Can’t stress enough how amazingly peaceful and beautiful the views were at this property. It is isolated, so if that’s what you’re looking for (we were), this is the perfect place. More than enough room for multiple families. The entire place was inaccurate and we’ll stocked. Highly suggest renting your own vehicle, beaches and shopping are close by.
Carrie was very responsive and helpful, checking in and out was a breeze. Will definitely revisit in the future.

As stated in other reviews, views beyond belief! House designed well for large groups with bedrooms feeling private. Road in feels as if you are driving into the jungle, but very manageable. Private Catamaran, fishing trip and private chef worth the investment! To quote my 26 yo son-in-law, house makes you feel boujee! Carrie and Meghan very responsive to guide and help out. Trip of a lifetime!

This home was white glove clean, we couldn’t find one thing dirty or out of place!
The beds were very comfortable, the linens soft and luxurious. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own mini split for cooling, so we each got to choose the temp for our own bedroom.
The kitchen is adequately stocked with pots and pans, which was important to us as we enjoy cooking.
The property manager was very helpful and always quick to respond! She even went out to purchase something for the kitchen when we asked for it. Her attitude was always upbeat and helpful, and her professionalism was top notch!
Helpful info about the home, two bedrooms upstairs share a bath, so not every room has a private bathroom. One bedroom/bathroom is completely by itself, you have to go outside to get to it, and it smells like water or maybe mold… though you cannot see any water damage or mold anywhere. It didn’t bother us since we weren’t using it. Don’t run too many appliances in the kitchen at one time, you’ll blow a breaker, like we did. Lol!
The one downside to the house… it’s so nice you won’t want to leave!!!!

This villa was spacious and had everything you could want. The views were stunning. It was difficult to locate initially with many sharp, steep hidden turns. Absolutely recommend this villa.

The Paradise Palms home is beautiful and spacious. Our family really enjoyed it. It was well stocked with everything we needed.
I have a few comments as cautions: First, the home has multiple levels and in many cases one must go up or down a few steps to reach a room. This is fine if all the guests are able to navigate steps, but could be a challenge for those who have trouble going up and down steps.
Second, some of the roads to and from the home are one lane through the jungle with no road signs and require very sharp turns. Luckily, they are not traveled to much and there is room for three point turns where needed, but it's still a little scary especially in the dark. Be sure to use navigation and use "Paradise Palms" for location. Also, the driveway is narrow, long and steep and had two jeeps (probably the owner's) parked on the side while we were there that we had to navigate around going in reverse. We were able to do so successfully, but it could be an issue if the rental car doesn't have a backup camera.
The maintenance folks were great and handled an outage caused by a nearby lightening strike promptly. Also, the Concierge was great and very helpful in booking activities. 5 star service on both !

The property was terrific! Clean, right on a northern bay, great outdoor spaces. The only request would be to have more kitchen pots and pans.

I would rate the property a 10 out of 10 with absolutely no issues. The pictures of the property are very accurate, and the property was even more impressive in person. We were a group of 11 adults (our grown-up children and their significant others). The six bedrooms are spread out perfectly throughout the house which gave a sense of roominess that was needed. The outdoor area is wonderful with multiple different levels and the pool was great for a daily cool down. The road to house is narrow and steep but definitely drivable. We bought most of our groceries from the nearby Cost U Less and ate meals out all over the island.
The house was perfect for our stay, and nothing went wrong but if it had, Carrie was only a call/text away. I would definitely recommend this house to others, and I would personally stay again. Thank you for the wonderful stay at Paradise Palms!

This property is exactly as it appears in the photos and description on VRBO. I was one of eight and the house easily accommodated us all with beautiful bedrooms that all had gorgeous views of the bay and islands to each side.
The house itself is absolutely stunning and the view is breathtaking! We really enjoyed the private pool, several different decks and patios, and the beautiful veranda on the third story. The kitchen was large with 2 stove/oven combinations, large table and bar. Bathrooms a plenty!
One thing to be aware of is the road to the house itself. We rented a minivan, but found that the taxis only charged $15 a head to go from the house to most anywhere on the island. Hindsight we probably should have forgone the rental. However, a 12 passenger van taxi can not make it to the house. The last road is very curvy with hairpin turns and very narrow. So, we usually got a minivan taxi with no problems. Most taxi’s know the specific area of the house as “past the pillars”, due to the short stone pillars on each side of the road as you enter.
Once we got to the house we had a hard time deciding to leave to go exploring the island with such a wonderful view from the private pool.
As for biting insects, (mosquitoes), mentioned in previous reviews, we didn’t have any more of a problem than at home in the Carolina’s. The ocean breeze seemed to take care of that. (We went in April.)
All in all, this was a perfect location and house that we hope to visit again.

