About this apartment rental
Lou’s Tiki Pad is a bright and airy apartment located across from the golden sands of North Kirra beach.
From the moment you walk in, you will be attracted by the furnishings and attention to detail of this mid-century styled apartment.
Updated throughout, it perfectly blends a super cool, colourful and fun retro feel with expected modern comfort in an ideal location, that is sure to become a favourite!
The spacious kitchen provides everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays, including a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, oven, electric cooktop, and microwave plus plenty of bench and storage space.
The plywood feature wall lines the open plan living room which comes equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfy furniture, soft curtaining, dining area for 4 to enjoy meals and a large Samsung 55inch smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi.
Step through to the beachfront balcony offering ocean views through the beach scrub. With a tiki bar and lounge setting, this is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy sunset drinks.
The master bedroom is very spacious and provides a luxurious king bed and matching side tables, ceiling fan and large 4 sliding door wardrobe equipped with drawers and hanging space.
The second bedroom provides a double bed also with a matching side table, ceiling fan and wardrobe, again with drawers and hanging space. Each bedroom has carpet, timber venetians and block-out curtains.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity whilst the toilet is separate. The compact internal laundry facilities include a Fisher and Paykel separate washing machine and dryer.
There is a secure entry into the building plus this apartment offers secure underground parking for 1 car and plenty of Council parks across from the apartment for your guests.
A private lawn area at the rear of this complex has washing lines should you choose.
Ideally, North Kirra Surf Club is right across the road with a patrolled beach, restaurant, and coffee shop just footsteps away.

Linen - Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.
