Plus if you need a few tips to improve your game a golf pro is available to take you to the driving range or practice green. Off-season Reciprocal Golfing with other area courses. Other amenities include: Clubhouse, Restaurant dining, Social Activities, Tennis, Bocce, 5 Community Pools. The Villages at Country Creek fitness center at the clubhouse features a full range of exercise and weight training equipment available to residents. Located conveniently to great shopping and dining, medical centers, library, and close to Bonita and Barefoot Beach!

* 30 day minimum stay. February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous timeframe has been rented. February needs to be booked with January, or can be booked with March if January is already booked.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Country Creek are: $200 application fee and $350 transfer of membership
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
