Apartment location was good, the bedrooms were just ok, not the comfiest beds or pillows. The building in the morning is EXTREMELY NOISY. There’s no room key. The apartment door opens with an app, so if your phone runs out of battery you’ll find yourself locked out. There’s no front desk personnel at the location neither. Given all of these factors the entire stay was neither bad or excellent, was just ok.

I stay here every month when visiting Madrid. Perfect everytime :)

It was ok. The photos made it it look better than what it was. The double beds were small/narrow. Otherwise it was fine

We were given no warning ahead of time that our room would not be ready in time for our 3pm check in which resulted in us being stuck outside on the street. Once the hotel did respond back to us (4pm) we were told we could check out an hour later (12pm). This was not communicated to the cleaning staff who entered our room at 11:15. The room itself was nice and the location is great but the mismanagement and miscommunication was unacceptable. Would not stay here a second time.

I would highly recommend this apartment for short term or long term stays. It was one of the most comfortable beds that I have slept in during our Europe trip. It was clean and tidy, very quirky and cute. Has a/c, laundry and lift for all that luggage to cart around. Very safe and secure.
This accomodation is in the best location, minutes from shopping, restaurants and attractions.
we arrived early with baggage and was fortunate enough to check in a little early. I would defiantly stay here again, thank you for the wonderful memories this apartment has given us.

Good option for a “local feel” stay, good location to walk around Madrid’s center. The condo was clean and things were in order, except the dishwasher broke down on the first day and wasn’t fixed during our week long stay. More large towels would’ve been good as well. But all in all it was a good decision to stay at Slow Suites Chueca. Thank you

Overall very good. Only complaint is you heard conversations from hallway, but thankfully they were respectful for the most part.

Great stay in the heart of Madrid, located close to several shops and the metro. Beautiful apartment where everything is functional and well-suited for a family. We’ll definitely be back. Excellent service with quick responses to any needs, as the instructions were very clear.

It was a great Aparthotel. The location is the best part!! We had to call customer service and they answered right away. There is no front desk at all. So be aware of that. The lobby carpet floor was dirty and very stained. The lobby is not inviting. But the apartment was clean and modern. Noise: if you get woken up easily this might not be the place for you. Lots of street noise especially night time to early morning because night life in the same area.

I chose this property for its walkable distance to major attractions, such as the Prado and Royal Palace. It was perfect for traveling with two teenagers, as there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds were quite hard though, and coupled with noise outside (even with a noise machine), it was hard to sleep. I’d like to see them add mattress toppers. The Nespresso machine with pods was helpful, as well as the washing machine. A drying string in one of the bathrooms would be helpful.

Great location and perfect apartment for my family of five. Communication wasn't great as I never received the access code after completing registration and had to call to get assistance to enter the building. Other than that, our stay was great and I highly recommend!

Great location and apartment.
Communication is very impersonal and difficult.

Second time staying here and I can is that this place is incredibly beautiful and lovely to stay at. Beautiful apartments in the heart of Madrid.

In general the area was dirty and the property had humidity problems

Kitchen would benefit more if you added a pot and smaller coffee cups

Great central location, A/C was a great bonus, well equipped apartment with washer and dishwasher. I slept very well. I didn't think it was too noisy. Would recommend.

Wish we could have stayed a little longer to take in this property.
Nicely situated for those who would like to explore the nightlife.

The apartment was beautiful. Very conveniently organized. The lovely balconies overlooked the street and added to the charm. It had many dining and bar choices close by and was an easy walk to all bus and Hop On/Hop off transportations. We really enjoyed all of the amenities available

Great location, nice rooms, clean. Convenient area. Lot os restaurants near by. Check in check out was easy.
Very noisy neighbors. Walls and doors are paper thin. You can hear everything. Loud neighbors late night, early morning. We didn't sleep much.

The location was good but the sofa bed was awful. A bit noisy but was able to sleep.

