Extremely clean and comfortable - was comparably priced to some hotels but much more spacious and convenient to our desired location. We would definitely stay again given similar circumstances.

My 2 High School friends & I stayed here for a long weekend for our friends engagement party & it was the perfect amount of space, owner was responsive, space was clean & neighborhood was so cute! We’ll be rebooking for the wedding in April, can’t wait!

Only a 10 minute drive to my grandson, this home is nicely furnished and comfortable. We stayed here with my 87 yo Dad who was able to get around safely and loved sitting on back patio in morning drinking his coffee. With another grandbaby due in September, we would love to return in the future!! Thanks for a great week!

This home was wonderful! Clean, well decorated, and well furnished. The only thing that was odd to me was that the closet in the master bedroom was locked. So we had to share the closets in the other two bedrooms. But other than that, it was a perfect place to stay for a week!

A terrific place. We were 4 adults (seniors) staying for four nights. This home has everything and very clean. We most enjoyed our coffee on the outdoor patio and going for walks in the quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to Fuquay-Varina or anywhere in the Raleigh area. Would definitely stay again.

Needed a single storey, handicap accessible property for my 93 y/o MIL who was attending her grandson's wedding along with my wife & I. Meet our needs perfectly. Everything in working order, well organized, and written instructions/tips for everything. Close to town where we dined at the Aviator with friends from Apex. Nice walking neighborhood with sidewalks and green space. Very safe & comfortable area.

My family and I were in town for a funeral. We had a tiny issue when we arrived, but Heather was available to help us troubleshoot. The home is absolutely beautiful! And if you're able to appreciate it, the furniture and the tea sets are gorgeous! I hope to stat here again.

We visited our family in Holly Springs for Thanksgiving and needed a place to accommodate our family. Heather & Chuck's place was exactly what we needed, close to our family 8 min drive and gave us enough space to relax. When Heather told me to just bring our clothes she wasn't kidding! This house has EVERYTHING you will need and more! Heather was available and answered every question we had during our stay. There are honestly no negatives at all! My husband, teen daughter and preteen son had not one complaint. We are so happy to find this rental and now have a place to stay when we come back on our next visit! Thank you Heather!!!!

The house was very clean. The house manager was very accommodating. The house is central to lots of different towns. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

The house was lovely and decorated nicely. We chose this property because it was listed as handicap accessible and although our host supplied a toilet seat with temporary bars, the lack of wall bars and the step into entry made this difficult for my wheelchair bound mother. Other than that issue we were very pleased with the house and the hosts.

This is our third time staying at one of Heather’s places and once again she did not disappoint! The home was beautiful , clean, everything we needed was there including the eggs from her own chickens! We love staying at her homes when we visit our niece and we will be back again soon !!

We had a wedding and needed extra space for additional guest since I am not a fan of the hotel options we had in town. This home was convenient, well stocked, and great for older people since it's a ranch! If we need extra space for any events I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Exceptional stay! House was beautiful, very clean, updated and in a safe neighborhood. We did not lack for anything yet the house was not packed with unnecessary things. We spent 4 nights at this place. Thank you to the hosts for the thought and care given to make guests' stay enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend in Heather’s beautiful home. Her kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for the perfect Easter dinner. It was close to the supermarkets and Walmart for ease of shopping. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice and quiet aloud us to relax so much better than a week in a hotel being able to while being away from home was so nice and honestly it helped the 4 of us save money on our week long work trip amazing place hope to rent again in near future

We chose this house because it was one story and open floor plan. Our adult son's have physical handicap and this property was perfect for them. Great walking neighborhood with friendly community. Close to stores and highways.

Simply put, the home was absolutely beautiful and perfect. Highly recommend. It was like staying in a brand new home. Perfect location. Fantastic safe neighborhood. The home literally had everything you needed. The owners are so nice and quick to respond with any questions. Could t be happier. Anyone who stays here will live it!! Home away from home.
