The mansion has a large wooden deck with a beautiful view of the sea and the beaches that surround the place. Due to its strategic location, on top of a rock formation, you will feel like you are floating on the waters of the sea.
The property has a spacious outdoor area with balcony, dining table, beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea and mountains, sun loungers, whirlpool, steam room, 02 decks totaling about 400m² projected over the sea, and a beautiful garden designed by the famous landscape artist and painter Roberto Burle Marx.
Located inside a gated community with 24-hour security, it has 2 covered parking spaces. It has a helipad and private area at Praia da Ferradurinha, 300 meters from the left corner of Geribá, the place is ideal for families with children, as both beaches have calm seas.

The property has employees, daily rate aside. Homemade: R$ 150 to 200 per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, she helps with the barbecue and in the kitchen, shopping at the supermarket, if necessary.

The house is limited to 12 (twelve) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who is the holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulation of the condominium.