The apartment was beautiful, just as pictured. Getting in and out of the apartment was easy. The signage of the suite was not intact so we almost missed the building. When we walked into the apartment, it was inviting and cool. The a/c worked perfectly. The first night, the noise for the street was so loud we could not sleep. The noise felt was if we were on the street. People arguing and fighting, metal clinking, music, garbage truck picking up trash, cars driving by, etc. The neighborhood was dirty, full of people, tight, advertising of nude/adult situations, and animal waste everywhere. The apartment was within walking distance to some prominent sights. If you are a night owl, this is the perfect place for you. If you are coming with a family, this is not the place for you.

The apartment is nice and true to pictures but not very clean it definitely needs to be fixed up a little. The hand towel that was left had brown spots on it. Lots of scratches and dark marks on the wall. The shower looked dirty I didn’t feel comfortable showering. Good thing I only stayed one day. As for noise it didn’t bother me since I’m from NYC. I only heard the garbage truck and the sounds of footsteps.

Overall good experience. The location is excellent and the apartment was in perfect condition.
The only negative we experienced was that we didnt receive our check in code by 3:00pm as promised. We had to call the property at 3:10 and then they emailed it.
I would recommend this property to someone visiting Madrid. We were a family of 5 and it worked well for us. There are storage lockers on site that you can rent if you need somewhere to keep your bags after checkout.

Did not provide a better service. Complained for hot water not working. Keep giving excuses to not handle the matter promptly.

Street down to the apartment is really Noisy from 11 pm until 4am. People gathered near the main entrance door after midnight for advertising for Gay bar in the area. Distribute flyers, bug people. They are too noisy. We couldn’t sleep 2 nights in this apartment.
Apartment is clean and well equipped. But don’t feel safe to stay there. Probably home owner doesn’t know about these activities. However, it spoiled our 3 days vacation.

WoW super clean and enkoy

This property is dangerous — there is a tiny step just inside the door and NO warning so that i tripped and went flying onto the floor, and hurt my shoulder. I am thinking of taking legal action. It is irresponsible to not put up a sign to watch your step or even paint a bright line on the floor. It ruined by stay in Madrid for I was in constant pain.

Great apartment, we had duplex studio on top floor which was very quiet. Provided you sort all the pre-arrival check in requirements beforehand, it was super easy to gain access and really convenient. Some reviews say that check in was difficult but I imagine these people didn't read the instructions! Just an FYI that it is right in the centre of the cities LGBTQ area if you are staying with family and young children. Short walk to all the metro, bus, and loads around for food / drinks.

It was a very nice stay in Madrid at this property. The flat / apartment was comfortable, good location and well equipped. The only issue was parking and would have appreciated some guidance on the property garages
The virtual agent is useless, would have been nice if there was a WhatsApp number (to a human managed account).
Overall great experience, clean and maintained building and flats. Would stay here again if visiting Madrid.

The hotel is newly remodeled, and facilities are good. The location is great, close to everything and lots of restaurants, bakery, supermarkets in the area.
However, the floor in the living room is not cleaned, although bedrooms and bathrooms are very tidy.
I hope there are lockers in this hotel location since our flight arrived in the morning and we cannot check in till 3pm. We were asked to put our luggage in another slow suites' lockers three blocks away.
The noise issue in the early morning is unbearable. We lived there for three nights. We were being woken up every night randomly by amateur singers, dashing motorcycles, streetsweeper or trash trucks on the street. Those noises sound like they are right in your room.
I saw the previous guests' comments about the noise issue before I booked this hotel and did not take it seriously because I usually fall into sleep once my head hits the sack.
I would suggest the hotel manager should overnight once in these rooms to know how serious the noise issue is.
It is pity for such a nice hotel to have no proper soundproof insulation. You may consider install double-layer window to minimize the impact.

Run down. Bedroom ceiling is so low you cannot stand when you get up.

Wow! What a place! Photos are accurate - clean open and easy with public transportation. The bed and sofa are a little harder than my comfort level but only a slight inconvenience. I would stay again. Super handy to have a full kitchen - there is more closet/storage space than any traveler could ever need.
