away with how well your team communicates to the customer! Great job before, during, and after our trip! I never had a moment of having no idea what to do next. We are looking forward to a return visit in the near future! Thank you again VRBO team!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Needle Rush Point was excellent, and we'll certainly be back! The beach was just steps away, and the condo was easily accessible on the 2nd floor. The condo and area overall was very quiet and felt secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for. The condo is somewhat dated, but they have added some nice modern touches. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for my family! The beach access was so convenient. The pool and beach were not crowded. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. We had a small issue with the door code when we arrived, but turn key was able to solve the problem quickly.