Paradise Palms was a wonderful location for us!! We liked the proximity to Red Hook & Sapphire Beach. We were able to hangout all together but also have our own space. The game room was also a hit! I would recommend staying here.

The house was perfect in every way. Very clean and spacious. Bedrooms are very large and situated in a way they all have their own privacy. Meghan and Carrie are very attentive and answer back within minutes with any questions you have. Would recommend this to any large group looking for sure!

This property was spectacular! The home is exactly as it looks in the pictures aside from a few minor outdoor furniture changes. The views are amazing! The home has everything you could ask for! I’m would highly recommend staying here. The roads are very hilly entering and exiting with tight switch backs, some require -a three point turn to make it. So make sure you are comfortable driving on that type of terrain. Communication with the property management was excellent!

Our family of nine was visiting St. Thomas for a family reunion, several of us grew up not far from this location. The property itself is expansive and provides for privacy even with a large group. The home was well-appointed and everything functioned as it should (tho there was a small issue that was fixed immediately). The large kitchen easily accommodated cooking for nine (and guests) - two full-size refrigerators, two stove tops, and two microwaves.
The kids loved the pool, the game room and the outdoor game area. No one was bored. Internet service is good, and there are smart TVs everywhere.
The setting is beautiful, 160 feet over Tutu Bay, with pelicans flying by and fish swimming in the crystal clear water below. The islands of Hans Lolick and the Tobagos were in the distance. While the house is very private, it is centrally located, with easy access to downtown, Havensite, Magens Bay, Red Hook, etc.
Being from St. Thomas our benchmarks are different than many, we grew up with the view, the roads, etc. So for us expats coming home, this was a very nice place to gather.

My family and I were all amazed at the views and thoroughly enjoyed everything that the house and property had to offer. The pictures truly do not do this place and it's views justice.
The house was very clean upon arrival and made it easy to start relaxing immediately. Between the pool, hot tub, and everything in the kitchen/throughout the rest of the house, this place has it all. Carrie and Meghan were both responsive to our family's questions and super helpful with everything - thank you for ensuring we had a great time at this wonderful home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this marvelous Vrbo, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. This property was the perfect place for a Girls Trip for ten. The room and deco was exactly as described in the listing. The window view from most bedrooms were stunning and breathtaking . The beds were very comfortable and to my surprise everyone slept well the entire trip. To be able to hear the quiet sounds of the ocean waves at night made it easy to unwind and fall asleep.
The kitchen was very spacious and had
modern appliances(2 refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, etc.) The cabinets was filled with matching dinnerware,
glassware, utensils, pots and bakeware for all our cooking needs.
We were able to really enjoy the spectacular views from each of the 3 levels and relax using the pool and hot tub.
Though we had an excellent stay I would recommend that the teen section/office be equipped with trash cans in each bedroom, a full length mirror in the hall between and hooks in the bathroom to hang towels since at least two people are sharing the bathroom. The bedroom next to the pool was not able to lock
upon leaving, so adding a locking mechanism would be helpful. Each bathroom should be equipped with more bath/wash towels [newer) to accommodate larger parties.
If handrails could be add to the stairs to make it more feasible to get around and ADA compliant that would certainly assist guest.
Carrie was an outstanding host and provide excellent feedback before and during our visit to VI. PARADISE PALMS is a PEACEFUL PALACE! Loved it!

The view from this house is absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and can hold a large crowd and still have privacy. The house is well equipped. Pretty much everything you need for a tropical vacation is there. You can't beat the location and the outdoor space is worth trip. Saying goodbye to those views was the hardest part. We would rent again.

