Good stay for a larger family

Continental breakfast was a big hit. Underground gated parking also a big plus.

There were a couple minor maintenance issues in our room- there was a metal wire sticking out of the side of the box spring that cut us a couple times before we figured out where it was. The sofabed springs were VERY noisy any time a sleeper moved. The AC was a little loud.

I was really able to relax here after a stressful day and I will go back again.

The property was clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice and I enjoyed having tea available downstairs in the evening.

One day my room wasn’t cleaned but I didn’t leave until very late that day so maybe that was my fault.

As a 2-star hotel, this acommodation perfectly exceed the ratings.

All the facilities were immaculate and organized. At first sight, the room looked higher than rated. The mattress was soft and clean. The restroom was spacious, and the hair dryer was much better than many hotels. I also love that they mostly have USB sockets everywhere so that I can quickly charge my phone next to me! The breakfast was also excellent. I love the crispy sausages!

The location isn't very friendly if you're not driving. It would take 20 minutes to walk from the nearest bus stop, where buses from Glendale Metrolink train station would stop by, and not many food choices nearby. The internet was pretty slow, so it was quite challenging to work when I needed to download files from my collaborators. The pillow was too soft and did not support my neck well, and the light switches were far from reach.

La amabilidad de las personas. Son muy atentas y hacen todo lo posible por ayudar y solucionar tus requerimientos. Además el hotel está muy limpio. Las piezas y el baño muy bien cuidados.

Falta de algunos contactos turísticos como arriendo de autos por ejemplo.

Muy bien en Glendale

Todo muy bien, buenas y limpias instalaciones y servicios. El personal, tanto de recepción como de otros servicios atentos y profesionales. En recepción siempre atendieron nuestras peticiones en la medida de sus posibilidades con amabilidad. Desayuno completo y muy bien atendido. La ubicación para nuestros propósitos fue muy buena.

Parking me parece un poco caro. El suelo de la habitación de arriba sonaba cuando el huésped caminaba, era un problema porque sonaba como en una pensión barata en una película de miedo. No sé si ocurre en otras habitaciones.

I liked that there was no carpet in the room; breakfast was excellent; room was big and bed was very comfortable; room was equipped with an ironing table and also two big drawers for storage. All appliances worked just fine. Cleanliness was excellent.

My room's door lock was broken and it made me feel insecure; not sure why it was like that but it gave me the impression that someone tried to force entry at some point (before I stayed at the hotel). This is something that should be fixed before someone else is assigned to a room. The wardrobe in my room had a weird design, with the hangers hack being too low and too close to the safe, which made it useless for hanging clothes. The bathroom light turns off randomly when you are in the middle of a shower, leaving you in total darkness - such a risk for an accident! During all my stay, whenever I would take a shower I would be in the dark and afraid of slipping/falling when leaving the shower area because I couldn't see anything. Those things could receive more attention and they would definitely make a better experience for guests.

Schönes modernes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Lage des Hotels ist auch gut. Zimmerservice leider nur einmal bekommen (bei 6 Nächte), aber hat uns nicht gestört, da Ersatz Handtücher vorhanden waren. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beim Frühstücksbüffet war es manchmal schwierig einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen. Parkgebühren hoch.

new hotel, nice n tidy. good breakfast, excelent location.

actually I have a complaint: there`s been two charges for one night in my AMEX credit card, one for $324.52, suposedly for the night I stayed; and another for 249.52, that I don`t recognize, since there were no incidentials in my one night stay and departure within check out time. Both charges due efective March 12, when I checked out. Please contact propoerty in order to return amount charged in excess.
