Good apartment for a short stay

New building and the apartment. Quite at night. Two air conditioners. No issues while staying there for couple of nights.

We were not told in advance that we need to ask for the parking. Due to a short stay they were not able to come to give us the key for the parking. This should have been highlighted by the host at the confirmation of the booking.

Correct, recommend.

New, clean, quiet and correct. What you see is what you get. Free parking. Close to main road, perfect for those who want to travel around the island.

Sound sensors and sharp rules we read in the room makes a bit uncomfortable feeling. But obviously they work.

Felt luxurious but could be better.

Brand new and modern apartment with plenty of room. Great balconies. Fully equipped.

Firstly, There was a party next door for 2 nights in a row. At the same time there is a noise sensor in the apartment and I was worried about the TV volume, while there was loud music and people next door. Fortunately I had my earplugs with me so I could sleep. Secondly, There was no duvet cover. So you sleep under a bedsheet and a duvet on top of that. Thirdly, why not install a bidé shower next to the toilet? Especially when you cannot throw paper in the toilet in Cyprus. This is more of a request to all toilets in Cyprus.

Overall a great little apartment!

Easy check in, had everything we needed including washing machine! Whole apartment was clean, and was a great location for us as we had a car so a quick drive to the centre but far enough out that it was pretty quiet. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for breakfasts, and the WiFi was great!

The location isn't actually where it says on Google maps, took us a bit of time to find as it's a few hundred metres off and we hadn't driven past it. It's closer to the roundabout than Google says, ended up figuring it out from the precise location on the info they sent by putting the latitude and longitude into Google maps! There is assigned parking under the building which was great but the layout of the space was a bit weird, in a small car it would've been fine but our rental was the next up from the smallest and was quite difficult to get into our space, especially once a couple of other people has parked too. Luckily there's space just out the front off the road to park as well.

Sanders Elgio will be my choice of preference next time we get the chance to spend time in Limassol.

I liked the location - off the center of Limassol, but still, close enough (within a 10-15 minute drive) to everything. I also liked the fact that the apartment was very clean and tidy - as if we were the first people to ever set foot in it.

I didn't like the pillows. They were too soft for me - that's a personal preference though, so I would not hold it against our hosts.

Location is extremely good although it seems a bit distant on the map. 10 min drive from everything. Everything new and clean Has everything you need inside

Communication. It is done with UK so the response is slow. Check in at 16:00 is ridiculous. Especially when check out is at 11 a.m and not a minute later! You don't need 5 hrs to clean a studio!.

Beautiful premium apartment

Beautiful premium apartment, conveniently located in quiet area with very easy access to motorway, very well equipped and very clean. I'll definitely book it one more time when coming to Limassol for holidays. Excellent contact with the property manager.

Recommend the stay here

The apartment is located in a new building near a freeway. It is clean and modern. Equipped with everything that you may need during your stay.

Parking on a designated place is a bit challenging, especially if you're using a rental car. You also need to be accustomed to a water heater that needs to be turned on/off manually, and the hot water does not run immediately.

A great place to stay if you have a car. Very quite and comfortable.

Very comfortable and tidy suite, all the appliances are modern with all the features you want. 3 minutes drive from the highway, connecting you to the entirety of the island. Generally not a very busy neighbourhood, plus good sound insulation, very quite room. 24/7 convenience store and a bakery with a coffee shop is just on the corner. Closed off parking space. Common areas are daily cleaned. Lovely personnel. Quick and professional response from the management.

During the peak hours, could be difficult to leave the area by car. Some guests don't understand the parking arrangements.

Το WiFi που για εμάς ήταν απαραίτητο δεν ήταν δυνατόν να συνδεθούμε σε καμία μέρα από την διαμονή μας , επίσης δεν είχαμε καμία απάντηση στο μαιλ που στείλαμε για να μας το φτιάξουν αλλά ούτε και κάποιο άτομο για άμεση και εύκολη επικοινωνία στην κυπρο

Notre séjour était parfait. L'appartement est tout neuf, d'une propreté impeccable et équipé de tout le confort nécessaire. De plus, le bâtiment propose un parking gratuit, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, modernes Appartement.

Die angegebenen Koordinaten der Unterkunft sind um ca. 300m falsch. Bei unserer Ankunft in der Dunkelheit mussten wird daher länger suchen. Die Lage ist vom Zentrum eher weit entfernt, der Ausblick von der, an sich sehr schönen Terrasse, geht auf einen stark befahrenen Kreisverkehr und einen vermüllten leeren Bauplatz.

Чудовий вибір за невелику ціну, прекрасні апартаменти

Чудові апартаменти, все продумано до дрібниць, є все необхідне для проживання (посуд, кухонні прибори, пральна машина, посудомийна машина, сушарка для одягу), дуже акуратно і чисто, прекрасна просторна тераса з меблями, паркінг самостійний

Поруч перехрестя доріг, шумно спати, дуже чути проіжаючи авто

Decepcionante. Imposible dormir por dos motivos: El apartamento está frente a una rotonda con muchísimo tráfico desde las 6:00 a.m.y noche. Sumado a que el sofá cama no servía de cama sino que son varias piezas que se hunden. Adjunto fotos de tráfico y de sofá "cama". No pegamos ojo. No lo recomiendo. Precio excesivo para no poder descansar ni un sólo día .

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay in convenient location with all facilities available in apartment.

Parking very tight - fits only very small cars. Unfortunately it is the structure of this building. On the day of our check out wifi in apartment disappeared.

An excellent stay. Highly recommended if you like to be away from the beachfront.

It is an excellent apartment designed and built with care to the details. The guest manager was amiable and attentive, always quick to respond to any queries and helped us even to find a taxi to the airport.

The road in front of the apartment is really busy in the rush hours, so the noise from the passing cars can be annoying unless you sleep with doors closed and a/c on.

Vicino superstrada a metà isola, ottima posizione se hai auto.Appartamento curato.Maria e le ragazze che si occupano della pulizia sempre disponibili e gentilissime.Almeno 5 spiagge al livello Sardegna.Tempo sempre bello. J love cyprus and limassol.

Нам все дууууже сподобалось! Об‘єкт новий, меблі і техніка дуже хорошої якості. Нам було комфортно і приємно проводити час в апартаменті. Трохи далеко від центру, але ми були на авто.

Загалом нам все сподобалось окрім підходу до гостей. Ми попросили виїхати о 12( це на годину пізніше ніж по правилам) і нам не дозволили, пояснюючи тим, що мають підготувати до наступного заїзду. Враховуючи факт, що заїзд о 16, то персонал має достатньо часу, щоб підготувати апартамент ( з власного досвіду знаємо, бо працюємо у цьому бізнесі 10 років) Достатньо було пояснити і дати нам хоть 30 хвилин, якщо дійсно мали заїхати наступні гості о 16.