We had a great time in St. Thomas with Paradise Palms as our base. The home is absolutely spectacular with its balcony and outdoor space looking Tutu Bay. A ways from everything. A few repairs needed. Thought each bedroom had its own bath, but two bedrooms upstairs have to share one small bath.
Accommodated the 10 of us very well. Flexibility in host and contact for the stay was excellent. The nice thing was that each of the five couples had their own private room.

From the moment we got to the house, it was absolutely amazing! The view is breath taking, gorgeous turquoise waters, birds gliding by the deck, butterflies all around. The house was spotless, smelled clean with everything in order. The beds were by far the most comfortable beds we have slept in while on vacation. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water. The house is so spacious, plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. If you are considering staying at this beautiful house- BOOK IT!!

My spouse, two children and I really enjoyed this property. The property was spacious and clean. The view was absolutely amazing! There were restaurants and markets nearby, but there was also plenty of activities at the home( hot tub, board games, pool table, basketball, darts, grill, pool, etc.) to keep all ages busy. The decks were amazing for having your morning coffee or just sitting for a chat while enjoying the view. We visited several beaches while in town and were really appreciative of the beach chairs and cooler provided by the property. We would certainly recommend staying at this property while in St. Thomas.

This house is amazing ! It’s better than the pictures. So many outside decks to lounge on and inside rooms to hang in. The kitchen is huge! And each room has a view! The house was clean and came with beach towels and pool noodles ! Carrie was great and gave us great recommendations - we would up using a taxi service (per day) she suggested and it was definitely worth it. Can’t wait to come back!

The view at this house is amazing! It feels like you are perched right over the water. Unobstructed view. It is in a great location - equally easy to get to Red Hook and to Megan’s Bay. The house is really uniquely laid out -very spacious and spread out with lots of privacy among guest rooms. There were so many fun things for the teens at the house. Great amenities. Pool (unheated) and hot tub. The kitchen is huge and awesome - double almost every appliance and expansive view. There are deck/patio spaces on multiple levels all great spots for hanging out and enjoying the views. The property manger/host is very helpful and responsive.

We booked a trip to St Thomas and stayed at Paradise Palms. We went in blind, having never been to USVI. What we got was breathtaking. The house is kind of hidden in a neighborhood but that’s what adds to the privacy. You don’t hear anything but waves, and A LOT of them. I woke up in the morning to multicolored water and the bluest sky I’ve seen since Montana a decade ago. There are 3 decks from which to choose to sip your coffee. I tried them all, but my favorite was the largest one by the pool with red “couch”. Everything has a view of the ocean. Every.Single.Room.
I counted 6 bedrooms. This place is large, and if you’re on one end of the house, you can’t hear anyone on the other end of the house. It’s well soundproofed and solid. Apparently the owners have put a lot of work into the home and it’s beautiful. The floors throughout are marble. Everything is bright and open. Much of the deck work and pergolas look brand new. There is quality deck lighting everywhere, and modern fixtures inside.
Everything we needed was there, as well as stuff we didn’t even realize we needed. The very large kitchen/dining area was essentially 2 kitchens. There was a large table and a long counter with seating for 16, but we always ate outside. Nothing is far from this location. Any of the beaches and attractions are easily doable. I particularly enjoyed the game room. There are so many games on that particular machine. One night from the deck we saw a boat- we think- so we ran up to the game room to use the telescopes. There’s a card/poker table in that room as well as a bar and board games.
It’s not often one gets to soak in a hot tub on a cliff overlooking the ocean with a million stars overhead. Next to the hot tub you’ll find darts, a pool table and one of those basketball net.
The top deck, it’s on the roof. This would be a great spot for a destination wedding. The view would make for beautiful wedding pictures and the layout works well, with a room for the bride to get ready in just a few steps away. The rest of the house could house guests and hold a reception. There are speakers outside to pump in music. I think I counted seating for 26 up on the top deck? This place is not small and was designed for large groups.
I feel so special and privileged to have stayed at Paradise Palms with the breathtaking Views. So go, take your family, or a group of friends. Take a 2nd honeymoon. Or go alone, sleep on one of the decks under those million stars. Just…go.
